Domino’s Pizza

I would always get dominos pizza, but this time when I walked in and had a promo code and didn’t know how to use it. He just kept going to the back instead of helping me, but overall got the pizza I wanted.

I always order pizza fr dominos and they always come on time.
Delivery person comes with a smile and serves the food nice and hot.
Unlike Papa Johns in Lorton. I got sick once with a terrible tummy ache after eating their pizza. never again.

They suck. Ordered but never showed or called. I called them, no answer.

i placed an order, on line, well before closing… when i called to ask where my order was, i was repudiated with, «sorry, nothing that we may do.»
WTF? you don’t need any more business? good. cuz you aint gettin any of ours. nice job, manager…

This Domino’s is the Best! I have been going here for 25+ years, the staff, management, and of course pizza has never disappointed and I look forward to getting the delicious pizza here any chance I can get! Need I say more?

Got everything right. Good amount of toppings, hot, no cheese stuck to the box. Nice delivery man.

What frustrates me is when I ordered previously before from this location I rarely got a good amount of toppings on my pizza. So, the second time I ordered from this location I paid for extra toppings and when the pizza arrived I literally didn’t see a difference I basically got a pinch amount… Seriously last time I’m eating from this location… They obviously don’t give you what you pay for. Go else where.

Domino’s I’m disappointed! I called in an order for 2 GF pizza’s at 3.09 pm and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. When that didn’t happen, I called at 3.59 pm and was told that they had just 2 drivers and that he had a large order near me and would be there soon. At 4.19 pm, I called to cancel the order because it was too late — I had errands to run! The guy on the phone said OK, I’ll call the drive to let him know. Well, at 4.21 pm I get a call from the driver — I’m here, don’t you want your pizza? I told know no, I’m not interested in soggy pizza! You know, I understand its Labor Day and there are lots of orders, but seriously 3.09 to 4.21 does not make 30 minutes. I expect a refund to my card, otherwise I’ll be calling the credit card company to dispute the charges. This sucks, I will just go back to Ledo Pizza and ZPizza — they are reliable!

The staff at the Backlick Road Dominos are just simply amazing. They are always courteous, friendly, and on time. Our food is always hot and delivered with a smile.

The new Dominos sucks. I miss this Dominos. The staff was amazing and the food is way better then any other Dominos I’ve been to. I miss it

This Domino’s is awesome. The staff is great, pizza is spot on, temp is always HOT and ready! I can’t say how many times I’ve ordered from them. And every time has been perfect. I always order online. I really like Suzanne — she’s a driver there with black hair; she is such a great and sweet person. I just ordered again tonight. Hope I get her for delivery. Dominos, you did well with this branch. I love you for it.

Fast and Fresh Delivery was only the good part.
It was so Fresh, it was Soggy. It was probably cooked in the heated pizza bag.
Who ever made my pie made it rain with anise all over.
There was so much, I couldn’t stop thinking about Jennifer ANISEton.
Domino has been on this new image thang, but the cardboard is still cardboard no matter how much salted butter you put on the crust.
There was so much, It tasted like popcorn not pizza.
Why don’t you put Jennifer. I mean spices IN your crust?
Why does the dough have the consistency of stale sandwich bread?

Why is your equivalent to a Supreme Pizza skimp out on the veggies?

Dominos should fire their chefs, get a taste of other pizzas or other foods, and stop spending money on those BS ads.

Give your hunger a 45 minute time-​out for delivery! Ever since they revamped their operation, quality control and menu items — we’re happy. This local shop has attention to detail and service.

I’ve ordered a pizza from this Dominos 2 times in the past few months. Both times my pizza has had the incorrect toppings on it. The first time I just got over it and ate it anyway. The second time, I’d had enough and the topping combination was really gross. So I ordered a replacement and it was delivered quickly, but too bad the pizza wasn’t fully cooked! So now we had a raw pizza. Gross.
Never ordering from this place again, which it too bad since they have the tastiest to-​go pizza and best deals.

I’m sorry this Domino’s sucks. I HAD to order from here since its the only one that delivers to my house even though there is another one closer. I had teenagers over and had to feed them.
The thing that annoyed me was that they REALLY skimp on the toppings at this location. This was the second time I ordered the Steak and Cheese pizza. Both times they didn’t put enough vegetables or steak on it. WTF… its soo annoying. I’ve had this pizza before from the Duke St and Saratoga location and they both do a fine job at topping a pizza.

I’m not giving Domino’s 5 stars for it’s pizza, although with their new recipe, I think they have one of the best fast food pizzas around. Well above Round Table and Papa Johns for sure… and cheaper. But I’m giving this Domino’s 5 stars for their great and friendly service. I ordered their 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $ 5.99 each and was planning to pick them up after doing a couple of errands. I got lost and told them that I had to cancel the order since I was running late. They were still so friendly and said that if I came later to pick them up (even though they would be in the fridge), that I could get a special deal. I felt bad and got them later anyway, but it was a good gesture since they didn’t want to waste the pizza and keep me as a customer. The service of the staff there seemed top notch. I will order from them again.
