WELEFT! Horrible service would be generous — more like NO service. We sat at our dirty booth while tables on either side of us were waited on. No drink order ever taken — nothing. After 15 min — we left. Hostess was too clueless to notice she had JUST seated us and we were leaving — she told us to ‘come back soon’…how about never?

Tried this location twice and the service was terrible both times. Both times I went late afternoon(2 – 3 ish) and the place was empty. We waited at least 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. The wait to receive drinks was about as long. Close to 40 minutes to receive our food. Burgers and fries. I would not complain but considering only two or three tables occupied and around 4 servers I would think things would have moved faster. Food was ok, nothing special but it was good.

The service was slightly slow at times, but our waitress was very nice and seemed to be helping out coworkers so I wasn’t too bothered. The blackened chicken is the bees knees. Drinks were good and I feel as though everyone in my party left satisfied.

Writing this as I sit here. 30 minutes and only received drinks. We ordered appetizer and meals at the same time. How long does it take to fry pickles? Horrible service that hasn’t changed since this place opened. Save your money. TRUSTME. Update. Here for an hour now. Still no food and staring at an empty drink glass. Manager did come by. Gave lame excuse. This place isn’t even ½ busy. 3rd update. Canceled order after over an hour with no food and staring at our empty initial drink. Said I would pay for 2 cokes and gave waitress $ 5.00. She comes back and says it is $ 5.95. WOW. Hand her a $ 20. Comes back and hands me $ 15. I just shook my head. Someone, please explain that math methodology! Horrible place and don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Stopped by for lunch. This place has improved significantly. Much better than when it opened. I was a little reluctant to eat here when my friend suggested it, however I’m glad now that I stopped by. The beer was ice cold and the food was really good. Not to mention, the bartender was very friendly and easy on the eyes.

Game night: Very new facility been here just a little over a year, I was one of the first customers when it open last year, so I returned to see if the chicken salad was still delicious,(and it is), and to watch some Football. Spacious place, on the same lines of service as Hooters and Twin Peaks, its a great hang out for sports, if you would like quiet time go for lunch, it is not the place to be a night. Love the noise and excitement and they allow you to yell and be free, parking is very convenient… great place to watch some football!

So this is another place where scantily dressed, underage looking girls are supposed to persuade you to come dine in. Similar to Twin Peaks and Hooters except these girls wear terrible makeup and cheap looking outfits. Service was mediocre. The first time around we waited about 10 minutes to even put our drink order in. They kept forgetting the lime for the Dos XX beer and when we asked a waitress for one, she brought it out in her nasty hand. No napkin, no plate. Just a single slice resting in her long, bacteria laden fingernails. We ordered the chips and queso, fried pickles, Philly cheesesteak, a burger, and wings. The only thing I would recommend is the wings. They were good sized, hot, crunchy, and had the perfect amount of sauce. The only negative is that they serve them in a cone inside tissue paper, so your hands get all dirty trying to dig them out each time. Also, they never bring out small plates to eat on. The Philly cheesesteak was very bland. My burger came with a fried egg and was supposed to be topped with chili. I asked for the chili on the side and was so grateful for this because it was definitely Hormel chili from the can. Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t the point of adding an egg to any dish to have the runny yolk add to the flavor of whatever you’re eating? My egg was totally overlooked. The yolk was totally cooked through and crumbly. There was no point of sending it back considering it took a while to come out and I would be eating by myself by the time they brought it out again. Wings and pickle spears were served with a tiny container of dipping sauce. If you want more, they charge you extra. The band was also awful. It’s a sports bar type of place and they were playing old pop songs although there’s always a small group of people who clearly don’t get out much who will dance to anything. Bottom line, unless you want wings and a cold drink, I would pass on this place.

Outstanding service and food. My first time here I had the shrimp pasta as recommended by our server and it was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely return

It’s like a military theme hooters. The girls look barely old enough to be scantily clad though… Foods great! Beer on tap is reasonably priced! Staff is friendly! I wouldn’t recommend going during football if you’re not planning on watching the game and the DJ that plays during their game nights is obnoxiously loud… Not talented… Other than that, I’ve no complaints…

A one star is being too generous. You can fill a place with TVs and girls but it doesn’t amount to anything unless customers get served. Just sat there for 30 minutes without a single server asking for drinks or food…, and the place was empty on a Saturday afternoon. We just walked out and left… what’s the point of a restaurant that doesn’t serve their customers???

The food and drinks are great here I really like the atmosphere. The waiter wasn’t the best she kind of had a attitude when we first arrived but she was nicer towards the end. The manger came to check on us which is always a plus for me. So overall it wasn’t bad I’ll be back

Went on Thursday Sept. 10, 2015 to watch football game. One waitress was taking my drink order and others were bringing them out. As a result, one of my Jack n Cokes was given to wrong table. I kind of figured it was mine, but didn’t know what other table ordered, so I was just vigilant. I actually saw someone drink from the straw. Eventually the waitress came by and saw I still didn’t have my drink. She said something to the other table and then grabbed my drink and brought it over to me and gave it to me!!! After someone had already drank from it!!! Moreover, even though I was by myself, they snuck a gratuity on my tab, which I didn’t notice until I got home. AND I tipped on top of that, AND after their added gratuity AND my tip, THEY still over billed me a couple dollars on top of all that! Worst run place I have ever been, hands down!!!

Keeps getting worse. I guess now the waitresses take away your beers before you are finished without asking first. One word: GHETTO.

Swing by here for a drink inside or outside patio, but stay far away from this place for anything else because the food was terribly mediocre. I ordered a chicken salad, which was dry and forgettable. I was lucky enough to get the only waitresses(out of around 10) who actually gave a flying fart about service. The others were just sitting around texting or chatting on their phones and not really serving their customers. Yes, it’s a bit of a breastaurant, and I did enjoy their tasteful uniforms. But the novelty wore off quickly with the disinterested attitude of most of the waitstaff.(Mind you, i didn’t get mistreated but felt sorry for the other patrons. Whoever was managing during that happy hour needs to get their act straight).

I visited Bombshells about 3 weeks ago on a Sunday with my boyfriend. And lol i was actually expecting not to like it but it was cool and laid back… We came kind of early so it wasn’t crowded at all… The only downsides was that the machine that makes the frozen drinks was broken, so i couldn’t try what i actually came for and they were out of crawfish. Oh and they had a live band that was pretty good… The service was good and fast… I think I’ll be back.

This place is pretty much hit or miss. The first time I went my friend and we happened to sit ourselves(they have a hostess booth in the front, but there is never anyone there) in the section of probably the most attentive and kindest waitress I’ve ever meet. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The drinks were tasty and pretty strong. The last time I went with my father and the same friend that had gone with me the previous time. We sat on the patio and no one acknowledged us. My father tried to flag down a waitress to ask her for a menu. She rudely replied that she was a bartender and not a waitress and walked to the bar just to sit and text! Two other waitresses walked by ignoring our table and serving the one next to us. I really don’t think a table of 2 men needs 2 waitresses, but that’s just my opinion. We were about to leave when I saw the waitress from my first visit. She instantly remembered my name, gave me a hug, and sat us at a table in her section. She took our drink order and was back with them in about 5 minutes and this was on a Saturday night! Our food came out quickly and was perfect and our drinks were never empty. Based on my experience with Bombshells it all comes down to luck. There’s a couple great waitresses, but unless you happen to get lucky be prepared for a long, frustrating, and thirsty night.

My family and I visited Bombshells for the first time! We came on a Saturday at noon! It was a hour after they opened and there were no big games going on so it was fairly slow.(Which allowed for quick and great service) Both my sister and I got a grilled chicken sandwich and loved it! We also split the egg rolls, they were pretty great also! My brother-in-law and mother decided on the club sandwich, they decided that overall it was too greasy and shouldn’t be a hot sandwich. Although they were not all too impressed with the food, I enjoyed it! Our waitress was also just as good as the food. We never had a dry drink! No complaints for the service. Although this could have been due to the time of day. All in all this is a great place to enjoy a beer during a special event. Especially if you are over the usual Buffalo Wild Wings and tailgaters crowd. Worth a try!

Right out of the box, the lighting is awful. I’ve never been to a place SO brightly lit. It’s like a huge department store. They should lower the lights and let the thirty some odd tv’s handle the lighting. It was very busy. The wait staff was attentive and polite though even after things slowed down more than a few tables remained without the attention of a busboy. The wings were decent and moderately priced. The southwest egg rolls were decent. Not good. Even the 3.0022 oz Ziegen Bock draft won’t bring me back.

I came here with a group because it was the only restaurant open nearby. I walked in and was greeted by a young lady in what looked like a cheap military inspired Halloween costume equipped with two loaded cannons, a drunk girl gaze, and a tawdry miniskirt which hung askew from her hips because of the smartphone awkwardly tucked into her backside. Unfortunately the food just as bad as her outfit, and the service was even worse. With 5 TVs per capita, a restaurant theme which seemed to draw inspiration from the military industrial complex, and a classless objectification of women, this place seems to sum up everything that is wrong with America. If you want something similar, just go to Hooters.
