Starbucks

I came into the store one day after work to order a Vanilla Bean Frap. It’s my all time favorite of all the flavors listed (if it’s made right). So… I go up to the counter and Priscilla (the name on her badge) was picking the acne on her face like it was no big deal. She stated that it (her face) was «bleeding». Obviously distressed about it, she took a paper towel and rubbed her face with it. Then she set the paper towel on the counter near the cash register. The paper towel did indeed show that her face was bleeding. I thought that since she was just running the cash register and I paid with a debit card, I didn’t have to worry about her touching my food. I reluctantly ordered what I wanted and she tells me of a combo not listed on the menu called a «black and white». She asked if I would like to try it forgetting to tell me that this order was going to increase my purchase to almost $ 1.50 more than what I was originally going to pay.
Anyway, she was so excited about the order, she insisted on making it for me, and she did. I even suggested that the person in the back could make it while she was working on the register. Nope!
I thought I could get past of what I just witnessed but couldn’t. That disgusting, dirty, black and white Frap sat in my car untouched because the whole experience played out over and over in my mind was giving me the heebie jeebies. I threw it out and lost money but gained some valuable insight that will govern if and when I will order from here again. There are two other sites in the area to buy coffee beans. I can, thankfully, make my own coffee (forget the «Fraps», their not good for you anyway) in a clean, sanitary environment.
I used to order morning coffees before my day started but can’t understand why there are empty half and half containers and a filthy table where the various array of sugars, napkins and spices are. That is usually the case with all franchise stores and I would be shocked if I found one to be fully stocked and clean with ample amounts of creamer for your coffee. If it’s such a hassle to maintain, then by all means put the creamer in my coffee for me but that is not how it works in this establishment. Oh Lord, how I miss my Dunkin Donuts fix in the morning.

I am a Starbucks Gold Card holder, and I get coffee every morning before work. This is the best Starbucks in Sierra Vista! Staff are ALWAYS friendly and go out of their way to get your coffee out hot and fast! They are consistent and that’s what you want from a chain, especially a coffee chain. I’ve never left disappointed. Head and shoulders above the terrible service I’ve experienced time and time again at the Starbucks in Target over the lot. Save yourself time and have a great experience by going to Starbucks at Frys.

I came right up to the register, the next person in line, but the Batista had five drinks to make that were already ordered. I feel bad for her bring the only one working, but she should at least acknowledge the customers who are waiting instead of ignoring them altogether.
