Jack in the Box

Nasty place. Slow. Very slow. Got my drink wrong, then tried to hand me a cup with the lid on part way, and covered in drips. My tacos weren’t hot. Really weren’t that warm. Only one of them had taco sauce.
Nasty.

I had the a burrito the meat was tuff there it was nasty I will never eat there again service slow I don’t recommend this place at all don’t bother eating there

Visited on a Sunday around 1:30pm. They were super nice and joking with us even though there were 7 of us and we were a little loud. Food came out quickly and tasted amazing. Love this location!

Always really clean the order takers as nice as could be the drive-​through is always busy the food is always fresh love this place

Sorry Jack in the Box, but I’m knocking you down to two stars for my experience tonight.
The problems can be summed up totally in terms of staff. Your window person spoke softly enough that it was hard to understand her over the speaker — that’s never been a problem before — and then when we got to the window didn’t repeat the total just stuck her hand out waiting for the money. Real polite, that.
She *did* ask what sauces we would need — we bought mozarella sticks, chicken nuggets, and egg rolls — but then when we got home with our order we discovered she either hadn’t listened, or has forgotten and didn’t bother to ask again, as not only did she not give us any honey-​mustard, but she added sweet-​and-​sour and marinara, neither of which we had requested.
Sorry, but the sauces are part of what we are ordering. Your mozarella sticks, chicken nuggets, and egg-​rolls aren’t so awesome that we want them dry, and to fuck up the sauces like that is the same as fucking up the food itself.
The only reasons Jack is still getting two stars is that the food came out quickly, and (other than some rather burned egg-​rolls) was as good as is to be expected of a fast-​food place. I’m seriously tempted to knock it down another star, though, because you were also out of tacos. WTF, Jack. Tacos are where it’s at.

Gotta have my Jumbo Jack with Cheese. I am a big fan of this spot. I only go late in the evening and the service is what you would expect.

You never know what awaits you when you go through the drive though!
I was unhappy with my service with the drive through attendant. She was trying to be efficient with her time but that made her sloppy with customer service and attention to my «special» order.
I made a comment to the manager, just as a heads up. I didn’t want anything more than better service in the future, as I know this was not going to be final visit here!
Will post what happens with future encounters!

I’ve been a big fan of Jack in the Box for a long time. This one on Page and Ashby has fast service and serves up hot food. Love it!

It is a typical Jack in the Box, I have eaten here several times and I have had no issues. However, at times it can take a while to get your food, I have sat in the drive through for 15 to 20 minutes before.
