This review is for my experience with Kasey – this was only my second salon visit so I don’t have much to compare it with but ultimately I was very pleased with how it went. I was a little taken aback at first to have an appointment with a male sales rep but Kasey was super helpful, personable, and made the whole experience relaxed and stress free. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all, even though it was an afternoon appointment and I was the last one in the store close to closing time. Compared to the other store I’ve been to so far, there were fewer frills and it may not be what some people have in mind when they go bridal shopping(especially if your point of reference is SYTD or something like that), but I’ll be coming back and think it’s very likely I’ll end up finding a dress here.

Awful. I went there to get measured and to order a bridesmaid’s dress. After reading tips online I knew what to expect… of a professional. Unfortunately, those tips aren’t relevant and do not pertain to Needleman’s. Usually you should wear the undergarments you intend to wear with the dress, you are then measured in a private area or fitting room. At this joke of an establishment you can expect to get measured over your clothes by a burly man while continues his conversation with another man, out in the middle of the store. It’s embarrassing, uncomfortable, disrespectful and downright GROSS!!! Go to a real boutique or seamstress, or get measured at Bertha Church(they are incredible and you feel super comfortable, though they sell bras, undergarments) or any seamstress, with a modicum of decency and maybe even class.
