I found the customer service by Yolisa to be five star outstandingly excellent.
I do think the owner of this location needs to put in A/​C and if it already has it then they need a better one. The extra crispy chicken wings where great.

I recently are at this KFC. I wanted to wash my hands before eating and was told that the restrooms were for employees only. I was under the impression that eating establishments had to let customers use the restrooms. When I asked his reply was «well I don’t have one so what are you going to do» never again!!!

I pulled into the drive through and ordered a $ 5 full box, a #6, for their chicken tenders. I asked that it come Nashville hot style, as I tried it a week before and it was fantastic! The employee told me it would be 80 cents extra per wing, and I didn’t mind. However, after getting my food and arriving at home, I realized that my tenders were a leg and a thigh. Disappointed to say the least, and the entire box was DRENCHED in oil. Sides were a bit on the cold side, as if they had been sitting for a while. I called and the manager said she would reimburse with free chicken next week; I’ll update then.
P. S. If you happen to order from Gina, you are in luck! She is the reason there are two stars and not one. When I ordered from her last week around the same time (10pm), the chicken was fantastic, sides tasted as if they just left the oven and she was extremely polite. Gina, you’re the real hero.

You guys never accept my app coupons, please get some promotions for your store. I also thought you guys brought popcorn chicken back bc it says Popcorn Chicken is back on your sign. When I went in I was informed the sign means popcorn nuggets. I asked when popcorn chicken would be back and you guys didn’t know what I was talking about and kept saying we have popcorn chicken. No, you have popcorn nuggets. The name «Popcorn Nuggets» doesn’t even make sense bc the name implies that the chicken is popcorn sized/​nugget sized, what?
On top of it all I ordered a Leg & thigh $ 5 fill up and I got tenders. Plus my side was suppose to be mashed potatoes.

It was a good experience. The lady gave us free drinks, and extra mashed potatoes cup and when we told her she let us keep it free of charge. The customer service Rocks!

This KFC is a mess. As many have mentioned, the drive-​thru window is on the passenger side, which I suppose can’t really be helped, at this point. The drive-​thru speaker also doesn’t really seem to work well, so I couldn’t understand the person taking my order. Then it turned out she only heard half of my order. Probably for the best, I didn’t need to eat anymore than I did ;-).
Service was fine, despite not getting what I ordered. It’s not as though they charged me for it.
Chicken was as I expect from KFC, and I thought the potato wedges were actually a bit better than average.

I don’t want to be too repetitive so I’ll just say Brittany H nailed it on the head with her review – check her’s out.

Worst KFC ever!!! Bone in chicken pot pies… Be warned and when you call to complain they could give a shit less, then to placate you send dirty, wrinkled «gift checks» that look liked they were ether used or scrounged out of a forgotten desk drawer! No apology note nothing, just the coupons. Avid this place and their compleat lack of customer service!
I’ll be giving those «gift checks» to the homeless!

Worst KFC experience ever. We parked the car at 9:25pm and the lady yelled «the dining is closed only drive thru» from the window. We got back in the car and went through the drive thru. (Then we saw the sign that the dining obviously closed at 10pm)
The person greeted us then said hold on. Waited 5 minutes to place our order.
We finally placed our order and asked for white meat chicken and they had none.
They said pull forward without giving us our total. We get to the window and asked what our order was again. (Oh let me also state the fact that the window is on the passenger side… WTF)
As we are waiting for our food… a guy walks into the dining to order food!!! (Thought the sh*t was closed?!?)
Handed our bags and shut the window.
Never will I come back to this place. Nor should you ever go here!

I’m not a lover or a hater for KFC in general, but on the occasion I do want fast food, I wasn’t entirely pleased with my visit to this location.
1. They almost never have anything that’s shown on their menu, I can’t really figure why that is…
and 2. Their drive-​thru is on the left side of the building so I have to put my car in park, take off my seatbelt and roll down my right window (you know, the opposite side where the driver is sitting) and on a few occasions nearly dropped my food because they use flimsy paper bags to hold all the 8 pounds that you ordered.
Also because of their crappy drive-​thru placement I’ve spilled foods or drinks on my passenger seat just trying to reach for my food.
I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because despite the more important problems stated above, their customer service is actually kind of good compared to most other KFC locations I’ve been to previously.
Food is good when they actually have it (which is rare)
Customer service is acceptable for the most part.
Location is awful, set up is awful.
And good luck exiting the drive thru and into the street where the curb almost always gets in the way and the horrible drivers on Burbank Blvd never let you out.

there’s dreck and then there’s this place, with a very obvious pall of unfresh and unclean and kinda sketch like «blue velvet» meets «a clockwork orange.» i stood in line making up my mind on what to order and after seeing their chicken on the racks and looking around i decided i should eat somewhere else. disgusting.

The employee (Victor) acknowledge me and claimed he would help, instead he made conversation and joked around (some inappropriate language) with the customer who came after me an took his order. Someone else came out from the back if the kitchen and took my order while Victor just disappeared in the kitchen. I sure will not come to this special store again.

First, let me start by saying I don’t often eat KFC. Today, it’s 102 degrees out and I had to walk over a mile to my bank. Blistering heat and sun. On the way home I pass by this place and go in and ask for a cup of water because I’m broke, hot and thirsty. The woman behind the counter says yes, and as she fills up what I believe is a cup of water, her coworker/​friend watching her starts laughing and looking at me, then the woman hands over the counter a small gravy bowl full of water, bringing to mind a small dog food dish. They both start laughing and, embarrassed and angry, I say nothing, throw the cup away, and leave. So this isn’t a call on their food exactly, because I don’t bother with theirs. But they sure know how to hire some Grade A cunts to deliver blatantly rude service at opportune moments. I won’t be going back. Pricks.

Since there are no reviews, Ill do the honors. I used to come here often in my middle school years becouse it was close to my house and right next to the school. Preety clean place with great service. There chicken is great just like any other kfc. Ill be back forsure.
