Something along the waterfront to bask in the view, we asked to be seated not at the side of the restaurant but at the middle since there were two vacant and open seatings, for balcony seating. Waitress: sorry there reserved No effort into checking immediately responded without checking and said those are reserved. Place did not look busy at all. No lines outside Customers: even if they are two empty tables? The previous customers just left? Food: Big servings, reasonable price but tastebuds not at all something to remember. Service: Food took longer than anticipated, our waitress, lets say, She can work on her people skills.

Great dining! We stopped in with three adults and 5 children. There was a wait to be seated but they use a virtual line so we could spend the time sitting by the water. We all had pasta of some sort and it was all very good. The serving size was more than generous and could have been shared easily. Even the meals on the children’s menu were large enough for an adult. Our server, Evan, was attentive and very patient and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better server. The prices were very reasonable and the location is easy to find.

Service, deck, and drinks were all great. But the pizza and cleanliness were both pretty poor.

Excellent food but service is a 3 star and cleanliness is 2 star but I would return because I love Italian food and the food here is very good if you are willing to overlook the other stuff

Skip it! Their food is thrown together like slop for a pig, no care whatsoever. Their prices are high yet they are serving Olive Garden style food, except Olive Garden has presentation to their awful food. Even the salad was a mess. Their carelessness makes you wonder how your food is treated in the kitchen, disgusting! There are many other places footsteps away to have a real meal.

Four of us had a very pleasant dinner here tonight. We walked in around 6PM on a Saturday and Mamma Mia was already jammed, but luckily we scored 4 seats at the upstairs bar. We had 4 glasses of wine and four pretty big entrees for $ 100. The wines ran between $ 7 and $ 10 each. The entrees ran from $ 10.99 for Baked Ziti to $ 19.99 for my Seafood Fra Diavlo. Pretty decent pricing for good portions of great Italian comfort food served in a nice informal family oriented atmosphere. No foo-foofery or white linens necessary. My dinner was excellent — scallops, shrimp, fish, and calamari over homemade noodles in a spicy tomato sauce. Plenty of seafood, plenty of pasta, plenty of flavor. The complimentary bread was great too– fresh mini loaves of warm goodness. Mamma Mia’s staff all treated us well, especially the friendly bartender who served our wine and took gladly took a few photos of our group as requested for the obligatory Facebook post. If they were this crowded on a Winter Saturday night, I can’t even imagine what its like in season.

Was visiting a friend nearby and we decided to stop by this location with a beautiful view. This restaurant sits right on the waterfront and you can walk outside on the rocks and along the water. The restaurant décor is a little outdated but is your basic Italian restaurant. We ordered the margarita which from the picture you can see if the size of a fishbowl and I got the pistachio martini which tasted just like pistachio ice cream. So the drink choices are definately fun! We got the small cheese pizza which is enough to feed 3 people, the chicken parm lunch, and the broccoli chicken Alfredo. The chicken parm was average but the pizza had a great crust. The bread they serve was warm and tasted great. So overall if you are looking for some basic Italian food, awesome drinks, and a great view you mind as well stop in!

Fettuccini Alfredo tasted like drinking cream. Stuffed shells were tasteless. Beer was flat. Service was below average. I usually go about once a year and it’s about the same as every other time I’ve been there.

Perfectly decent family restaurant, with a touch of elegance, and with prices not out of line in tourist-trap Plymouth, with a site overlooking the harbor. The food was good, the service okay. I rather wish it were more like the *real* family pizza place that’s the original location in Kingston, but one must take the rough with the smooth.

Pretty good! We had two homemade pastas, the Beef Ravioli and the Chicken and Eggplant Parm. Same sauce on both dishes and it was YUMMY!!! The ravioli was slightly better, but the eggplant was great! I’m not really an eggplant person, don’t hate it, but don’t really order it much. However, with all you Unilocalers telling me how good it was, I had to try it. It was called Papa’s dish, after all! It was very good, the eggplant being the star, along with the sauce. I also had a very delicious frozen peach something or another. Gulp!

Food– excellent. Service needs attention. Enjoyed homemade pasta and pizza– sat on the outside deck. Wait staff could use some fine tuning. Would definitely come back.

Great Italian food. Nice atmosphere. Great service. Staff were all business and super friendly but with a good balance. They allowed us to enjoy our meal without rushing but also didn’t make us wait as we had 3 kids with is. The food was excellent. Authentic Italian American food. Lasagna was excellent and if you like good beer try the local Mayflower ale. Excellent.

Went there for lunch and was not disappointed. The food was very good and enjoyed it immensely. Only complaint was it took awhile before we were acknowledged and that was irritating because restaurant was not crowded at all. Food made it worth the trip and prices for lunch were reasonable for waterfront

I wanted to love this place but it fell short on couple of areas. What was great is the location. Sit on the balcony and soak in the views. Our young waitress didn’t do a good job– seemed overwhelmed. Delivered my 2nd beer warm(it must have sat at bar), never brought napkins I asked for, never told us the nightly specials, etc… Food was OK– ordered ziti pizza but sauce is way to sweet for pizza. Crust was nice and crispy though. Greek salad is big enough to share — although half way thru my plate I found a fly(hoping it entered as I was eating cuz I was outside). My chick Parm was cooked good, but really lacked flavor. Prices and portions were ok– $ 52 for two adults. And plenty of leftovers. If you can score an outside seat it is worth visiting.

Near the dock, on the main strip, first signs of tourist trap if you ask me. The restaurant is divided into 2 levels with a full bar on each(3 if you count the top where the bathrooms are located — NOT handicap friendly). The second level is where the outdoor seating is and it looked like a darn good spot if you were lucky enough to score one of the 4 or 5 four tops out there. There are also a good number of tables on the inside, surrounding the second floor bar area. Why they didn’t sit people there confuses me. The food — large portions as expected. Pizza had the best crust I’ve ever tasted. Judging by its popularity as an entrée, I suppose they could be «famous» as claimed. I didn’t taste the other entrees on the menu, but the manicotti and stuffed pepper didn’t look too appetizing(reheated and dead) and the individuals who ordered them gave up after a few bites. Waitress was fine though sounded like she new nothing on the menu and ignored us while constantly tending to the table that sat after us. Luckily, the bus boy was attentive and offered to pack up food to redeem the night. Overall, pleasant surprise and luckily one of the better options in the Plymouth area!

This is my favorite pizza in the entire world! I grew up in Boston and spent plenty of time in the Plymouth area and then moved there for a few years as well. Every time I come back home, I have to make at least one trip here. I get the tortellini soup and plain pepperoni pizza. Sometimes an extra pizza to go in case I might not be back for a while. They use real deal ingredients and the crust is super thin but still crunchy. After moving down south years ago it’s rare that I find pizza similar to ones in MA. If I do, they always seem to cost a fortune. A pepperoni pizza here is still twelve bucks or so, I pay double that where I’m at… maybe you guys should consider a second location in Charleston, SC. You would make a fortune!
