Tiny store, but great selection. Georgia was really helpful in helping me choose colors for a baby hat & scarf. The prices are a bit higher, but this place is closer to my house. Will be sooo coming back to salivate & think of more projects.

This yarn shop is always clean and well-​staffed. The owner is usually there, and is always helpful. As another reviewer stated, she is not «cloying,» but lets one shop at one’s pace. Most of the yarn is moderately priced, and there are always some great deals in the discount section. The classes are well run, and the KALs are always great fun!

I’ve been visiting this store since they moved here in 1994 — and I haven’t lived in St. Louis since 1982! The owner is usually there and she is very nice and attentive, but not cloying. The inventory has changed over the years but the selection of pattern booklets and range of Addi needles was generous. The yarn range is mostly at a middle price-​point but all quality yarn. She’s closing out her book selection as she said she couldn’t compete with Amazon, which is unfortunate but totally understandable. I love and appreciate that she most always has a bin of sale yarns and this time she also had magazines and pattern booklets at $ 1.50. This is a yarn shop to keep in business!
