PJ & Company Salon

Having recently moved to the area, my co-​worker recommended me to the salon. I’ve had my hair cut & highlighted two times now, once by Paula and once by Emily. Both did phenomenal jobs. I have dirty blonde hair, and sometimes I find stylists tend to either go too yellow or too gray-​like. Both times my hair turned out exactly how I asked with thin, natural looking highlights. I also loved my haircuts :) I’ll be back!

Just came from my appointment with Gina, who cut my long, very over-​due locks. I got a great style (i was so overdue that it was definitely more than just a «trim»), she even blew it dry and styled it to show me how pretty I now am!
Many places charge extra for the blow/​style, but Gina did not– hopefully thats the case with all cuts– but im not sure, so dont bank on this info without checking with the salon first!
Gina was not only helpful, but she actually listened to me! She explained what she saw, what she wanted to see and even went in depth into my future highlight appointment (scheduled for the future, which i now wish i had just done today!) — unlike some other places where I feel like im being ignored or treated like a child who theyd prefer would just shut it. Gina took the time to tell my why what I wanted was or was not appropriate for my hair type and even went a step further to explain other hair types (pointing people out in the salon) so I could take in all the info to truly understand. I really appreciated that!
The cut would normally have been approx $ 60, but thanks to their super awesome first-​timer deal, I got 50% off and only paid approx $ 30. (Prices are approx because I think it depends on your hair length, etc).
I love this cut so much that I know ill be back. The highlights are on the pricey side, but they do have a referral program, and honestly, ive been through enough to know that when you find someone good you pay them well and stick with them or forever hold your complaints.
Im going to be bringing in anyone in the area who notes that they need a cut/​color! Gina explained that the salon has extensive color options and professionals, so that made me even happier!

The salon is upscale without being snooty. Great service and very friendly. They have been able to accommodate me when I’ve had «hair emergencies». I always leave there feeling better and looking better than when I arrive.
