Firstly I have always loved chipotle but the service of this one was horrible. First on the assembly line, there was no emotion… No smiles… No talking with the customers… Just get your food and go, not even an «enjoy.» I get to the cashier and she was I believe having a disagreement with the manager and handling that while me and another customer are just sitting there. Finally she comes back and checks out the guy in front of me and thennnn she goes back to the manager(I’m dining in min you) while my bowl is just sitting there in the open. She comes back to the cash register and I just pull out my credit card and wait, and wait, and wait. Finally the manager tells her«you have a customer that’s been standing there.» Finally I get taken care of. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Who doesn’t love chipotle? I don’t know too many people that don’t.that’s why it always makes me sad to see a location of a brand I love that just doesn’t meet the same level of service or quality as other locations within the chain. I went on a Sunday night at dinner time.5:30pm.The line was short yet I still had to wait for the initial.‘what would you like’ person. then had to wait for the toppings person. then had to wait for the cashier. who swiped my card so fast without asking if I wanted anything else that I forgot to say I wanted chips. I wanted brown rice but thy were out and didn’t look like they were anywhere close to having an my prepared anytime soon so I just got white rice. Trash on the floor, slow service, inattentiveness, not what I expect from a chipotle.

I probably shouldn’t write a bad review on Chipotle because they’re already suffering, but I can’t hide the truth, especially when you leave a bad taste in my mouth(literally and figuratively). They’re just not good people there. With a lot of Chipotles, it’s a crapshoot whether or not the staff is welcoming. I’ve been to my fair share of Chipotles run by rude teenagers and young adults. Why? Why do they let this continue? The constant b*tch face you get when you walk in is enough to make you want to leave. And slooooooow. Slow slow slow. No sense of urgency at all. I have a couple of Chipotle bowl hacks(not really) that guarantees I’ll get a lot for my money. I can’t eat the meat there because it gives me tummy aches(runny runny run!), but I fill up on all of the vegan options: a tortilla at the bottom, both rices, both beans(so happy the pinto beans are meat-free now), fajitas, sofritas, all four salsas, guac, and lettuce. If I go to a really good one, I leave with almost two pounds of food! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner! But not at this one. I know some people just assume that because I’m fat that I don’t need to eat as much… which is kinda true, but who cares?! Feed me! All of these meager portions. Half a scoop of rice. Why be this stingy? I hope that one day I feel safe enough to go back to Chipotle and eat again. Maybe that day will come fast enough… Maybe.

Listen, Chipotle is good. This location is alright. It’s perpetually crowded and dirty, occasionally filthy. The restrooms are abysmal and do not suggest to me that the workers or the kitchen is particularly hygienic. The tables are a mess. The ambience is awful. Get it to go or go somewhere else.

I hate this place. Its probably busy because of the location but the staff doesn’t have any interest and always gets the order wrong. Well, its a Mexican restaurant so unless you speak Spanish, the servers don’t have any idea what you are saying if you speak in English. They act like they understand what you are ordering but they don’t have any communication skills — even simple ones so they get the order all wrong. I mean why can’t they understand that you want a steak burrito — no, you gotta get chicken burrito even when it comes time to putting the meat in, they have to ask you again ANDTHEYSTILLGETITWRONG!!! YOUHAVETOWATCHTHEMALLTHETIMETOMAKESURETHEYAREEVENTRYINGTOUNDERSTANDYOURORDER. As others have indicated, they don’t seem to care. I won’t go back to this dump til they get the order correct. Why should I eat what they think I ordered instead of what I did order???

It used to be good, but now the people in the assembly line are rude and roll their eyes.

I have been putting off going here for the past year, which is silly since it’s so close to home lol. My youngest a and my wife had never been and today was my little man’s choice… I was pleasantly surprised, being the reviews for this spot are not very good. I had the chicken & steak bowl, wifey had the chicken bowl and my little man had the chicken quesadilla with rice and beans. All of us enjoyed our food the service was quick and they didn’t skimp on the guacamole which is a plus lol. Was a bit more expensive that I thought it would be but overall a 4 star experience

Every time I come here I regret it. The water even tasted off. Yes I’m complaining about the water. This location is the worst. Ever. Not sure what they do to ruin the food but they do.

Trust the other reviews. I don’t know if this place needs new management, workers, or what. The line is slow. Got there at 5:30 didn’t get to the cash register until 6pm. I guess maybe you can jump the line if possible. It sucks. they do not know how to move a line. The food is nasty. They gave me the wrong order and I asked the girl to lift the lid, but she didn’t lift the lid. If someones paying lift the lid when they ask you. So I ended up getting a refund and a free order after I called the manager.

Oh Chipotle, without you, my sons would not eat, they absolutely love you. I think the lines here are outrageous. The store is clean and the servers are friendly enough for a group that works on a burrito assembly line.

Let me start by saying I worked for over a year at a Chipotle store with Restaurateur status… So I know my Chipotle like the back of my hand. I have probably eaten more at Chipotle than any other fast-casual and fast food restaurant. This is the closest Chipotle to my house and therefore, I’ve been there a lot. If you want to see a «slow» Chipotle, go to Seven Corners. This location has been busy at times but lately it’s almost a ghost town. I went tonight at 6:00 and there were only two people in front of me in queue. This is not the most DELICIOUS Chipotle I’ve been to. I don’t know why but every now and then I get a perfect burrito/bowl/salad… Haven’t had one here. That being said I’ve never had bad food here or bones in my chicken, etc. The only thing I had a gripe about today was that no one went around to wipe down tables or replenish the Tabasco bar near the drink station the entire time I was there, which was odd since it was relatively slow. Don’t be afraid to come here, this is a solid location.

Slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The average wait during off times(after lunch /dinner rush) has been at least 15 minutes. It must be 30 minutes plus during high times, but ive always skipped it when the line is practically out the door. Do they do any corporate training or just high turnover at this location? Crystal City, Sterling are much better. They seem to understaff compared to the other locations, which probably explains the slow service.

We try to give places a second try, especially when they are so close to other areas that we shop in. But this store remains the worst Chipotle that we have ever gone into. Line is slow, burritos are broken when you unwrap them and splitting in 4 different areas. No one asks if you want chips, guac, or drinks at the register. They all talk among themselves and ignore you as your are ordering. Awful store. Again, headquarters needs to look at this facility.

I LOVECHIPOTLE ! But this location is a exception. Because this place is the only Chipotle that near my house. Workers over there were not really friendly. Also, the size of my burrito bowl was so small. Then the meat(steak) taste like was not fully cooked, doesn’t taste good at all. I recommend Chipotle but not this location.

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been and Ive been to several but this is the closest to us. Case in mind: the person who takes the orders should be the most competent of all not the least ! I requested minimal amount of rice on one the bowls and the girl put 5 pieces of beef for a steak bowl and she seems to be unfair in her measurements with different customers. One time the white rice is undercooked and at another the sour cream tasted stale. The line is always long since they are located at the center of town so they move very fast to keep the line moving to the point of interchanging peoples orders or charging incorrectly. I asked for the manager after discovering I got charged for an extra bowl oneday. After another Chipotle opened in Springfield Mall, I vowed never ever go back in this location. Or else go to Chipotle in Fairfax Corner or Kingstowne which is a little farther away. This location needs better management to maintain food quality and improve service!

Fast and friendly. I placed my order online and it was ready for pick up at exactly the time scheduled. What I appreciated most was the follow up call an hour later asking about experience. I really enjoyed that.

I agree with many other reviews of this location. It’s the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. It’s hit or miss with the friendliness/politeness of the staff. The online orders are very stingy. I guess if you’re not watching them build it, they feel like they can skimp on the portions. I added quacamole to my husband’s burrito bowl last week — it was barely a level tablespoon for $ 2.05. Their fajita veggies are barely warmed and their brown rice is almost always dried out. We’re sticking with the one in Sarratoga(Rolling Road), which has better tasting food and much better service.

Came to Chipotle last night for a late dinner, as we were tight on time and had to get up early in the morning. Immediately after walking in(right around 8:30p), we found that the line was out the door. This seems to be a constant at this Chipotle, but I can’t really blame them for being popular. After waiting in line for ~20 minutes(I felt this was a tad slow, but it turned out on top of the normal line they were filling a large number of online orders), we made it up to the front. My wife and mom both got the soft tacos, and I got a barbacoa bowl. I thought the quantities on everything were very good — not nearly as stingy as I had seen in the past. When going to find a seat, we found that all of the tables were completely dirty and had to wipe one for ourselves. Food tasted great, as always!

Unbelievable! I counted 14 employees working the«assembly line» and they still messing up the orders. They are talking to each other in Spanish and not listening to the order. Chicken quesadilla kids meal with no chicken. Wrapped up everything to go when I said for here. Cheap with all parts of the burrito bowl. Smh But I will say that the bowl was delicious even though it was not packed like usual. Whoever is seasoning everything is doing a great job. The beef, beans, guac, was all tasty. I’ll be back. The line went fast! Just make them slow down and listen.
