Taco Bell

This Taco Bell used to be horrible, but it has become better and cleaner the last few times I’ve eaten there. However, tonight I went through the drive through and was buying for a hungry 6 person family. The order was taken easily and with their screen to see if your order is correct you’d think there is no way they could mess it up.
At the window, I paid and quietly awaited my order to finish. He asked if we wanted any sauces and of course we needed hot and mild. After about what seemed an eternity, (after all it was a large order), the food was being passes through my window. The person at the window says it’s all there except the tacos and they come out. Like a dumbass, I believed him because they haven’t screwed up my order in the past. Tonight was my night. We get home, missing part of our order and NO SAUCE!!! Ugh!!! I called them to complain, and since we did not want to drive back tonight, the lady on the phone was nice enough to take my name and give me credit toward my next visit.
At least they made an attempt to get it right. I suggest they retrain the guy at the window who was so busy taking orders rather than concentrating on the current order at the window. Took him a while to give me back my change and in the meantime while he had my money, he took 2 orders.
So as everyone says, check your order before you drive off so you can prevent becoming a dumbass like me.

soooo was just at Taco Bell and the Hispanic guy at the window said «please please rate us» and here it goes. you guys failed… I asked for extra beef and paid for it and did not get it but of course didn’t realize it til k got home… I would give no stars if that was an option…

Always fresh made. Never soggy crunchy tacos. It’s a clean store. People rant about having to wait in the drive through. I don’t mine waiting if my food was being cooked with perfection. Just have patience people. Ffs.

So there is this dude thin caucasion about 28 yrs old with a goattee that said in the receipt his name to be Scott S. This dude was extremely rude and basically a prick! I haven’t seen this type of bad customer service in any place in a very long time. This guy should not work here or in any place where customer service is expected. I thought maybe the guy didn’t like me for some reason but then a lady after me got the same bad service and mentioned to me that Scott was very rude to her too. Wow!

A very slow Taco Bell but the food was really good compared to some…

Prior to the remodel I dreaded coming to this Taco Bell. They originally had slow service, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the turn around in service & speed. They now have a good manager & assistant manager. Malcolm & Lisa have provided consistently good service. This is now one of my regular places for a quick, consistent meal. It would nice to see them clean the tables more often though.

I haven’t been here in years and for good reason. Agree with all the previous reviews.
HOWEVER, decided to give this particular Taco Bell another chance since:
A) It has been many many years
B) They recently went through a remodel
C) Drive Thru
D) I was really craving me some Taco Bell!
Wanted to see if this place got any better since they remodeled. My goto for Taco Bell in S.V. has been the Mall food court since it was newer and cleaner, but I felt lazy recently and did not feel like getting out of the car.
I have to give credit where credit is due. I went here yesterday and even though the drive thru was super long, the service was super friendly. I figured it might just be a fluke since you never know when it comes to fast food service. Its always hit or miss.
Driving home from work today and was once again craving Taco Bell and since I had an enjoyable experience yesterday and didn’t get sick, I decided to try again today.
The drive-​thru was only 1 car deep today, but the service was still super friendly. I gotta say, this place seems different than it used to be. And if you don’t remember, just read all the reviews prior to 2012.
Can’t comment to the conditions inside. So not sure how the restroom and floors look.
Only complaint today is that they forgot my Cinnamon Twists! :shakes fist:

Insanely slow. Fastest I’ve ever received my food is around 20 minutes. It seems this store has some kind of incompetence infection. Even when they change management they are still horrible. Unfortunately, because its Taco Bell and this is Sierra Vista, there will always be people mindlessly waiting in line for their burrito or meximelt.

Taco Bell is what it is… Good in a pinch.

Have had better Taco Bell but its the only one for like 30 miles and I really wanted Taco Bell!

Horrible… I’ve been there a few times and everytime something went wrong. I’m sure the 10inch piece of plastic from the top of plastic ziplock bag did not belong in the burrito.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. New manager is needed, the food is bad the drive thru line takes 30 – 45 minutes with 3 – 4 cars in line. For some reaon there is always atleat 3 cars in line they dont seem to ever move. Maybe they do that to look busy. I know I will NEVER go there again!

Things to expect:
1. 25 – 30 minute waits in the drive through
2. Rude workers who don’t seem to care about anything
3. Wrong orders

Waited about 30 minutes to get to the window
Drive through worker outside of the store trying to hit on my wife while trying to take our order.
Messed up our order. I am not sure how you confuse a salad with a Steak burrito
Visit 2:
Waited about 40 minutes to get to the window
Received free order and was asked not to complain and was told by the drive through cashier that they always get complaints
Visit 3: (Why Do I like the torture?)
On this visit I decided to pull out my handy stop watch (They have one by the drive through window, so why can’t I?)

Lap 2 (Ordering)
1:21.4 (surprisingly this included the time for the dreaded «Can you hold on?»
Lap 3 (Getting to the window to pay and paying)

Would I say it’s an improvement? Ummmm… Yes, but a total time of 23 minutes for a fast food place. I could get a steak in that amount of time.

Slowest drive-​thru in the world! After a half dozen tries, I give up! If you want Taco Bell food in Sierra Vista, it is faster to just park your car and walk into the Food Court at the Sierra Vista Mall, rather than to put up with these slugs.

Disgusting. I have two main criteria for a business: clean floors and quality of toilet paper. Floors are indicative how employees do their job and if they are filthy then what does food prep counter look like? Toilet paper: if it crumbles the minute it gets wet you get an F in my book because if you skimp on TP I wonder where else you are skimping on. This Toxic Hell fails both. Not to mention the drive thru time is a good 45 minute wait and the counter service an hour +.

Ridiculously long lines here at all hours of the day or night. I swear the entire town eats here. This one should be renamed to Taco Hell.
