Rosati’s pizza in Sleepy Hollow the worst place you can never go to eat the manager is rude obnoxious throw stuff at his customers no wonder why the police department or fire department doesn’t go there the manager is the worst

I tried the Gluten free pizza tonight and it was fabulous. No pasty gritty texture when chewing. Tasted fresh and light. The regular thin crust was just as good for my boys. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Courteous service every time.

Not much to say on this one as it is Rosati’s. This location does justice to the franchise! The thin cost pizza is the best but I would avoid the beer nuggets and the deep dish pizza… Not that this did was bad… But they’re are better choices on the menu :)

Called in an order and was told it be ready 35 minutes. Got to the shop and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes more. The did give me a $ 10 refund for the delay. Another customer walked in about 5 minutes later and they told her it would be at least 30 minutes. This us the second time we had be service. Will start going to different pizza place.

The food is good, the wait time isn’t too terrible (they’re not normally too busy on the carry out front) but the service is just alright. I’m a patient person in general but having to wait an extra few minutes due to demand is one thing, having to wait while you wrap up two personal phone calls? Come on, dude.

While I would like to give this place a better review, we have tried ordering from them 3 times and each time there has been a mistake. One time they completely forgot to make our pizza, one time they put the wrong toppings on, and one time they only made 1 of the 2 pizzas we ordered.
The pizza is good, but fool me once shame on you, fool me 3 times…
There are so many Roasti’s and pizza parlors in the neighborhood, that we will use a different one next time.

Always fresh food, the best, we order from here often. When i was on a diet they went above and beyond to accomodate what i could eat. They’ve also catered parties for us they are awesome! thanks for great food and great service!
