I had the Crêpe Tragedy. It was a very good crêpe. Prices are decent and i didn’t have a long wait for my food. All in all, a pretty good food truck.

I stopped by Holy Crêpe at the STL Brewers Guild Heritage Festival. It’s always so hard to chose when there are like 5 other food trucks — but what caught my eye was the Crêpe Tragedy! Anytime Gyro anything and Tzaziki sauce are on a menu, they need to GETINMYBELLY! Gyro Meat, Spinach, Tomatoes, Feta and Tzaziki sauce all in a yummy crêpe. And this crêpe did not disappoint. If I could, I would get it again. The ladies were super nice and we chatted for a bit while my crêpe was being made. Overall, I’d eat there again. It definitely wasn’t a crêpe tragedy in my book!

Got The Crêpe Tragedy($ 8) from the food truck when it was downtown by US Bank one Friday afternoon. At first I was worried that it wouldn’t be filling at all(being a crêpe), but they were generous with the gyro meet and other stuffings. I thought it tasted pretty good(not great), but I don’t think the gyro theme really worked with the crêpe. The crêpe itself(not the fillings) was kind of lacking in flavor.

I visited Holy Crêpe during last week’s Food Truck Friday in Tower Grove Park and tried the Holy Slim Pig, which comes with bacon, goat cheese, spinach, tomato, and a basil sauce. I have no idea where the«Slim» is supposed to come from, since mine came stuffed full of distinctly non-slimming ingredients, but my ability to care was immediately crushed by how completely delicious this crêpe was. The sweet basil sauce pushes it from just good to amazing, matching perfectly with the tangy goat cheese and the salty bacon. The tomato and spinach offer a burst of freshness to keep it from being too overwhelmingly rich. Plus, despite the weather being cold and drizzly, the woman working in front of the truck was completely delightful. She joked pleasantly with the customers waiting for their crepes, helping pass the wait.

My husband and I tried a crêpe from this food truck during the September Food Truck Friday(FTF) event at Tower Grove Park. We had eaten some main dishes and were ready for something sweet(my favorite!). We ordered the banana Nutella crêpe. There’s really no way you can go wrong with Nutella. There was no wait, they didn’t skimp on the Nutella(yesss!), and it was a pretty decent crêpe! Nothing too spectacular about this, just a really delicious crêpe!

I have see this truck at many events but never stopped. Made the stop on 7.10.14 at the Faust park food truck event. This will definitely be added to my list of go to trucks. They had a few savory options and some sweet options and some drinks. I selected the banana Nutella crêpe($ 6)! Wow! Was it delicious! It was hot and smelled wonderful. They make the crêpe, add a sliced whole banana, and the Nutella. It seemed to have some chocolate flavor too. A bit of powdered sugar was added on top. If you like those flavors, you will really like this. It was light but filling. It wasn’t too sweet and I really enjoyed the warm bananas. Also had the blueberry lavender lemonade($ 3) and it was tasty, refreshing.

It is neat to watch someone make your crêpe for you, using a special crêpe tool. I had the veggie crêpe, where the sweet basil dressing took care of the tart flavor of the goat cheese. Drinks = San Pelligrino orange or lemon.

I had a pesto and Swiss crêpe that was awesome. The pesto was good and didn’t look old or anything. The only thing I wish was different was that she would have left the crêpe on for an 30 secs so the cheese would melt. However, this is obviously more of a preference not an error. I can’t wait to try more!

They were at the 13th& Spruce today. I got the Planet of the Crepes: Prosciutto ham, goat cheese, apple butter, chunks of Granny Smith apple. Very nice! Will get it again, after i sample the rest of the menu. The one with the sweet jalapeño jelly sounds interesting.

This review is for the crêpe with the Chicken, apples, goat cheese, and. sweet jalapeño jelly(I can’t remember the name of it). Initially I thought to myself, what an odd combination of ingredients, but decided to give it a try anyway. I’m so glad I did because it was AMAZING! I’m still dreaming about this crêpe and can’t wait until I can have it again. I also tried the zucchini chocolate cupcake which also really good(and only $ 1!). I can’t wait until they come back to my workplace so I can have it again!

I had the Crepes of Wrath yesterday, it had Goat Cheese, Asparagus, Spinach and balsamic(i think)… well some sort of vinaigrette. It was okay… I think a little over-priced at $ 7, if you are really hungry this one crêpe will not do! I would also take cash because they swiped my card 30 times before it finally went through… I know the iPhone readers take some tries before it works but I have never waited a whole 8 mins before I can get my card back.
