I’m kind of torn. The service is good, but the chips are coated in grease(oil) and at least half were soggy. We asked for a new basket, but even those had greasy, soggy chips lining the bottom. Just not good at all. If they are going to screw the chips up this badly, they should buy them pre-made. The food came to the table, and it again did not impress. I ordered fajitas with rice and beans, and the rice was hard. They also had tortillas that were not that good, small, thick, and chewy. The meat was cooked well, but I had to be sure to ask for fully cooked peppers. Overall, not a decent place to eat anymore.

The service was good. I ordered a salad that states ranch dressing with a little spice. I couldn’t even finish one bite because it was so spicy. She said next time order it without the spice and brought me another salad. I still got charged for both salads. Kind of shocked about that because most places will replace the food if you don’t like it. My boyfriend who can handle spice couldn’t even eat it.

Friendly staff and manager. Good tasting food(when given correct order). Nice environment. We come here a couple times a month. I had to leave a review today because our order we received seemed like a joke: Ordered no guacamole on the white queso dip. It had guacamole. Ordered no onions on the salad. It had onions. Ordered light sauce on child’s pizza. It had EXTRA sauce. Ordered no sauce on margarita flat bread. It had sauce. Enough said.

Dine in is usually pretty good; but if you order take out one should rigorously check their food before leaving. Every time I order to go — either my food is wrong or someone else’s is. Tonight, I saw the person in front of me have to wait longer because they forgot something, another person brought their to go order back because it was wrong, my order took 10 minutes longer than the time it was supposed to be ready and when I got home, the bacon was almost raw.

Clarification: This is NOT a review of dine-in or take-out service. This is a review of Chili’s catering service, particularly the delivery portion. Short Story: Damaged food containers delivered late by an ill-tempered, unapologetic employee. Suggestion to Management: Utilize boxes for catering orders, rather than bags, and perhaps hold a «customer service/weather-readiness» refresher for delivery staff. ****************************** Long Story: An order for a relatively small office luncheon: one tray of sliders, one tray of wings, one salad bowl, a bag of chips and accompanying salsa. A simple order… some of which landed in the parking lot, and some all over me. Now, I get that it was cold that day, and Arizonians are often flustered by the coming of winter(«Do I have to put on a jacket? AND socks? This is madness!»). A cold enough day that a light rain had turned to flurries of light snow. And though that snow only fluttered about for five minutes, and hadn’t the slightest chance of sticking, it was also a blustery day. So when the Chili’s delivery person arrived ten minutes late, calling from the parking lot to affirm which building and floor number I was on(even though I had already relayed that information to whomever took my order), and eventually arrived in my office stressed and disheveled, with just half the order in hand(the rest waiting in the delivery vehicle), I was sympathetic. Bad days happen, bad weather especially, and I’m hardly a «this is unacceptable» type of diva. However… As said delivery person headed back for the second half of our order, and I’m rushing to set up for a now imminent meeting, I discover two out of three ranch containers have busted lids and their slimy contents have coated everything in the bag. Suddenly I’m not only in a hurry to set up lunch, I’m hustling to mop up a mess as well… and that’s when I noticed the sliders… that I’m pretty sure are not so named because they’re all SUPPOSED to slide over to one side of the tray, losing most their structure along the way. And I’m not at all sure if Chili’s drivers regularly Dukes-of-Hazard their deliveries down the road on two wheels, but that’s clearly what happened in this case. As I’m cleaning up the aftermath and reassembling sandwiches, our driver appears with order part II and she’s noticeably irritated. Unfortunately, I’ve no time to wait for her attitude to improve before mentioning the broken containers. «Awesome,» she replies, in monotone, and hands me the bill. In that moment I looked at her the way you look at someone when you’re not sure(if they’re freaking serious right now???) if they’re finished speaking, and she adds, «It’s a really bad day for delivery.» Oh. Well then. That explains everything. Quite obviously she had just braved Winter Storm Jonas. How thoughtless of me to have ordered food while gale-force winds had just hurled umbrella-clad nannies and Dorthy’s entire treacherous house at her. Then again, when taking my order, it would have helped if Chili’s had mentioned how they could not possibly deliver two trays of food on a cold, breezy day without ranch-drenched incident or a complimentary side of piss and vinegar. I tipped 20%. She grumbled at that and huffed off. Afterward I found the tin top of a catering tray in a bush beside our building’s entrance and a Chili’s bag lying discarded in the parking lot. Yeah. «Awesome» indeed.

We had a nice and warm welcoming even though the place was full due to the Superbowl. We got the table we wanted. My steak was perfect and the kids meal enough and good. We had the cookie with ice cream as a dessert. The Service was awesome! We had Lisa that also attended the bar. Super nice, fast and made sure all guests were happy. What a super great experience. Till next time!

Came in on a Tuesday, so not very busy. The food was good. but our waitress, Erin was seen 2 times at our table. Once to take our order(we actually had to ask another waitress to send her to us after waiting 20 minutes.) Then to bring our food. That we got after an hour of waiting. We didn’t get any refills, or napkins. So if you go make sure to get a better waitress.

We stopped at this Chili’s after a grueling 10 Hour Drive. In all fairness we arrived at 9:15PM, 45 minutes before closing time. We were seated in the bar area for their convenience, I guess. I just wanted to order some soup but I was told that they had already started to close down and therefore they had no soup or dessert of any kind. After we placed our order we waited a really, really long time to receive our food. This was odd because there were only three other parties in the entire restaurant. I assume they had let kitchen staff leave early as well. The food was OK, typical of a food chain restaurant. Our server was pleasant. The problem I had with our experience was basically that they had started to close down before the closing time. We were forced to sit in the bar area, many food items that should have been available were not because they had started to close down. In addition, the food took a really long time to arrive due to manpower issues. When one goes to a place like Chili’s restaurant, the expectation is that they will represent the brand as long as they are open for business. I don’t think they should begin their closing process until the official closing time. As a customer the whole experience left me feeling like I would not return to this particular location.

Chili’s is just plain bad. The food is bland and just slapped on the plate. It seems like they have given up and are on their last leg. I wouldn’t be surprised if it closed.

«Happy hour» prices are misleading, $ 3.99 for margaritas, yet that price is only for«house» margaritas. No one likes to look like a cheap skate having to ask which margarita qualifies for happy hour, when the advertisement specifically says«MARGARITAS3.99». A bill that should’ve been $ 25 turned into $ 79… because of there false advertising

Let me start out by saying I LOVECHILS. We just moved here not to long ago from the east coast. I will have to say I am very very disappointed with this CHILS3 times some one in my group when I go have order the fajitas and were so skimpy with no meat! Fajitas are probably what they are most known for and is one of there Higher priced items. Also they do not do the same drink specials as back home and every time we go there they always say something different about the happy hour. The fist time we went in they said we had to sit in the bar area to get the happy hour and the next time I asked the hostess this questioned they had no idea what I was talking about. Ughhhh just super frustrated

So I came to this Chili to make a catering order for one of my offices. Problem is that I left my wallet back home in Tucson(100 miles away). Asked manager if he was willing to allow me to pay later by giving him my card info when I got home(2hrs). Now keep in mind, the company I work for does a lot of meetings that require catering. The manager said no. I go across to another restaurant and asked them the same question, and they said yes without hesitation. When I got home later that day, I contacted them and paid them well and committed to order from this place, which btw the food was awesome. The Moral of my story is not always the quality of food that matters but also the quality of good hearted individuals that are willing to help each other out.

Waitress was lacking. She took forever to visit our table to order. When we asked for a To go box we also asked for a dessert to go. She brought the desert our without the to go box. She seemed like she does care about her job. Other than that the food was ok

Unfortunately, the best place in town for fajitas. I want the local businesses to be so much better in this category, but Chili’s kills it. Couple this with their tasty chips and salsa, and you have a good meal. Always encountered great service here. Would give them 3.5 stars if I could.

Came in for a friends celebration and was very disappointed in the quality of service and food. Service — our very young female waitress was non existent for the whole night! Nothing was refilled(water) and the wait for food was terrible. Other servers seemed to be on it though. Food — I truly wanted to give a higher rating but the food was bland. Chicken sandwich was dull. Chips and salsa was good, but a tad greasy. Drinks — kudos for the Mudslide. At least that was a plus!

Chili’s has changed their entire menu… for the worst. Not sure when the change was done, as we don’t come here often, but when we wanted a good burger, this is where we went. No more. The new menu was hard to read, with lots of changes. A basket of onion strings are now a plate of about 7 «Cajun spiced» onion rings… that are horrible. The regular burgers are no longer available… must get a potato bun, and it comes with so much«crap» on it, that its impossible to pick up and eat, as it falls apart from the sauces and moisture. We have eaten at a Chili’s for the last time.

I ordered a medium well steak with roasted garlic tomatoes and a sauce. I got a well done steak with no sauce and raw tomatoes and garlic. I was so hungry, now I have to wait for an entire new plate which is probably not going to be correct.

Not much to do in Sierra Vista so after a day of car shopping with my friend we decided to grab a bite to eat, after driving down Fry boulevard the only major street down in Sierra Vista, we stumbled across to Chili’s, and I was very glad that we did, I never used to like guacamole, being that most places don’t quite get it spicy enough, I was pleasantly surprised with Chili’s we got the table side guacamole; which by the way it was absolutely delicious and spicy to our liking. our waiter Chris was awesome he was very attentive and helpful, also suggested a few items that we should try which we were very pleased with, it is a nice casual and friendly environment, food was brought up quickly and very hot I definitely would recommend this to any people I know in Sierra Vista & I’ll definitely come back again, we wanted dessert but we were too stuffed maybe next time!

Perfect spot to catch an early dinner, you cant beat the happy hour prices. The bartender was great and the food happened fast. Good amount of TV options to watch games and races.

Ugh. When you walk in, it’s got a new interior design look about it. However, that’s about the only good thing here. Well… our service was friendly and genial. The only thing that dragged the rating down was the food and cleanliness of the kitchen. Our chips that came out with the salsa were so soggy with grease, it was off-putting…and when you walked by the kitchen to get to the bathroom, the kitchen was a MESS! The chips and kitchen pretty much ruined my dinner. Service was nice though!
