Bozzelli’s Italian Deli

Delicious pizza, hot subs, and sweet potato fries. Would give 5 stars, but usually takes at least 15 minutes to get your food after ordering.

I ordered a steak and cheese with everything on it except for peppers. I got bread, cheese and meat. It was late and I wasn’t going to drive back to get another one.

I ordered for my work crew and the order was correct, and on time delicious subs. I would definitely order again from this Bozzelli’s location. Good service, good food and friendly staff.

Had the metro and it was delicious. Fresh bread, fresh meats and great service. God job!!!

This is our go-​to for pizza delivery — and everything else we’ve ordered from here has been good. We lived in Springfield awhile before discovering Bozzelli’s & I wish we had known about it sooner. There aren’t too many great places to eat in Springfield, so this place is a gem.

Never disappointed. They have the best sandwiches with real Italian influences. By far my favorite sandwich/​pizza place. Every location is wonderful.

Large pizza with one half mushrooms & anchovies (mmmm) lol and the other half with meatballs and tomatoes and it had a perfect balance of toppings, crust and great flavor.
Eggplant parm sub was tasty but it could’ve stood to have another layer of eggplant because the bread sort of dominated this one and I prefer eggplant with my sub, not the other way around. ;-)
The delivery arrived within the promised timeframe and the driver was courteous. While everything was good and definitely better than the chain pizza joints, it’s not on my list of all time favorite pizza joints. It’s excellent but not five-​star, outstanding.

I love this place! The people that work here are amazing and the food is always delicious. I usually order the metro, but have also ordered their pizza, burger, wings, and fries — all great. My usual is the metro and tiramisu (their baked goods are awesome). If I could give them 6 stars I would!
They also have great customer service, whether you eat in or order delivery.

I took a wrong turn into this nondescript, little strip mall, adjacent to Springfield Town Center and, what a gem of a find!
I’m always looking for the real, Italian style pizza and subs I grew up with in northern NJ and this place definitely brings me back.
Although the pizza isn’t the classic, NY style I expected (then again, I inadvertently got the personal size), the flavor is 100% there. Authentic. Italian. I ordered mine with meatballs and it was delicious.
Customer service was great, too. My order was made fresh and I was informed it would take 10 min. I thought they would just call out my order even it was ready, but instead they brought it to my table and proceeded to bring me the sides, and plasticware when the guy noticed I hadn’t done that for myself yet.
I can’t wait to tell my friends!

I had a really good time. It was a beautiful clean restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was good. I had a fettuccine chicken alfredo. It came with garlic bread. And a side salad. The salad bowl could have been larger in order for me to mix my dressing properly, I was resigned to dipping. My fettucini alfredo hi good flavor if I could have used some fresh vegetables. I like a little color on my plate or both I should say. I enjoyed the homemade fruit punch. It had fresh fruit in it, a little sweet but good.

Been a fan of Bozzeli’s sandwiches for a few years now after going through deli withdrawal since leaving Chicago. Originally went to the Newington location (has a better seating area) and got hooked on their breakfast sandwiches (RIP) and tater tots.
This location is much closer to my home and has consistently hit on all points. Recently I gave their pizza a try and it is definitely the best in the area! Good crust, toppings and sauce. Ordered 3 large pies for my fantasy football draft and all the guys were impressed.
I will continue to frequent Bozzeli’s for their excellent burger, cheese steaks and pizza!

I really like this pizza joint. Unlike so many others whom deliver, they have an individual size so we can all get what we want. Plus it’s not too small for my growing 11 year old eating us out of house and home currently! They also have a spot to dibe in and its nicely decorated in all things Italian and Wine. Staff are super friendly as well.
My best friend and neighbor who doesnt consume pork lovrs them because she says the pepperoni, sausage and all other normally swine-​made meats are all beef. Im not certain of this so dont quote me but they definitely do taste as though they’re beef.
The delivery drivers are quick, efficient and kind. We always leave a sweet tip partly because we’re now on the third floor of a walkup garden-​style building. When i call in orders they remember my address and name though i doubt they have tge system that recalls this info.
If you’re in the Springfield mall area and in the mood s for pizza THIS is my recommendation for you. Cheers.

Pretty hard to find and the scenery encompassing the store isn’t much to look at, but upon entering, the atmosphere is transformed into an old school Italian pizzeria with brick walls, white and red checkered tablecloths, and popular classic music to boot. It is a true contrast to the plaza and shows just how much effort the restaurant has put into décor.
The workers who took my order were polite and honest. One even double checked my receipt to ensure that I didn’t overpay.
The food was prepared at a satisfactory speed: not extremely fast but not particularly slow. The «original» steak, cheese, and pepperoni sandwich I ordered was very tasty! The only thing I should say is that the sandwich was very oily/​greasy so make sure to grab some napkins before eating it.

After being continuously frustrated with the lack of decent pizza in Springfield, I just happened to see this place pop up on the Unilocal list of places that deliver in my area and had to give them a try. And I have to say, I’m so happy to have found this gem! Thanks Unilocal!

Delivery takes about 45 minutes, but the pizza always arrives hot and bubbly.
They also stand apart from the competition as they use real ingredients and do not skimp on toppings!
Also, I always end up ordering too much, but Bozzelli’s reheats really well, so I’m always happy to have lunch the next day.
My favorite so far is the Meaty boy. It’s gooey cheese topped in Pepperoni, Sausage, Ham, Genoa Salami & Bacon, and it’s a good reminder of why I could never be a vegetarian. It is straight up delicious meaty heaven.
They also have subs, salads and desserts.
Eventually I will have to go check the place out in person as I have heard they have a nice assortment of wines to compliment the pie. But for now I am happy knowing if I want good pizza delivered, they have me covered.

Delicious wings!

After browsing the menu and reviews about 10 million times on GrubHub, I decided to finally stop by and give the place a try. Although the place was small and dark, the first thing that caught my attention was the amount of WINE and beer available for purchase inside of the restaurant. I had no intention of buying two bottles to go with my meal, but it was so nicely priced and convenient, so why not?
Anyway, I went in to order a sub, but since there was a deal on a small pizza and a drink, I ordered that as well just so I could give it a try. I ordered the Metro Italian sub and a pepperoni pizza. Service was great, and considering I was the only one there at the time, my order came out quick.
The sandwich was amazing. It had plenty of meat, and was very flavorful. Will definitely order again. The pizza was DELICIOUS! I was a little nervous since there were mixed reviews about it, but I loved it. The sauce is definitely a little different than your average pizza sauce… it tasted more like spaghetti sauce but to me, that’s what made it great. The pepperoni slices were large and the crust was nice and soft. It was just as tasty when I warmed it up the next day. The wine was a great compliment to all of it!
I definitely look forward to going back for more pizza and to try the Original Sub that apparently is a favorite. Oh… and of course to try more wine. :-)

I tried calling three times in a row. The first two times I was hung up on and the last time the man said they do deliver, put me on hold and several minutes later with no answer I hung up. Mind you, it’s 45 min before closing and maybe they don’t want to deliver this close to close but they could have just said so.

Management called and apologized — said they would talk to their employees for better communication to customers — very nice and so I decided I will try again sometime.

I give up! The man who was trying to take my order was very hard to communicate with. His English isn’t very good so it made ordering impossible because I had a couple questions about the menu. I guess it’s not meant to be for me to try this restaurant.

I was looking for a place to grab a quick salad. I saw that this place was pretty new and decided to check it out.
Thank god for GPS or I don’t think I would’ve ever found this place. I went in around 2:30pm and the place wasn’t busy … only two other guys ordering some takeout. They only had 3 salads on the menu … so I picked the Chicken Pesto Salad which only took them a few minutes to bring it out to me. It had plenty of chicken which was very moist and tasty. The pesto sauce was amazing! It didn’t need any other type of dressing. It also had mozzarella, black olives, slivers of red onion, and roasted red peppers.
This place also had nice looking pizzas, sub sandwiches, desserts, beer, wine and more.

Decided to try this place because I wanted delivery and pickings are slim for my area on grub hub. I ordered the Italian sub, seasoned fries, and tiramisu.
The sub was a good size, but so drowned in mayo it was very rich and messy to eat.
The tiramisu is currently inedible because it’s still frozen…, but it’s a huge piece for $ 3.
