Extremely friendly staff with an excellent breakfast selection. I never thought I would be having homenade enchiladas for breakfast, and my body still has not forgiven me, but it was awesome. Prices were excellent, as I was able to feed my family of 4 for less than $ 40. I have had a few items on the menu, now and have never been disappointed.

Large menu selection with a little bit of everything. Not the best food, but not terrible either. Reasonably priced and fast service.

I would not return to this restaurant. This little diner is only open for breakfast and brunch. It is very noisy and busy. When you first enter, you are facing the cash register. There is seating to the right, and to the left. We were pointed, not escorted, to the left side of the café, an action I found a bit unprofessional. We sat down at a table and waited for the waitress to give us menus. She handed us menus and we put in our drink order of orange juice and coffee. It arrived shortly thereafter by the waitress who seemed too busy to give us the attention a new customer to this café needed. We were left alone to look at the menu for perhaps a bit too long. When she returned, we ordered the Mexican scrambled breakfast and the breakfast burrito. When our food was served, the presentation was«home-style»(meaning, just spooned on the plate with no consideration for presentation). The breakfast burrito was fairly good. However, my plate was less impressive. My breakfast came with scrambled eggs with chorizo, home fries, refried beans, and a flour tortilla. The home fries were completely unseasoned with rings of very salty cooked onions mixed in. I would have preferred some salt on the potatoes and none on the onions. The beans and tortilla were fairly standard. But, the scrambled eggs were half egg and half spicy chorizo. The chorizo overpowered the eggs, leaving me wanting desperately for some milk. I looked around for the waitress to find her completely oblivious to us. She did not return for quite some time. Fortunately, my dining companion did not want their sour cream, giving me some relief from the heat of the chorizo. Now, granted… I’m a bit of a sissy when it comes to spicy foods. Some people may like super spicy foods. My gripe is how we felt abandoned by our waitress because she was too busy. I almost felt like we were forgotten for a time. It was about 10 minutes before I could get the attention of our waitress, and get her to returned to our table so I could ask for some milk. We waited around for another 10 to 15 minutes, waiting to pay the check. When the waitress did not return again, we got up and went to the register, thinking that’s what we were supposed to do. We were completely and blatantly ignored by the two ladies standing there. They did not acknowledge us or tell us it would be one moment. I felt like an annoyance to them rather than a valued customer. A good waitress would, even though we weren’t her table, at least tell us it would be just a moment. Instead, we stood there. Alone. After several minutes, our waitress came around the corner, saw our table was empty and looked over to us. She said it would be just a moment, and finished serving our food. She then came over and checked us out. I left feeling like we were the red-headed step child. The food is not the reason for the bad review. It was the appalling customer service provided by ALL of the staff there.
