Dozens of times they have messed up my orders. One time they messed it up 3 times in a row two of which were them «correcting» the first order. How difficult is it to not put lettuce on a frigging taco? I’m so beyond done with this place.

Seriously! We pull up to the drive thru and we hear «Hi. How are you?» why not say «Welcome to TB… I can take your order whenever you are ready»…petty, I know, but so annoying

Food is good. Been here quite awhile, and the manager is belittling the employees and let’s face it. They haven’t produced an order for about 20 mins. I would say, run through the location if there is no line, more than 2 or 3 in line. It’s more than they can handle.

They quality has gone down so much. Every time I go there I am disappointed. The only reason I go there is because of my wife.

First, it’s Taco Bell. The four stars I give it is for this specific Taco Bell in comparison to other TBs, As a standalone against higher quality restaurants it gets 2 — 3 stars. The food is always hot and tastes as TB food is supposed to taste — yummy in my tummy.

I only ordered 3 items and they got it wrong and I got it to go and realized no napkins! I already left before I realized it was wrong and didn’t have time to go back. While I was waiting I tried to sit in a swivel chair that didn’t even really move and even the older lady had a hard time sitting in it when she came in after I sat next to her waiting for my food. She said she tried to sit in the same chair.

This Taco Bell is the worst in the Eugene /​Springfield area. They are not consistent and tend to not care about the final product. Also the Springfield Taco Bell’s prices are higher than Eugene. They rarely participate in promotional pricing. If you want Taco Bell I would recommend that you go to a Eugene location.

The Springfield Taco Bell has the same food as every other Taco Bell, but the guy at the front counter was awesome. He was friendly and very helpful. I don’t usually go to Taco Bell for the service, but I would go to this one again just for that.
