I have dined here several times over the past 6 months and must say it is a new favorite. So far I have tried the manicotti, ravioli and the Mamma’s combo, all were absolutely delicious and the portions are very generous. The stuffed quahogs are to die for! The best I’ve ever had. We are always pleased with the service and you cannot beat the prices. It’s not easy to find a dining establishment in southeastern Mass with BOTH excellent food and affordable prices. Having moved to the Cape from Portland ME where the food scene was incredible, our standards are pretty high. I am truly shocked to see negative reviews. Give this place a chance, you won’t be disappointed.

I give this restaurant zero stars. We live here and have given this place a number of tries. They just can’t get it right. This evening we ordered a take out pizza, we ordered it well done, when we got it home it was barely cooked. This place is a dump, don’t waste your time or money.

I found Mamma Mia’s to be a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, it’s nothing special. The menu is filled almost exclusively with pasta and pizza options. So it’s a challenge to find something without wheat. Though I did find a fish special I found enjoyable. My dining companions all enjoyed the pasta dishes. The pizza looked tasty that I saw at other tables, especially the individual pizza. It looked beautifully thin and crispy. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. Mamma Mia’s is a good choice for an inexpensive meal, most likely a pasta dish.

We went to this location because it was close to somewhere we needed to be afterwards and looked forward to a nice meal. We had 45 – 50 minutes for dinner, but since the menu is full of mostly pizza and pasta items we thought we’d have plenty of time to order, eat and leave. We ordered everything the moment we arrived, the waitress brought out drinks and bread then nothing… I finally flagged down our waitress, who passed us multiple times as we waited without a glance, and then bam, our food «magically» came out of the kitchen. The two pasta dishes were encased in so much «signature sauce» that it might as well have been floating. What’s the point of frying a piece of eggplant if it’s going to sit in a tub of sauce and become a mush waiting to be served? Highly disappointed and will not be returning.

Can’t recommend pizza take out from here. Ordered 2 large pizzas to go, only a mile from home and they were greasy (had to soak it up with napkins) and crust was very soggy on both and cheese sliding off. Toppings were very sparse. Hope the rest of the food is better or maybe I just have to eat it there?

Do not like to put a restaurant down and maybe they had only opened a few days before went there with family to try it out since I live in the Pinehills, the veal marsala was barely cooked the wine was not evaporated out in the cooking process and the macaroni were swimming in water, the pizza undercooked and real chewy, on the other hand the fish and chips was very good and the service for being very busy was good, maybe I will go back and give it one more try.

I just ordered take out from the Mamma
Mias in South Plymouth… Yummy food and gracious waitstaff! I was very impressed!!! Unfortunately, I was about 10 mins early for my order and was forced to leave with a a bad taste in my mouth with respect to the other patrons. I’ve never been so uncomfortable with the manner in which customers speak to a waitstaff! Hopefully not everybody in that community treats people in such a way. But like I said — both the meal and pizza were delicious and the staff was great! We’ll definitely get take out from there again soon :)

Picked up pizza for the family. It was dry and way overcooked. I would not recommend and will not be returning.
