Oxi Fresh of Tyson’s Corner Carpet Cleaning

We just used them to steam-​clean our carpets and they did a fantastic job, were reasonably priced and prompt.

We found out about oxifresh from a coupon in the mail. My wife had numerous questions which were answered on the phone. Technician called about 30 minutes prior to arrival to let us know he was on the way. The technician Winston was professional, friendly and extremely thorough. We had a off white couch cleaned and three rooms of carpeting including oriental rugs. He was at our house for about 4 hours. Very happy with the results and the customer service was perfect. Highly recommend based on our experience. And we thought the price was reasonable.

Can’t say enough about this service! Showed up on scheduled appointment, were respectful and careful with our furniture, and their carpet clearning system works wonders.
Honestly, I don’t get excited about carpets… my wife does, and I couldn’t wait for her to come home to see how good they looked after this service. All the stains the dogs and I have left around the house are now gone, amazing.

The scheduler was very helpful and efficient. However, the service person they sent was very unprofessional and completely uninterested in helping out. My husband was supposed to help me unroll 2 heavy room-​sized carpets in the basement so carpet cleaner could check for mildew. Unfortunately he fell I’ll the night before so the carpets were still rolled up. As I struggled to drag them out of storage and into the finished basement apt., the service guy just stood there. I asked why he couldn’t help in light of my husband’s incapacitation, and he said, «You should have had this laid out for me. I’m on a tight schedule!» I told him then maybe he should leave. He said, ok, I don’t need this! When I tried to resolve the issue, he turned his back to me, walked away and said, «I don’ t like this sick husband stuff!» WOW. I don’t think the guy wanted the job. He cost his company $ 200 due to his complete lack of customer service skills.

Fernando, the Oxi Fresh tech, made my ratty old carpeting look, well, not exactly new, but better than I thought possible. All the junk my teenagers spilled in their rooms? Gone. The stuff we all tracked up the stairs? Gone. Fernando works miracles.
I bought a coupon on Angie’s list, scheduled OF to come out, and voila!
Why not five stars if my carpet is so clean?
1. The young woman who answered when I called with the Angie’s List coupon needs some serious training.
2. Unstated in the offer and phone conversations is that if your carpet has spots on it, you need to pay $ 20 more to the «stain removal kit.» Do any of y’all have a carpet that doesn’t have stains on it? Why didn’t they explain that up front?
That said, even with the extra $ 20 I still think I got a great deal: clean carpets, done on my schedule, at a good price.

Scheduled Oxifresh to come and clean my carpets as I did the same time last year. Last year I paid $ 201.00 with a coupon. The gentleman showed up to clean my carpets and tried to charge me $ 245 including the coupon. That is almost a 25% increase from last year! Are you kidding??? No he wasn’t. I sent him on his way and called Stanley Steamer who offer same day service. Their pricing is still way less then Oxifresh and it includes an additional set of stairs and area rug!

Great work, no gimics just got the job done. Will use them again.
