My favorite fast food place in Sierra Vista, AZ. Good Chinese food and a nice friendly and courteous Panda Express staff. You can’t really go wrong with that combination. My favorite dishes from here are the Orange Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp. Mmm. If you’re a fan of Chinese food and are pressed for time and don’t really have enough time to cook, I recommend this place.

So every time I go into the panda express in sierra vista, AZ, there is this one blonde dude who seems to have smoked all his brain cells away. He is slow, seems perpetually high, and forgets to put items in your bag. Happens every time. I’ve never seen a slower panda express before. My average wait time is around 7 – 10 min each time, and thats from stating my items to checkout. I am usually in and out pretty quick at any other location. Ill walk right back out the door if that guy is working when I walk in again

Considering that this town doesn’t have any good Chinese food, you’d think that flavor would be a strong point. The food was very bland and I would compare it at best to one of those Chinese food places in the mall. There didn’t seem to be much of a variety either. The only reason why I am giving it a second star and perhaps should be three stars, is the service. The people behind the counter make the experience much more pleasant and inviting. But that’s not the reason you come to Panda Express. You come for convenience, fast, and hopefully something tasty. I have tried Panda Express in Tucson and I wasn’t impressed their either. I most likely will not be coming back unless I hear they have completely revamped their food.

With many other Chinese choices in town I can’t figure out why you would ever go to this place. The food is precooked and sits under heat lamps and it is super greasy. Skip the fast food and go to the Fortune Cookie.

This is my second time trying this place. I must admit that it is good. The food tastes fresh and you can see them making it behind the counter. The customer service was courteous, fast and efficient. Panda has definitely stepped it up from what it used to be. Eat here without thinking twice.

I stopped going to this panda express. I tried to give them the benefit but the fried rice was hard everytime we ordered… so now if I crave this kind of food I drive all the way to Tucson and buy Pei Wei… I don’t mind driving to get better food…

Stopped in here a few days ago. The food was just okay. I seem to remember Panda Express tasting better. I wanted to bring my beef and broccoli home to add more flavor and recook it. Didn’t seem quite done. The addition of «premium» items for more cost seems like a joke with the already inflated prices. The $ 1.25 up charge for some sort of shrimp dish wasn’t worth it.

The food is usually good but this time it was all broccoli and almost no beef. The rest of the food was good, it just seems they short change you in the drive thru. Next time I’ll be going inside to watch them dish out the BEEF and broccoli! Upon calling they did say they’d make it right. Let’s see what happens next time, I guess I’ll give them another shot.

Shocked, quality and selection of items below Panda corp standards. Orange chicken was overcooked. completely out of Dr Pepper but had no sign on soda dispenser even though they knew it was out. I love Panda, my kids and whole family do, but this location needs improvement. They should not be out of several main dishes and Soda at 4pm on a Monday afternoon. At least the employees were courteous and keep the restaurant very clean.

I was really excited for my first experience with Panda Express. I love Chinese and always try new places. Unfortunately I was severely disappointed. Worst customer service. The girl even rolled her eyes when I stated I wanted a small drink please(wanting neither large or medium she suggested). The prices are OK, but for the quality food I got even my $ 8 total was too much to pay. In all orange chicken is decent, whatever this other chicken I picked is is just horrid. And the noodles are bland and greasy(it soaked through my plate!). Not to mention you can hear the gossiping and banter of the employees. I won’t be coming back. But if you want bad Chinese, bad service, and a stomach ache you can find it all here.

Undigestable stomach concrete. It is fast food Chinese of the lowest caliber. Rice was rock hard, everything was oily and greasy. Meat was over fried and hard as a rock. Literally hurt to chew. My wife and four year old wouldnt eat their food so we took it home for the dogs, figured why waste it. Literally, the dogs would not touch it. I guess you cant expect to much from the Mcdonalds of Chinese takeout.

I’m a fan. I’m surprised myself. Was never a huge fan of the chain, but have enjoyed pretty much every meal I’ve had here. We got one of the better ones. Food always taste fresh and drive thru personnel have always been very pleasant.

Hard rice, greasy everything. Much like most I’ve been to. One bright spot is properly cooked shrimp and fresh veggies. Too expensive for the quality and portion size. They overload you on rice or noodles and then skimp on the entrees. I can go to an actual Chinese place and get free rice with a main entrée. But this is afterall drive-thru Chinese.

No wait in the restaurant and a convenient drive thru. We were the only people in the whole place. No honey walnut shrimp when I ordered my meal but the woman behind the counter called out to the cook that«a customer was waiting.» She offered to bring me my order as soon as it was ready. I sat eating my veggies… then my companion’s food. When all the food was gone, I approached the counter and saw the food line had been filled with honey walnut shrimp. I asked about my food. Oh, she forgot. Seriously? We’re the only two people in here. She brought me a larger order than I ordered and thanked me for waiting. No apology. Mmm… okay.

One of the freshest and best Panda Express’ I’ve ever been to. Great taste with the right seasoning. Good set up here if you like Panda Express’
