Getting verbally assaulted by a vagrant beggar that the employees allow to be there does not make for a good experience. When asking why I am being attacked and being told to leave by the staff makes me want to make sure to never go back and to tell anyone not to go to this place.

Lately, I feel like I’ve been writing a lot about chain restaurants that have St. Louis locations, discovering the latest changes at Subway(…which didn’t really have any, except for slightly higher prices) and Pizza Hut(…which has heavily updated their look, online ordering system and menu since my last order years ago). There’s just something about convenience sometimes(…and coupons. Let’s not forget the coupons…). I’d passed by this Pizza Hut dozens of times on the way up or down Lindell, but usually opted instead for Domino’s following the introduction of the latter chain’s reinvigorated pies. There are times when you’re looking for something quick, inexpensive and satisfying. This location delivers on the last two points, but seems to be decidedly hit-or-miss on the first. With no tables available for dine-in, the location is for carryout and delivery orders only. Ordering ahead online is recommended, especially with Pizza Hut’s new options to customize nearly every element of the pizza(multiple crust types, crust flavors, sauces and topping sauces/“drizzles”, in addition to regular toppings… I’m surprised that they only offer one primary cheese at this point…). I’ve had good luck with my pizzas always being correct, and they’re typically available when I arrive… except when they aren’t. Whether it’s because the employees are in the back working and not at the front counter to check out orders, or because the store was unexpectedly backed up, or because the counter employee gets stuck for nearly 10 minutes, trying to explain the menu(in the kindest possible way) to someone who insists on ordering without using the online system, it seems like there’s always a slight delay marring an otherwise great experience here.

It’s Pizza Hut. Not exactly amazing, but not bad. Service is always good. I usually order ahead and pick it up there. They are always on time and always friendly. I don’t think there has been one time where I had to wait for more than five minutes for my pizza to be ready.

The person answering the phones answered and without saying hello or acknowledging that it was Pizza Hut, just said, «carry out or delivery?» Didn’t get good vibes from them and if I wasn’t craving stuffed crust so badly i would have cancelled my order.

I’ve been to this location twice now. I did not call ahead or order online(both are options), but placed mine in person. The staff were courteous and pleasant — maybe not as much as they could be, but they were A-oK. The food was exactly as ordered, freshly made-so you know it was hot-and good. A personal pan took 10 min on my 1st visit. A medium supreme deep pan, order of chicken wings, and order of breadsticks took 20 min on my 2nd visit. I’ve had no problems as described on other reviews… it is a somewhat new location. I like ‘em! It’s strictly a carry out location though. No seating for dining in. PS I love the little electronic board that shows where your order is in the cue and how much longer it will be till done!

Worst Pizza Hut ever! The pizza itself is not the issue. It’s either the customers or the staff, but it’s ALWAYS something. On my most recent visit, there was an employee behind the counter venting his frustrations to the cashier about another employee(I’m assuming the manager) in front of all of the customers. There was a moderate amount of profanity used during his tirade, and he wanted the cashier to stop taking care of customers to make change for him so he could leave. The cashier, in his defense, was pleasant and visibly uncomfortable with his co worker’s behavior, but didn’t say anything– maybe out of respect(the upset co worker could have easily been the cashiers father or grandfather). The customers were also using unsavory language because they were tired of waiting, which pissed me off because there were young children present. I too was annoyed because no matter how far in advance I call, I always wait. If they say 20 minutes, I show up in 30. It doesn’t matter. The pizza is never ready on time. I now go out of my way when I want pizza just to avoid having to use this location. Take my advice, DON’T GO!

I like Pizza Hut pizza, always have. I also like to eat when I’m hungry, always have. Here’s the problem: I ordered delivery from this location and was quite looking forward to chowing down at the expiry of the promised 30-minute delivery time. Imagine my dismay when the delivery time doubled to 60 minutes. I understand that 30min is an estimate and delays can happen, but for a CWE-to-CWE delivery, this delay was kinda extreme.

This pizza hut is full of shit. Can only makes large pan pizzas at the end of the day? Biggest crock of shit i’ve ever heard. The guy answering the phone didnt know anything. At all. If i i ask for med pan and u say well my mgr just said we cant make med only large? Is it not freshly made? I would have easily made it a larger if he would have said we can make it a large pan. The dumbass kid didnt know anything had to ask somebody elsr everything i asked him.19 min of this torture i finally had to just say fuck it. I ordered imos instead. U just lost a longtime customer
