Pathways New Age Books Music & Gifts

This is one of my favorite New Age stores. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Their selection is always plentiful. They also hold a spiritual service that is well with attending. A great and personable little store!

Well stocked store offering books, crystals, relaxation/​meditation CDs, sage & accessories, etc. all of which I was looking for so I was a happy camper. They pretty much leave you be to wander the store and look at your leisure and are very happy to assist whenever you are ready. They have a rewards program at the $ 250 mark — which is pretty easy to hit as this stuff can get pretty pricey.
If you live in the St. Louis area and are into this type of stuff, this is a pretty good store to visit.
Funniest part of my visit is when he asked «how did you hear about us?» and we answered « Unilocal» and he said «What’s Unilocal?» Classic…

I came here one day when I was feeling out of sorts and decided I wanted to start building up a healing crystal collection. I went in knowing I wanted a clear quartz (good place to start, I think), and the man behind the counter was very sweet and helpful. I think he could tell I was kind of a newbie but was completely non-​judgmental. I ended up getting a very pretty crystal point for around $ 30 if I remember correctly, which seemed very reasonable for what I was getting. I kind of wished they had a bigger selection of crystals, but what they did have was varied (just not many choices between what you want — there were only maybe 3 – 5 clear quartz to choose from — but high quality!) and very beautiful.
Great selection of books — also ended up buying a book on healing crystals that was very informative and interesting, and inexpensive. Also a very large selection of incense, candles, clothing, jewelry and pretty much anything else new-​agey that you could ever want.
I also think it’s really neat the amount of classes, seminars, and services they offer, which I think sets them apart from similar stores. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. If I had more days in a week and money to burn I may check out a class one day.
Also, the place is run by an R.N., so you know I’m all about that. =]
I really like their philosophy, the friendly staff, and what they have to offer their consumers… great place. I’ll be back. =]

I really enjoy coming to Pathways. The staff is amazingly friendly and it always smells nice, like whatever incense they’re burning there that particular day. Pathways has a huge selection of books, music, jewelry, crystals, altar and ritual supplies, and crystals. They are, in fact, a one stop new age materials store. And if you don’t see it, they’ll order it for you with a smile. They have a lot of one-​of-​a-​kind merchandise which makes great gifts. If you’re interested in new age products, don’t feel daunted, the staff at Pathways is always willing to help and to lend advice.
