Came here for Sunday Breakfast. The wait to get seated wasn’t long but after that, service was very sparse. I ordered the Sante Fe Skillet and the meat in the skillet tasted like sausage, not chorizo. I was asked if I wanted toast and I asked back if I got tortillas with my entrée. She responded hesitantly and said yes. When I actually got my entrée and tortillas. The tortillas felt like they were microwaved warm(hard as a rock) and the soft parts were very rubbery. Overall, I don’t think I will be returning back to this Dennys.

Never order breakfast at 2 pm on Sunday. The only thing fresh were the two eggs. I was Given left over, tough, burnt hash browns, stale, cold sourdough bread that was so supposedly toasted yet no toast marks, and dried out cold sausage. Last time I eat at this location. I think they changed management, increased their prices, but cutting corners and it shows in food quality and the smell of sour mops.

Looks better but the service is still so so. On the plus side everyone at our table got their food this time, the last few times we came here someone’s order never came out. The manager, I think, did come out making rounds and was very nice. She said she would talk to our server, I found it interesting that she didn’t offer a coupon or something given we told her that we hadn’t been here in quite a while because of the poor service we received in the past.

Since the rebuild I’ve been here a handful of times. I’ve had great fast service and the food has been exactly the way I wanted it. Our waitress was so sweet. I believe her name was Tristan

Can I give a half star? Because mainly my pancakes came out hot they get a half star. unlike the numerous orders before me which sat in the window to long or not in the window at all. Hope those frisbees taste good! I mean I shouldn’t have very high expectations because it is Denny’s but you figure its corporate structure would at least have managers trained in how to stop a train wreck! But nope I swear it was the accelerant this train needed to kick in the turbos! One manager complains about how she’s been there since 530 am and let every server know as she melted down and threw stuff like a child. Then she would go in the kitchen and continue her madness. I really feel for the servers because they were trying but obviously their training was sub par because they were all over the map. But they were hustling. So for service I will give another half star. Because they were cordial. But to earn the other four stars you should probably get your management to be leaders and not screamers. But I may be back because sometimes a man needs entertainment and pancakes.

The food was good, service was good. The restaurant has been renovated and looks better. They only had one section open thus making it feel a lot more crowded than it should have. Transient outside selling candy, not a very inviting scene. I don’t want to be approached by a transient as I spend time with my family.

I was there yesterday for breakfast. It’s an average to below average Denny’s in the first place, this time the first round of coffee was super strong, food was decent, and service was good. Why the one star? A man came in with a rather large dog and was seated at a table! This wasn’t a service dog. This was a man and his dog(in a vest, but NOT a service dog) off the street, walking in and being served alongside everyone else. The waitress asked the man if he would like coffee and the man refused but did ask for a bowl of water for his dog, which he was given. After that we got our check and left. To be clear, I love animals, have dogs, and respect service animals in eating establishments. But this was an entire different situation. The staff all seemed to look at each other like they were unsure what to do and were not willing to tell the man his dog couldn’t stay, but that’s where a manager should have stepped in.

Ptomaine city. Party of two, ordered different items. Both of us complained of odd tastes and neither of us were able to complete our meals. We were both sick for several days after. This was the final visit. Before that, we have noticed declining food quality and longer waits for our food. On a couple trips we would see our order sitting on the counter by the kitchen for up to 20 minutes. The frequency of missed items on the order increased. This Denny’s never was that great, but has declined to the point that one star WAY overrates this dump.

When locals refer to this as the«Nasty Denny’s», you know there is a problem. My husband and a co-worker went in for lunch and noticed immediately the filth. The floor was covered in straw wrappers, food, dirt, napkins, etc. It wasnt busy in there yet all of the available tables were filthy and disgusting. They were seated at a messy table. My husband couldnt stomach the place, so they got up and left. I will never eat here. It shows management is careless.

Worst dennys ever we were sat right away but then waited an hour for food… got my meal and nothing was cooked how i oredered it and half my food was cold… told the waitress and she microwaved the food and sent it out. Complained to the manager got a whole new plate off food with hair, and everything was burned… my sausage was burned all the way through and hard. Never going back

It’s Denny’s so it’s not like I expect something gourmet, but my hickory chicken sandwich was absolutely flavorless. It was served with equally tasteless fries(and only about 6 or 7 of them at that). I ordered the caramel apple crisp for dessert. The menu says it’s supposed to be served warm but my server didn’t even bother to microwave it! It was served room temp, I ate about half of it and gave up

First of all, let me set the scene. It is 4:30 A.M. Saturday Feb 15th2014. I am on my way to the Tucson Airport for a flight. I wanted to get some breakfast before my flight. I love the Dennys all you can eat $ 4.00 pancakes. Doesn’t take long to make or eat. I was the only one in the restaurant. So someone please explain to me how you can burn your first 3 pancakes? Not only that but when I mentioned to the server that they were burnt, he said I can take them back and re order. I said no I don’t have time for it this morning. But order another 2 pancakes for me. WTF, they came back burnt also. I guess being the only one in the restaurant was requiring to much cooking for the cook. Even thought it looked like she had been tweaking all night. How hard is it to make pancakes and not burn them when you are the only customer there? And there was no manager on duty. I then figured out why the cook sucks. No one to watch over them. I will not be going back to that restaurant again. And I don’t like Ihop, so I will have to find a local mom and pops that is open that early from now on. What a shame. And doesn’t even have a location to go and contact someone about the issue.

We were told it would be 45 minutes to one hour wait for food. It was more than twice that long. Our waiter was very nice and it was not his fault. Bad experience. But the manager discounted out ticket so at least they tried to make it right.

Dristen was our waitress and she was amazing. We never had to ask for refills, the food came out correctly, and quickly. Dristen kept swinging by to make sure we were okay. I’m not sure how the service is the rest of the day/week but at 10 a.m. On a Saturday we were extremely happy. It’s awesome to finally get great service in Sierra Vista.

Twice I’ve gone because of other people who wanted to dine here and didn’t have bad experiences as others have noted. I’ve had great, attentive service. The food is what’s to be expected, average, diner fare, but I really have no complaints at all.

FAIL. Expect to wait 30 minutes or more for a table and maybe 15 minutes more before you can order. Then maybe another 30 minutes before you get your food. Service was nice enough but the waitress kept putting off making milk shakes by telling us, «It’s busy so you’ll have to wait until I get around to it.» She told us that 3 times. One of our plates looked like it still had food on it. Gross. Oh, and they forgot my side order of hash browns but by then I was too spent to argue.

It was a rotten experience, after arriving we waited 15 mins before having our drink order taken. When the cup arrived for the Orange juice, it had more lipstick and water spots that I have ever seen. When we asked for a new glass we got another equal in value of unacceptable looks. Getting past all that, when the manager walked by I was cleaning my cup myself with a napkin and he asked the other individual at the table if they wanted more coffee ignoring the fact that a customer is trying to clean lipstick off their cup. When the food arrived it was the last straw, long black hair under my eggs forced me to leave. I told the manager on our way out, we didn’t eat any of the food and instead of trying to fix it he says and I quote, «its ok, you can just leave we will clean it up»
