The food here is always consistent and the staff is attentive and friendly. If it is not on the menu just ask. I hear the Chief teaches at a culinary school and it shows in the quality in every meal. Nice wine selection with something for every palate. If your in town this is the place to stop, but bring your appetite as the plates are better than average portions. You will be back again and again.

I grew up in Southington and I’ve been going here for years. The owner Sam and his wife are very friendly. Sam is the chef & is also a culinary teacher. He puts love and dedication in everything he «creates». This is his passion and he does it so well. If anyone is in the area it’s a must stop for good food and service. I recommend the chicken & broccoli Alfredo.

I was overwhelmed by the quality of the veal francias so tender no knife is necessary and cooked to perfection Tuscany is a small family run place where the staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions it is very reasonable price wise and I recommend a stop for a quick casual dinner looking forward to my next chance to stop in kudos to the staff

Great service! Marsala for me, chicken was cut into small pieces and served in piping hot gravy. I think it over did the chicken a bit, snappy on the bite. However salad was great and my wife had veal parm that was fantastic…

My mother and I stopped at Tuscany Restsurant for dinner after seeing that it had a 5 star Unilocal rating. When we walked in, the place was completely empty, it smelled gross and there was a dead mouse on the floor. I can’t actually comment on the food, because we didn’t stay to eat. Perhaps this is the best Italian food in the area? But, I was pretty grossed out, and as an avid Unilocal user, felt that I owed it to the rest of the Unilocal community to share my experience. Dine at your own risk :)

Best italian in the area. Owners are very hands on, always there. Best eggplant parm I have ever had and I can drink the Marsala sauce. Come hungry, large portions and the garlic sauce on the table is awesome. I even had them cater a party with rave reviews.

This place is amazing! The Seafood Fra Diavolo and Veal Francais are to die for. The service was great, and our meal was so affordable! Plus, the guy who runs the place(Arbore?) is ridiculously hot, although I hear he’s leaving to open a branch in New Haven(that’s why I only gave it 4 stars).
