3 or 4 people behind the counter and they forgot about my order! The cashier was nice but the people working in that tiny booth get distracted (including the supposed manager), and it took a long time for my kid’s kid meal. We had to inquire after sitting there for 15 minutes– and there was no one in front of us! Very inefficient. And it was just deep fried oily nuggets. The fries were bleh and the toppings that you sprinkle on look so artificial– neon orange? Yuck. I’m giving the extra star for the cashier only.

Terrible service today despite 2 employees + manager there. Female employee (Name Pr… I am not sure) eating out of bins of food in warmers. «Manager» notified who told her to stop eating — apparently a repeat problem for her. Employee then continued handling food — manager said it was OK since she was touching the outside of the containers. Gross. I tossed my food in the trash. Corporate should be concerned.

I come often For lunch. Drew is great. Jasmine gives good advice. Good fries great customer service. Must eat here today!

I just came in right now at 12 25 and there was a girl working there I don’t know if she’s Asian or Chinese. I came in asking for the cinnamon with the sugar french fries and they didn’t have some I also asked for the curly fries didn’t have some. all they had was something chip for they have been sitting out there for at least an hour and a half I tasted one and it was hard. Talk about bad service they couldn’t even make a fresh batch with something I wanted.

Usually come here for fries when i’m at the mall. Today i had a bad experience. Don’t have the new guy nick making your fries. First his gf came, she got free food. My order came, made by him, the giga was more like a jumbo in a large cup. We asked to add more fries and got extra fries coated with too much seasoning. Definitely rushed because some of the fries are uncooked. Feel bad for the guy working with him I can tell he wasn’t happy. Next time I go here, will look to see if hes working. If he is, i’ll be asking someone else to make my order.

First time I went to check out what they had and had never been here and I got asked to try a sample I was thinking of what I might want and then there was a manager standing behind her with a stern attitude saying if she didn’t hurry up and give me a sample I was gonna leave and I could hear him loud and clear so she scrambled to give me a sample of something random right after that and so I just left because of how he was acting he looked like a younger guy. I came back again to buy something a few days ago because Everyone from my job gets this on lunch break, so I order what I want and I noticed the same manager I think in the black shirt buzzing around being loud and some people were pouring a big bag of ranch in a bucket together and he pops up behind them saying «it doesn’t take two people to pour the ranch» loudly again I could hear him clearly. Then he’s just buzzing around and goes to the left side to sit in the little lounge area still wearing his uniform I don’t think he was off duty yet so I got my food and asked for some ranch and loudly from the lounge area he decided to answer for the employee I asked and said «tell her no!» Being sarcastic and completely immature and then the employee told me «no» awkwardly because he probably didn’t know what else to say and gave me what I wanted. I was just a quiet customer not saying anything to anyone both times but this is ridiculously unprofessional that manager makes me feel uncomfortable and I don’t know what I didn’t go off or confront him right away when he said «tell her no» are you
kidding me? I just purchased your food. I will throw these fries in your face and get my damn money back if you want to act that way and that type of person would probably take it farther with me after that. STAY AWAY from this location! Or prepare yourself for that

I used to eat at this place for lunch but last time I had it, It was nasty and made me sick! Never again.

I’m here at Sherman Oaks Fashion Center @ Potato Corner. I ordered Giga Regular fries with garlic and parmesan flavor. The cashier in charge made fun of me the way i pronounced «Giga» she’s so mean laughing out loud along with her co workers. Oh!!! by the way her name is Kristiene. This girl has red scar or red birth mark in her neck. She should be out of this business!!! For the franchise owner please be aware your staff must show good customer service with respect more than they promote your product.

Run by rude teenagers that literally yelled stuff at me as I walked away with my purchase and the fries are WAY too salty and over seasoned.

got the tots… asked for flavor and wanted the cinnamon and sugar and got told that they were out of that flavor option because its not popular so they don’t stock it… well if thats the case take it off the digital menu!
i’m not reviewing the food since the stand can’t get one simple thing like menu options or stock correct, who cares how the food taste.

Me: Do the standard fries have seasoning?
Server: Yes.
Me: I’ll have them.
[2 minutes later the fries are ready.]
Me: These don’t have any seasoning.
Server: We have BBQ, Parmesan, etc.
Me: What? No. These ones don’t have any seasoning on them.
Server: Oh, the standard ones? No, they don’t.
Me: …

Just to let you know, you can mix & match 2 flavors in one order. So try something new, try something wild. I tried BBQ & sour cream, Cheddar & Garlic Parmesan, and few others.
I was happy all the time. Their tater tots are awesome. Jojo chips are crispy. Loopy fries are tasty.
Stuffs are friendly & smiley. You can also try some before getting any flavor.

employees are nice. I get what I asked for without a look of annoyance unlike the ones in Topanga and Northridge.

Being the french fry lover I am, I was very excited to try this place. Let me just say, I was quite disappointed. The french fries here make the fries at in n out taste like five star fries.
For only serving potato items, you would expect that they would have their recipe down to perfection, wrong! The fries here are really gross. I would not waste a single calorie eating at this place ever again.
The fries taste nastier then frozen french fries, they tasted really old and didn’t have much flavor to them nevertheless they are also overpriced.
I am not sure how they are still in business given the lack of quality in their items.
