Walked in about 6pm Mon night and it was smoky from probably poor ventilation of the fryers which irritated my eyes. Ordered the Mon special with a two piece, biscuit and side. Ate in the dining room which had clean tables and no weird moldy smells either. Chicken and fries which just came out of the fryer and biscuit all tasted fine. The customer service was friendly and fast. I’ll definitely come back here. Gotta love that chick’n!

Food is decent. The guy working the counter late night needs to realize not every customer knows the menu when they arrive. It’s fast food but it’s pre-made so take the extra 10 seconds to explain things without being impatient or rude. First and last visit here.

This is a consistently busy fast food restaurant, located in Springfield Plaza.
There isn’t a lot of seating for eat-in customers; however, that’s no big deal since most folks opt for takeout.
The service is good and the chicken and the sides taste great.

The tea was good… to bad the chicken was old and over cooked and the red beans and rice seemed to have had water added to them as they obviously had been sitting… I miss the Annandale Popeye’s!

How can you hate popeyes? It’s popeyes! The buttery biscuit, peppery french fries, mashed potatoes, that crispy skin. Can never go wrong especially at this location.

My first 100% positive review and it’s well deserved. A very clean and good-looking establishment. I went during lunch hour, it was efficient and the level of service was better than what I associate with fast food. Most importantly, the chicken rocked! It tasted extremely fresh, was hot and well seasoned. Hey… everyone knows Popeyes has good chicken but this was reallllly good. Kudos to the owner and the staff! They obviously take pride.

I ordered the 4 wing combo, got the 4 piece mixed combo. I had already left so I had no choice but to keep it, but I was extremely annoyed. Also, I feel like Popeyes throws the fries all over the box so they can get away with giving you less. Either way, the chicken was good, but the fries were dry. The restaurant is really clean though.

Extremely clean Popeyes. Their tables were spotless and didn’t smell like wet rag.
Employees were very polite and helpful. I was one of the first customers in today so it was pretty empty. It was nice that both employees, not taking my order, smiled and said Hello to me.
No issues with this location.
LOVE that chicken from Popeyes!

I like this location for some reason more so than other close Popeyes locations. I come here even though at times they have longer lines than other places. They have never messed up my order, never let me down and don’t roll their eyes when I ask for extra BBQ Sauce. You know when you ask for an extra sauce and they give you that look like it’s forbidden lol. I like the staff here is super courteous and polite. They are efficient and handle long lines in a timely manner. They always have 3 or more cashiers ready to go, so they are always prepared for the long lines. Food has always been fresh, place is super clean and staff is nice. Kudos to these guys

This your typical Popeyes with their regular brand menu offerings. As an occasional to seldom junk food eater I’ve over the years dutifully tried everything on their menu at least once. So as to make it easy to gage each of these places, if and when I do try them, I’ve devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast food joint can be! I gage: cleanliness; service; product quality; convenience; accessibility; taste and the personnel’s attitude. This place scores 4.0 of 5. I will be coming back here and is one of the few fastfood joints I can actually recommend!

The Popeyes near my house closed down so I haven’t been to Popeyes in a while. My son started taking violin lesson at Music and Arts Center next door so he asked to stop by this place since it smells really good from the outside.
I usually ordered spicy fried chicken, but I decided to go with the popcorn shrimp this time and it was delicious. I wish that they would chicken and shrimp combo on the menu. My husband order the fried chicken meal and I had to take a couple of bites of his food. It was crispy on the outside, yet juicy on the inside. My son also enjoyed his chicken finger meal.
The restaurant was clean and service was great.

Popeyes is Popeyes. They recently refurbished the inside of the restaurant (it was not even bad to start with) so it super slick and new inside. The only thing I have noticed happen here is that some of the prices on the specials seen on the signs outside do not match the total when they ring you up.
