Went to this place they said every 4 months I need a cleaning. This place put two crowns on wrong. Went to another dentist and he had to replace one crown and might have to replace the other one, what a waste of money. I think they make crap up to get money. Never going back ther again.

This happened 2 years ago today, I forgot about them till I just saw a comercial and am at the computer. A gold filling that was $ 700 in 2000. the dentist said he was going to build up the tooth for free and then put a crown on I said ok and the bill came out to just shy of $ 1300.00 and at least 50% was due then and the remainder when the permanent crown was put in. Did that and the asked if I need a cleaning and I said yes but not here because the dentist was so rough and rude and waited just seconds after the shot instead of minutes, talk about painful and very ignorant. The girls helping him were both unsure what they were supposed to do. I dont recommend them ATALL! I got the cleaning in Mexico and they were more gentle and professional. I went to mexico because I thought it would just be a few hundred to glue the filling(which I had). So was a tad broke thanks to them.

Sent here by requirement of the Army Reserve for an annual inspection. Of course, the Army spares no expense when it comes to wasting a Soldier’s personal time & this Dental Village didn’t disappoint in that regard. Luis at the front desk is very warm & friendly, with a lovely«you have an appointment at…» kinda voice, though I suspect he is «taken» already. The place looks clean & well appointed, though having to stare at bad dental work as wall art is starting to creep me out a tad. Effective plan though, I’m certain these photos will be etched into my cranium for life & the thought of not flossing is something in the past. When brought in for the exam I was quickly sent back to the waiting area because both available rooms hadn’t been cleaned from previous patients which Lisa announced rather loudly. This brought a second young lady named Elva who stated she«didn’t know they needed to be cleaned.» Once in the exam room, the x-ray software didn’t work & Lisa had to call the company. Turns out the company had pushed a software update overnight & Lisa came back to explain the company was to call back her cell phone when they had a fix. Instead the rep called back & put her on hold leaving Lisa to offer me a magazine to read, which I politely declined thanks to the Power of Unilocal to occupy my thumbs. Another update later to inform me of a server reboot netted me a free coffee mug of oral hygiene products. I was hopeful the next delay would score me keys to the dentist’s ride. Yet, nay, just that warm sticky-velcro feeling of my lilly white legs plastered to the vinyl chair for an extra 45 minutes. Elva returned once the reboot happened & used a small toothbrush-sized camera to take multiple selfies of my teeth. The doc arrived shortly thereafter with Lisa to do the exam, which included a black light device that sounded like my last hairdryer, i.e. a hybrid mix of jet engine & a Harley… ok, maybe not quite that loud. Despite the delays beyond the staff’s control I found them all to be very fun & friendly. Lisa was a hoot & I found Elva awesome to chat with. PS Anyone need a spare coffee mug?

I felt like I was treated pretty well by this location. The«exam» including xray was free, but their prices for the work were almost double compared to several other higher quality dentists in town. The dentist was very nice as was the dental assistant. The female receptionist was a bit rude but overall the experience was good. I would return assuming their prices were inline with other dentist in the area.

This place offered us a free exam and x-rays. After the exam they told us we needed a root canal and crown. We decided to get a second opinion. The other dentist did oral surgery at a fraction of the price. In other words this place is recommending work that is not needed. And then two months later they sent us a bill for the exam and x-ray. I contacted them but they are still sending me the bill. I recommend Dr. Wolfington at Cochise Caring Dentistry.
