Dominick’s Pizzeria

If you are looking for delicious Italian food, look no further than Dominick’s. The restaurant is cozy and romantic, the service is excellent, and the food is out of this world. The portion sizes are large, so come with an appetite!

This is hands down my favorite place for pizza in the area! It’s fantastic! I have had the thin crust (my preference) and the Deep Dish (great as well!). Toppings and cheese are plentiful. Crust and sauce are both delicious. I also love the Caprese Salad, Jalepeno Poppers and Antipasto Plate as appetizers.
We have never dined in, just ordered delivery or carry out. Staff is always friendly — either over the phone or in person. This is our go-​to when it’s pizza night.

I got a slice of sausage and a pop for about $ 5 at lunch. It wasn’t the best pizza I ever had, but it was still good. I’d get it again. The kid at the counter was a pleasant lad. I’ll be back for sure.

Moved to the area fairly recently and heard about this place. I’ve ordered pizza several times and it has been amazing every time. They will definitely continue to get my business

I ordered the lasagna dinner and after 2 hours I call to find out where it was and they said they we’re busy and that the driver would get there when he got there which is true he was here when he got here and then he dropped my food in the driveway and handed it to me and said my bad I said I didn’t want the food since the salad and lasagna had opened up and all mingled together in a big juicy mess, so I called to complain to the manager and he said what do you want me to do about it I will never consider eating there and I will never give them a good review in person or online

I must say… I found my goto spot while working in the area for the next few months.. Ate lunch here today and it was fantastic. the calzone/​stromboli was amazing (they call it something else. I am looking forward to trying additional menu items next week and the weeks after.

Fantastic food. From the Mixed Basket the fried zuchinni are great, fried mushrooms and cauliflower are pretty standard. Great ranch dressing.
I ordered the Pollo Picatta with the pasta on the side with vodka sauce. Great vodka sauce though it’s extra, yummy pasta and the chicken was pretty good, nothing amazing.
But my friend got the gnocchi with alfredo and peas (sauce and peas are each extra) and it’s amazing. I could really just eat those forever and die happily.
It came with some freshly baked bread and soup or salad, we both got salad.
One tip, for the salad I got their balsamic and my friend got honey mustard. And after a genius moment, we combined the two and the result is super yummy. HIGHLY recommend doing this. Used it as a dip for the bread since I wasn’t crazy with the taste/​quailty of their olive oil for dipping.
Over all very good. And great service!

Best Italian food in the Fox Valley! Try the sausage and peppers appetizer it is out of this world. My wife said we will never go back to Olive Garden again! Pizza is good,
The pasta dishes we ordered were delicious! Cannoli is fantastic!
Nice quite atmosphere and staff is friendly. Service was great and is a great place to have a quite dinner out with the spouse or family.

I haven’t been here in a while, but I had there stuffed pizza. Best way to describe it is, take ur happiest dream and transform it into a seemingly 15 lb pizza lol.

Just tried to have dinner. I now understand the mixed reviews. We entered and no one greeted us. Another couple was waiting w beers. We sat down. Still no one greeted us. We waited 15 minutes. A lady approached the other couple. She never acknowledged us. She started a conversation w the other couple. At this time we are on our way to Olive Garden. I am not sure Dominik’s deserves another chance. Do you?

We just moved to the area and I so glad that someone recommended this place, we will definitely order again. I like Barbeque chicken pizza but they don’t have it on the menu, the lady taking my order said since they have all the ingredients it wouldn’t be a problem to make. It was awesome, it was by far the best I have had at other places. Hopefully they will add it to the menu…

First time trying out the thin crust from Dominicks! Don’t let its location fool you; this is Great pizza! Thin n light n tasty! Good quality cheese and the sauce was delicious! Seasonings just right as well. Just had sausage as a topping and was pleasantly surprised of how great it was seasoned also! Good value to top it off!

One of our old favorites. Good home cooked Italian food. A small family restaurant with great pasta. The meatballs are very good.

Depending on your taste, it’s kind of impossible to compare Dominick’s to other pizza places around here, they really are a breed of their own. My family has been ordering from here for decades, and it’s always been consistent. The pizza has never been my favorite, the cheese is usually a little white and undercooked (major loss of points for me) and the crust is on the doughy/​bland side, though I can see why so many people love it, maybe I just have different expectations for pizza. Their sauce I would give an easy 10/​10, the cheese also has a great flavor to it, I believe they lightly spice it with oregano which gives their pizza the signature taste it’s had for years. If I order from here and am in the mood for pizza, I always go with the panzerottis, very tasty and well done!
I’ve tried just about everything on the menu from beefs, spaghetti, to chicken parms, and I would describe them all to be very average but good! Ill admit I’ve had a few things were just plain bland, but what can ya do? The size of their sandwiches and meals are definitely worth your buck, they always throw in extra sauces, bread ect. oh, and the fried calamari is excellent! Dominick’s has always had great prices, deals/​coupons over the years, this combined with the friendly staff have kept my family ordering from here. Ribs are to die for!

Admittedly, I’ve only eaten here once. Thin crust, bruschetta and salad but each was great. Fairly priced and I’m looking forward to trying their daily specials. So many delicious choices to choose from!

Excellent pizza! We always call them when we are in the mood for pizza! The ingredients are fresh and the thin crust is delicious. The pizzas are always delivered on time and never cold.

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years and their consistency is fantastic! We have them cater all of our family functions (grad parties, engagement parties, etc.) and they never let us down! Their delivery is prompt and the food is cooked to perfection! I am a forever loyal costumer! Best in the area!

my picky hard to please young children (10 & 11) go nuts over the mere mention of pickig up a pizza here. they absolutely love it… as do I.
The sauce in the pizza is what sets this place a part from other pizza restaurants. we’ve had the Chicago Style as well as the thini crust and both have exceeded our expectations… dont get me started on the Canoli… I do NOT like canoli… but tried theirs… OMG…DELICIOUS…now i pick up pizza and canoli.

This is another one of those places who have a stuffed pizza with an extremely thick crust. I decided to get the stuffed pizza instead of the Chicago deep dish because of the recommendations regarding the stuffed pizza. It was the the point where it tasted like a loaf of bread. This is quite unfortunate considering that the other toppings were quite good. The sausage was good as well as the sauce. Maybe the Chicago deep dish is a good option, but the stuffed pizza has less stuffing than desired.

This place was great. We went there on the night it was –40 with the wind chill. There weren’t many there, so I’m not sure how service would be on a «regular» night, but the food was really good, regardless of the number of customers. The server was really nice, the portion size was very generous and the food was delicious. That’s my photo of the spaghetti and meatballs. I didn’t think it was overpriced at all. I would definitely go there again.
We’ve also ordered take-​out pizza from there and that’s also delicious.
June 25, 2015: just went to eat in again and they did not disappoint! I had Chicken Romano and it was Soooo yummy! My date had chicken parmigiana and it was really delicious as well.
