Came to this subway with my boyfriend on Sunday and BESTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER. Adrian was super helpful, friendly and greeted us with a smile. He helped us with our food and everything. Best employee ever. Definitely coming back that’s for sure.

I’ve been going to Subway for many years, and it’s difficult to remember a better experience than I just had. I was helped by a very handsome and polite gentleman named Michael, very attentive and professional. I usually go to the Subway in North Hollywood on Victory, but will HAPPILY travel to this location to experience his level of customer service. Plus, such a great smile;) great job whomever hired him!!!

The food was atleast fresh, but the service was pushy? So, as I stared at the bread options in wonder, on a cold January afternoon. I suddenly felt the immense gaze of an employee hell bent on moving me along. Nervously I looked behind me expecting to see a line a mile long. However, there was noone there, nor noone in front of me. Perplexed I looked at the employee. Bad move. He said what type of bread do you want, come on its not that difficult. I shuddered. But I couldn’t make up my mind between the flat bread or the sweet, sultry multigrain. Suddenly, there was a tapping. I thought surely someone must have started dancing. No… held my breath… it was the employee. He was glaring into my soul. Heaven forbid I order the wrong thing and leave my senses at an uneasiness of knowing I did so! Oh wrought with sheer horror that my mastication would be perplexed by an inexplicable variable of doubt and distaste, and yet this young man looking at me with such hate!!! So naturally I went with the flat bread. After that the tension left the air, as he placed my order into the oven and switched places with someone else that seemed to care. Yum!

Great customer service. I am very picky about the way I want my sandwich: everything has to be in its specific side of the bread. This is my favorite subway location. Adrian helped us out today and he made the sandwich perfectly. He made sure to toast it properly and really cared about the ratio of ingredients and condiments. Adrian is the Da Vinci of sandwich artists. I recommend all the subway fanatics to come to this location if you want your sandwich made how you like it exactly!

Came here July 14 at around 1:40pm, had to save that info cuz I knew I had to write a review. Was helped by a blonde girl who was too sweet! And the food was fresh and tasted amazing. Generous toppings, and I made a mistake on my order and they happily fixed it, no eye rolling or complaints. Also, an older Latina woman helped to fix the order as well. Great service, yummy food, if it wasn’t so far, it would be my go-to Subway. Definitely going to give them a call to let them know their service was amazing.

I came to get some food for myself and a few of my workers and the service was pretty good! The lady was able to make three sandwiches for me as well as toasting them for me and placing all the different toppings for me that I wanted. I have driven by this location for as long as I can remember and have never stopped here once! I decided to stop you today because it was on my way to where I was going. I can definitely say that I will come back to this location more often!

I really used to enjoy coming to this location but not anymore. The last visit I had the employee making my sandwich really didn’t seem to care at all about making me happy. Listen I’m not hard to please but when I have to ask for a little bit more onions or a little bit more pickles I don’t expect the employees to give me a hard time about it /: the whole experience was uncomfortable

The guy taking the sandwich orders was so preoccupied with other things that he had to ask me and even the folks behind me the same questions at least three times each. Clearly wasn’t paying attention. Then I tired to pay using ApplePay and of course no one at this location ever even heard of it. Fail!

Convenient, inexpensive, and yummy! I have a Subway right across the street and it’s the best solution when everyone’s hungry but don’t know what to eat since there’s something for everyone!

Near my work so it’s always a great to drop by here. Just like any other subway. It can get quite busy at this location and the parking is not as great. I’m lucky this is walking distance to my work The guy with a mustache is probably the best subway artist around

The guy Adrian I believe was so great. He really makes the trip here worthwhile. Subway is subway whether you go here or there but his customer service definitely made my Sunday afternoon. Maybe it was because I was do pleased with his consumer service I even enjoyed my sandwich more.

I don’t know the guys name but the customer service was amazing. The guy making my food was so friendly and worked hard to make sure I got exactly why I asked for.

One of the things about Subway is that you can choose how you want your sandwich. Not at this location. I asked for tomatoes, I got spinach. I asked for cucumbers, I got pickles. Worst of all, the lady making my sandwich toasted it and I did not want it toasted.

Great customer service, fresh food, and did I mention great customer service. I went in the evening and all I saw was smiles and friendly faces. Got exactly what I asked for and more.

Small, terrible slow service when busy. I think the store manager needs to hire people that can work fast and adapt on busy days. Multi-tasking should be the first word in that training class for new hires!

One of those Subways that will nickel and dime you to death! Avoid! If you’re like me, you absolutely hate it when food places start measuring the amount of food they put in to your meal. I have no problems with that as long as you make it look natural. If I see the dude take one little piece of meat off a sandwich or tray because they thought it was too much automatically fails. I regularly went to Subway for breakfast where I used to live. This Subway was the closest for me in the new neighborhood so I started coming here. After the 5th visit, I’m writing them off. The first visit, I asked them to put the shredded cheese on the tomatoes, they put it on the bacon instead so I asked them to put a little bit of shredded cheese on the tomatoes too and they said they would charge me for it. Mind you, the amount of cheese on the bacon was very minimal and shouldn’t justify an extra charge. Now typically my sandwich was $ 6.31 in my old neighborhood. They rang me up and it came up to $ 7 and some change. I thought it was pretty odd but whatever. The 2nd visit was fine and actually paid $ 6.31. I’m thinking the bastard charged me for extra cheese on the first visit which would explain the cost difference. The 3rd visit Sandwich Creation was fine again but then my total was $ 7 and some change again! I paid and looked at the receipt when I got home and it read Double Bacon Egg Sandwich + Extra Bacon! WTF! I didn’t get extra bacon!!! I got charged $.69 for no extra bacon. The 4th visit they tried to charge me $ 7 and change again but I pointed it out to the girl at the register and she said oh okay nevermind, and got it back down to $ 6.31. The 5th visit they finally explained to me that they no longer sold the Double Bacon & Egg sandwich and that’s why it was costing me more. To top things off, they raised the prices on their breakfast sandwiches! So at first I’m like fine, that explains things. Lady rings me up and tells me $ 7 and change but adds a couple of things and runs my credit card for $ 8 and change instead! I’m like WTF are you charging me $ 8 when you said $ 7??? She said because you wanted the combo. I pointed out to her that I didn’t have the extra things she added on without my consent. So she asked for my card and I told them not to waste my time anymore and left. Avoid this location!!!

Spunky. Funky. Something is weird about it. The lettuce isn’t fresh, the veggies weren’t either. Ice cold, and it’s not memorable… and because it wasn’t fresh, something was spunky funky about it. I hate to think too hard about it. I didn’t feed ANY to my toddler twins, and I hope my older girls don’t get a case of the squirts. Mama Suggestion: Find a real sandwich shop. Don’t eat here.

As always, I hate reviewing chains… But I will make this exception because I have to eat here pretty often… Two measly stars… Star number one goes to the TWO guys that work there that don’t try to rush me through even though nobody else is in line. If there is no other customer in the shop or if it is packed, the people that work in there apparently have more important things to do than make your sandwich… Some are completely rude and irritated that a customer actually came into the shop. Some start bagging your sandwich before you even get done with your sandwich… I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been the only customer in there and have said to, «Can you not rush through my sandwich please?» Star number two goes to the one girl that actually remembers how I like my sandwiches. I tell her which ingredients and she remembers which ones to go easy on and which ones to go light on… She even reminds me of ingredients if I forget. I do not mind if you rush through my sandwich if you know exactly how to make my sandwich. A big reason why this Subway will never be successful… It opens at 7AM… Let me clue you in to why this is a huge fail… The hospital that I work at across the street starts their nursing shift at 7AM… I, along with many other nurses and hospital staff, get to work early. The hospital doesn’t start serving breakfast in their cafeteria until 7AM. This leaves a lot of hungry hospital staff with money wondering why Subway, the place with breakfast sandwich specials with COFFEE, isn’t open to take our money and feed us at 6 or 6:30. FAIL… I may not be a business major, but isn’t catering to your location’s clientele pretty important? Subway all over my neighborhoods are open at 6 so they can take my money for breakfast AND lunch… This location usually pisses me off so much, I’d rather either get pizza, yogurt, or better yet, chicken…
