I can understand the other reviews but it really isnt that bad. Sometimes you just wanna go someplace quiet and have a nice quiet lunch and not spend to much. This is the place to do just that and I do it quite often. Yes you can go down the block to grand palace and get better food, but there are people, like me, who can appreciate mediocre chinese food and the waiter’s best effort at bad service as the hallmarks of a real chinese restaurant.

YUCK!!! That’s all I have to say. This place is not a decent place for chinese food. Might as well go up the street to Grand Palace and eat there. There food is way better than Full Moon. We order the chow mein and the beef chow fun. The beef was too chewy and the chow mein wasn’t all that. I WILLNOTBEBACK.

Came here with a coworker because Ed’s Diner was closed and it was so-so. We got onion pancakes which was really good and so were the potstickers. So everything was good until we both got our entrees. I got the mongolian beef which had no flavor at all and he got Chow Fun I think. The appetizers were good but the food was kind of crappy. It was also a pain in the ass to get the guy to refill my water cup because he was reading the paper.

It was: Cold inside the restaurant(they did not turn up the heat and the back door near the bathroom was open(using it for ventilation? I do not know) Mostly foreigners«not Asians» so that was probably a sign Food took forever to cook and for it to come out(20 minutes in between each dish) The 3 dishes we ordered wasn’t fantastic tasting. I could of made it at home. Next time, just eat at the Golden Palace.

I have been going there on and off for like 9 years now. The thing that really pisses me off is that I had really great service for 7 of the 9 years, thats what kept me going back for so long. This past year this place feels like they have no pride in their food, ex. Bad service, forgotten orders when picking up, ordering ½ hour in advance and once I got there they said that I never called… uhhhhgggh, the food quailty is so bad here, you are better off having a ex girl/boy friend that you don’t trust anymore to make you this food… I mean that with full honesty, at least you might live through that expierence… enough said… don’t go there.

Pretty good Chinese food if you’re in the area and don’t want to pay 8 – 10 bucks for food and they have a great pan fried chow mein. The customer service isn’t bad either… they even brought my order to my job next door… that’s pretty good service if you tell me.

Love their different won ton soups, although they aren’t very consistent with the amount of meat/seafood that they put in… sometimes its loaded with meat and other times there is barely any… *shrug… but i always order the soups coz I love the broth… its good… maybe coz i tip well or coz i always order teh soup, they gave me an extra order(so yay. i guess they do recognize return customers) thanks for the broth full moon.

i found this place on accident. i meant actually to pick up food from grand palace(which i found through Unilocal), but i was a little flustered and out of it that day and ended up walking into this place instead. i had the beef won ton soup and the beef chow fun. the won tons and the chow fun noodles were actually alright(although, second day chow fun wasn’t the best) but the meat was chewy and gross. i had to actually swallow the chunk whole in order to get it down. i was pretty disappointed. i’m not sure if it was just the beef that is gross, but i’m probably not going to try them again. sorry, full moon.

Yuck … enough said … dirty, and the food tastes like it has been heated thrice, maybe more.
