Never thought I’d be writing a review for a closed business, but this one left me dumbfounded. I’d given some children’s books I’d illustrated to the owner of Eurobaby Tracy earlier this summer on consignment. When I walked by a few months ago and saw the«for rent» sign in the window, I sent her an email asking if everything was okay and if I could pick up any books that didn’t sell from her. No response. I thought maybe she wasn’t checking her email regularly. Over the past month, I sent her a few more polite messages asking if I could pick up my books from her at her convenience. Still no response. At this point, she’s definitely seen my messages and any response would suffice — «I lost them», «I gave them away to friends», whatever, that’s fine! But I guess the blowoff over something as small as some children’s books shows how little respect she has for the local arts community. Enjoy the books Tracy!

I stop by this place due to the lovely window display it grab my eyes while driving. When I arrive at the store inside small and compact but not over crowded. Tracy the owner ask if I needed help. I sure did it has been a while since I bought any infant clothes for myself or anyone else. Was in a much needed gift asap for the weekend. She pointed out items that would work for infants and suggested to go 6 months so the baby can fit into it for awhile. Tracy found this adorable two piece outfit for the summer the colors where just right for a little girl and the price wow only $ 25.00. This would of cost $ 55.00 plus being a designer from Brooklyn, New York who made this. Being a resale store this two piece was clean and new never worn at all. She mention some items are worn a few times others the baby never could wear them so the tag is still on and she resells them at a lower price(I like that). Went to the shower that weekend the mother love it and thought I spent a lot of money. I plan on going back when a new arrival comes into the world. Great place and local two.

I am new to the whole used clothing scene, but I’m discovering that it’s a great way to buy hip, high-quality clothes for my daughter without spending an arm and a leg. I love Hanna Andersson and Zutano and Tea, and Eurobaby specializes in those brands, so that’s great for me! They even have some Melissa and Doug toys that are really cool. And shoes! They even have shoes. The shop is tiiiny, but there’s a decent amount of stuff. You just have to scour the racks. Some of the stuff is a little pricy for my tastes, but a deal can be had if you look hard enough.

Eurobaby just opened with a cute window display, a well organized interior, and a smiling shopkeeper willing to help. She’s handpicked most of her merchandise, and the majority of it is in excellent condition. You’ll find gently used Hanna, le top, jardine, etc. There are a few european brands that look pretty… interesting. Only downside? A step and weird doorway to squeeze strollers through. Plenty of street parking, and there’s a park two blocks behind the store.
