Liberty Diner, Hot Spot Diner or Andy’s Diner… whatever it’s called this week. This places changes its name like there’s no tomorrow. Service is bad, food is bad. You may find some hairs in your food or some gibbering owners squabbling over some useless esthetic to help«improve» this awful diner. Don’t bother. Wait until they change their name again.

Now called Andy’s diner. Menu still says Liberty. Breakfast is great. The salad bar isn’t. They advertise fresh food. My kid has a cheeseburger – a frozen puck.

I will never forget when we came to try out the Liberty Diner after it first opened and my husband’s toast was just… very, very SLIGHTLY warm bread. That was pretty much symbolic of the entire visit… very«meh.» They do have a salad bar, though, which is kinda nice.

The only thing I’m not crazy about is that the acoustics are horrible there late at night. I guess it’s because it’s so empty late at night, every little sound just bounces right into my ears — but don’t quote me, I am neither a scientologist nor a mathemagician. With that being said, creamed chipped beef and cake are two of my big litmus tests for diners. Judging from the size of my ass, they passed both tests with flying colors. A+

They have a decent soup and salad bar. Everytime I’ve had breakfast there, it’s been OK. But the last meal I had there was almost inedible. Let me just say avoid the roast beef at all costs. I think this place is suffering from a severe lack of management.

The only reason this place gets a 1 is the staff… I mean its a diner right… not a morgue… the service is horrible… they only really have one lady working 10 maybe 12 tables… and its sad. Honestly. If it wasn’t for the fact that dennys, ihop, and the springfield diner(a half mile in distance) weren’t socrowded… we would have never came here. Thanks anyway liberty diner. I’m updating my review after I left. The food was under cooked. The manager was smoking when we asked for him, so… it was about 15 minutes before he came. We actually stopped in the parking lot and told people to leave!!! THISPLACEISDISGUSTING, OVERPRICEDANDWELL nasty as heck. Do not go here at all.

This 24-hour diner opened recently in the building formerly occupied by the Hot Spot Diner. Spacious room is decorated in red, white and blue, featuring pictures of the Statue of Liberty. A large, L-shaped salad bar(open daily to 9PM) graces the rear of the room. Breakfast is served throughout the day. i had a blueberry-topped waffle, and my guest had a house omelet. Each was well prepared and served by a friendly waitress. Great place to go when you’re hungry late at night.
