Mission Taco Truck

The food was fantastic! I had the chicken street taco and my fiancé had the chorizo. One of the best quality tacos I have had from a food truck! While this is true, it was a little expensive for the amount of food we got. I guess that is just standard for a food truck, though. I would definitely order from them again.

Mission Taco Joint has joined the Food Truck world-​hooray! Today the truck parked near SLU’s campus so I was able to walk over during lunch to grab a few tacos. Thanks to their social media pages I was able to find out about their location.
The truck was parked in a convenient location near campus and I am sure they will get a lot of foot traffic during lunch today. I arrived and the guys in the truck were super friendly and I could tell they appreciated the business. I order a portobello taco and a chicken taco. The tacos were $ 7 total (for 2 or $ 9 for 3) and the register guy took the cash while the cook guy was making my tacos. Within a few minutes the tacos were ready to go and looked great!
The idea of having a MTJ food truck is amazing and scary. I am so addicted to this place that I may not be able to say no if they come back to campus. I can’t wait to see what MTJ does next!
