Went to Baby’s World because I was looking for a bunk bed for my son and the big box stores had cheap, overpriced furniture (I went to two). As soon as I walked into this store, I was pleasantly surprised — the outside doesn’t look like much, but inside the store is beautiful! Made me wish I had bought our baby furniture there… anyway, Gary (the owner) was so helpful and the bunk beds are amazing! My 5-​year-​old can’t wait to sleep in his pirate bed that will stay with us for a long time because it converts as they get older. Do yourself a favor and visit is you need a bunk or a crib or any baby furniture! It’s quality stuff with a knowledge and friendly owner!

Horrible customer service from new owners. Never called us once to provide an update on our order which ended up being 8 weeks LATE. We repeatedly called and requested they call us when they had updated info but they never called us back. We had to call them. Refused to provide discount on order saying «if you don’t want the furniture, I will sell it to someone else «Not the customer service I would expect when I purchased around $ 2,000 worth of furniture from a «family owned» store. Do not shop here. I was a couple weeks away from my due date by the time PART of our order came in. We had placed the order with PLENTY of time based on the 6 – 8 wk lead time quoted. One piece of furniture was badly damaged once it finally did come in and now we still have to wait for a replacement.
