Quick and friendly service but the place is in a pretty sketchy area. I recommend coming here during daylight hours. During our visit there was a homeless guy walking around table to table asking for food. Sad but he did get something to eat which was cool. As for the food, I love the burgers and the taste. Every once in a while, you just have to have a double cheeseburger with onions! The fries have gotten better over the years and they’re not bad at all.

I called ahead to confirm with the manger that the Halloween Whopper was included with the buy one get one Free coupon that I had. I was told yes! Come on down. I get there and was told NO-WAY! I explained to the Drive thru cashier that I had called the manger and spoke to a woman who said it was OK, She comes back to tell me that she was new & did not know about it. Told to drive up to the window. I did and waiting for me there was the RUDEST Older Man who STOODTHERETRYINGTOINTIMIDATEMESTICKINGHISCHESTOUTSAYINGNO –WAY! I told him to calm down & explained to him that I had called earlier and spoke to a woman who told me it was ok. He called me a LIAR! and that the computer would not allow him to do it… HELLO! you are the manager who can override it! I said OK, what is your name so I can call corp & he got really rude & told me his name was Ken & good luck. First off I am not lying about it and second off, should of still given it to me & explained that in the future it would not be that case… NEVERGOINGBACKHEREAGAIN… I can see that I am on target with this place by all the negative reviews on here.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE. It was 745pm and i Wanted to grab a quick burger. Waited 10 min after giving order and still no burger. People laughing and joking amongst themselves and ignoring customers. I got a refund and left.

It’s Burger King, you get what you pay for. Quick, fast food chain across the world. Burgers have changed in the past several years. The meat has been thinning itself out. Tomatoes, lettuce makes up for the thickness. I’ll eat Burger King once every several years now because of the quality. It wasn’t the best experience for me BUT like I said, you get what you pay for.

THECUSTOMERSERVICEISUNFATHOMABLE. How these people have jobs blows my mind. Including the manager working now(10:30-ishpm Thursday July 23rd) If I could give them negative stars I would. My bf and I have enjoyed this place many times, we’re regulars actually, come once even multiple times a week… Well we were just there at the drive through and I asked very kindly for a minute to decide. The chick proceeded to ask me every few seconds«Are you ready?» «How about now?» 4 times. 4. In literally less than a minute. So my bf said«Can you give us even 10 seconds?» And a guy came on counting to 10. We proceeded to tell them never mind and drive through and they locked the window on us after we requested to speak to the manager. We will be following up with actions so as to be sure we are compensated in some way for this terrible night ruining(which already sucked thoroughly) experience. Do not eat here. They are beyond immature and just downright rude and disrespectful.

The food is so-so here but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The lady that usually takes orders at the register in the evening, I think Angeles was her name, is unbelievably rude. I completely understand every one has a bad day once in a while… but I’ve been here many times and EVERY time she has an attitude. I’ve even heard her argue with the manager. I don’t understand how she’s still working there, as most of the job is customer service.

Okay. I ride my bicycle as a choice. One of those reasons is so that I can burn off the calories I consume while eating fast food. Tonight, I decided to swing by Burger King on my way home. I walked in, I set my bike off to the side, out of harm’s way for it or anyone else, and proceeded to walk to the register. A manager told me I can’t have my bike inside as it violates health code. Do NOT lie to me. DONOTBS me. Seriously? A bicycle set by the door way is a violation of health code? Show me where, good sir. I realize it’s a private business. As a private business they chose to not allow my bike inside the joint.(I’ve brought it in probably a dozen times. Tonight, a miserable manager decided that he didn’t want to sell me any food and so said I can’t bring my bicycle in.) At least have the courtesy to be honest. Unless you’re just ignorant and don’t actually know what’s in the health code, in which case I shouldn’t eat here anyway. If I somehow missed a subsection of a subsection of the health code, I apologize. Otherwise… my ass will cycle itself to an establishment that isn’t going to turn my wallet away at the door because I carried an object in with me that in no way«violates health code.» And as a side note… the joint was empty. No one was going to trip on my bike. It’s very clean, I am very clean. As a further side note: This is one of the worst Burger King locations in the area. They do not monitor their soda syrup levels properly and so their Coca Cola is typically god awful. Their other drinks are not much better. Their fries are often cold. They often give me sesame seed buns when I request non sesame seed buns(as annoying as that is, my daughter is allergic) and forget to remove beef patties when I ask for beef patties to be removed(my wife is vegetarian. God, I know I sound like one of those annoying whiny people, but I assure you I’m not.) TLDR: Manager hates bicycles or is ignorant, kicked me out for daring to ride a bike rather than driving a car. Did me a favor, the calories would have canceled my bike riding efforts.

We used to frequent Burger King and the Double Whopper sandwich was almost too big to finish. Tonight, we ordered the Double Whopper, and were we disappointed. Talk about shrinkage. The small Whopper sandwich will probably be considered an appetizer now. Bye-bye Burger King. We’re moving on to restaurants that give customers their monies worth. No one enjoys feeling ripped-off.

This is the perfect place to stop if you’re headed towards the 101 on Van Nuys. It’s never swamped, so the drive-thru is super quick. I only get one thing at BK– The Original Chicken Sandwich. Yumzzzz, so many calories of goodness! The patty is usually so hot from being just pulled out of the oil. Each bite is juicy with oil. If you’re a fan of the BK Lounge, and in a rush, you can count on this location. Just writing this is giving me cravings. **mouth is watering**

Whoever worked drive thru at 11am on 12⁄15 didn’t not know what she was doing. Made me repeat my order multiple times over the intercom, then when I double checked my order she started tapping her fingernails rushing me to leave. Horrible customer service

What is with this place and them not giving you your drink cups before you get your food? And the customer service? Not even a smile… This specifically goes out to Lala, although this is the norm from the local BK staff.

tired, cluttered, unclean dining area. employees from a snl sketch. sad, rumpled chicken sandwich. both soda machines were empty of coke, had to be filled from behind the counter. fries and onion rings were ok, but undersalted and lukewarm. alright maybe for drive-thru in a pinch but not the greatest bk. the next closest bk is victory and coldwater which is nothing special either but better than this.

I never thought I would even be attracted to a Burger King but we are human and they did have a sign that says«BBQ Rib» sandwich. I had to stop and check it out. I ordered the BBQ Rib sandwich with some of their Satisfries. I am sure that it was only this location but it seemed like the BBQ Rib sandwich had almost no flavor at all. It tasted more like cardboard than it did like pork. Mickey Dees still has the better Rib sandwich. On top of the patty style rib was a few pickles, mild white onions and BBQ sauce. The sauce was very sweet and could use some improvements. I strongly feel that the sugar in the sauce should be replaced with honey, brown sugar or molasses. A touch of Malabar pepper would be nice too. I carry Malabar pepper with me and added some. It greatly improved the flavor. The«Satisfries» were a great surprise. I could taste the Canola oil blend but it was quickly overpowered by the amount of salt on the fries. I guess that someone had a heavy hand at that time. They do have less fat and calories and by reducing the sodium, that would make it all the better. The overall quality and texture of the fries was different from the standard straight cut fries. They were crinkle cut and rather thick. Maybe too thick since they didn’t have a chance to defrost all the way through which made them unpaletable and completely distasteful. The ketchup didn’t help nor did the creamy ranch. I hope they can make some improvements so that the rib sandwich would work out better for them.

I’m not going to write too much about this place since I only went through the Drive-Thru. On that note, is it Drive-Thru, or Drive Threw, or through? I googled it and thru came up. Got a large fry, so good. Got a Cinnabon, even better. I should be fat. I loved my large coke, I should have diabetes Fast service, the guy who rung me up was nice, gave me all my ranch I asked for, and gave me an extra fork when I asked too. YAY

Went today and tried their turkey burger. I asked for it lettuce wrapped. The order taker says we cant do that, our lettuce is small! WTH? Every damn place can lettuce wrap, instead I got a tasteless turkey burger with tons of lettuce and 2 tomatoes. Carl’s Jr turkey burger is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better. the drive through went by pretty quickly, and it was busy. I like the food at the Roscoe blvd in Van Nuys location much better. :(
