Our furnace stopped working — we were able to diagnose the problem and figure out a solution after one call. Turned out to be a part that was fairly simple to replace.

Climate is great! They are prompt, courteous, and fair. Everyone I dealt with was nice and easy to work with. They provided me with various options for my HVAC system and didn’t push the most expensive one. There price wasn’t the cheapest (right in the middle) but the warranty and services offered made it worth it. I definitely recommend them for service and replacements.

Everything about this place is great. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly responsive. The prices are incredibly reasonable and they legitimately care about their customers. I am a huge fan of it being a local, small business. I recommend them to everyone!

We have been clients of Climate Heating & Cooling for 20+ years. We have always found both the front office and the technicians to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. The company’s pricing and billing practices have always struck us as most reasonable and fair. In particular, they have never recommended equipment replacements before they are truly needed. We have an annual service contract with them that includes spring/​summer and fall/​winter check-​ups and maintenance for our HVAC system. But their real value lies beyond the routine check ups. For example, Climate improved our air-​handling duct-​work, making it dramatically quieter. Moreover, they always respond rapidly in emergencies — for example, when we experienced a major heat pump problem during February’s brutally cold weather, they went way above and beyond to ensure that our house remained warm. We would definitely recommend Climate Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive HVAC company.

I’ve been using Climate for preventative maintenance for over 10 years. They are always friendly, on time, and have done an excellent job. I love their service packages and advice about options for maintaining or replacing my ageing heat pump. During this current cold spell, my heating unit began making freaky noises. They were able to send someone within an hour.

We used Climate Heating & Cooling for years, and their technicians are first-​rate. However, their management and pricing practices are terrible. We were quoted a «special rate» of $ 99 to come do the annual a/​c maintenance. When they got here, they added a $ 100 «ladder fee» and $ 185 «service fee» (so, what was the $ 99, if not a «service fee»?). With the addition of a couple other fees, the total bill came to $ 404. I didn’t like it, but gave the office my credit card number over the phone, and they told me they would charge it. Four months later, I discover that they had never charged my card, had sent paper bills to the wrong address (where they were thrown out) and had a collection agency after me! It took a lot of phone calls to get it straightened out, and a few more to get the collection agency to stop harassing me. Deceptive pricing and bad management.
