Very friendly! Started my order right as I was giving it to them. Wait time was fairly short. Store is very clean. Thanks for my afternoon pick me up after such a long day! You guys rock for pushing out orders on such a crazy busy day!

Probably one of the worse experiences I’ve had with a Starbucks. Went there around opening for a quick breakfast. Had a long drive to Chicago. Ordered iced coffee and got a regular coffee. Ordered an egg cheese and sausage sandwich and got only bread and cheese. Didn’t realize it until I was already on the road. There were over 5 workers and they all seemed lost. Place was otherwise clean.

Felt like I walked into a Dunkin doughnuts. The girl ringing me gave me the biggest attitude about getting a receipt.(And I needed to get reimbursed from my company) at first she asks me if I need a receipt, then she doesn’t give me the recipe just puts it in a pile next to the register and takes the next order. Then I ask her for my receipt and I get a nasty look and she asks me for my card back without any explain actions. At this point I am thinking maybe my card didn’t go thru the first time. But hey no communication there. A note to the manager of this store: u have an army of people behind the register, who smile chit chat, talk about life events etc, unfortunately only amongst them selves which again reminds me of Dunkin. however it would be nice if that good energy projected to ur customers; I thought Starbucks brand had a different work culture. The staff here is very fast and friendly. I was greeted with a smile from multiple baristas and they started making my drink as I ordered and before I even had a chance to pay. My iced tea was ready to go as I finished the transaction and walked over to the bar area so I was in and out in a matter of minutes, can’t beat it
