The furnace to my home decided that it was going to quit working on a cold winter night. To make things worst it was snowing all day and the weather was supposed to turn nasty at the end of the day. I called HVAC Expert and they were extremely helpful and immediately advice me steps that I could do on my own to try to fix my problem. I got off the phone with them, spend 20 minutes to changing filters and checking my furnace unit as recommended and nothing work. Call them back and they managed to squeeze me into the last appointment of the day.
The technician showed up at 8.30 PM on snowing Saturday night and found the problem, fixed it within 30 minutes. The technician that was really nice and polite, explain what the issue and how we could avoid it again in the future. He was also apologetic because he was half hour late which I was more thankful that he actually came out even though the weather was bad. He was stuck in the snow on his previous appointment.
Price was quoted before the tech came out and they stayed true to their price. No extra hidden cost threw in on the bill. I definitely recommend them.
