Worlds… Slowest… Starbucks. They’re friendly, which saves a star, but it should not take 1 – 3 minutes per car to get through a drive through. Especially when there appear to be six people working inside. This Starbucks has to have the slowest throughput of any I have ever seen. Even if you walk up, be prepared for a ten to fifteen minute wait.

Very disappointing that they cut corners. I ordered a Venti Blonde via mobile App, and when I arrived ten minutes later my order was still on machine. The gal states that it will be a pour over and will take a few minutes. I state that is why I ordered ten minutes ago. 30 Seconds later she is at the window with a Venti Coffee! I state that I ordered Blond roast, NOT Pike! She states it’s not Pike and that its my pour over! Come On Howard! I’m a black apron and can taste the difference between Pike and Blond. Very Disappointing that your employees are finding ways to NOT deliver on the customers expectations in a good cup of coffee!

This is the slowest Starbucks drive thru I’ve ever been to. Prepare to wait 15 – 20 mins in line before ever putting in your order.

The worst Starbucks in all of Seattle. You will easily wait 10 – 20 min everyday going through the drive thru. I cannot wait for the new Starbucks on California ave to open…

No coconut milk, then no pineapple tea, wanted me to wait an extra 10 – 15 minutes to have my tea with ice after waiting 20 minutes in the worlds smallest drive thru line #starbucksfail

Starbucks, if you are going to be making food, do it well and stop serving tasteless styofoam. I went through the drive-thru and got a breakfast sandwich that was to be bacon, egg and cheese with a water. It was served in white sack vs. a wrapper to keep it warm like it should have been. It was nuclear hot from the microwave it had been zapped in to reheat it, as it was very clear it was not freshly made. This excuse for food was completely tasteless; not even the bacon had any taste. It was like eating paper. I was in my car on the way to a holiday gathering. If I had ordered this inside, I would have returned it immediately and asked for a refund. Good thing that I paid for this with a gift card my boss gave me for Christmas. Since he doesn’t know me from Adam, and I don’t drink coffee or tea, I am going to sell this gift card to someone at work who wants it for the coffee because God only knows why anyone would eat here. Food: ZERO Service: 3

I understand that it 630 it is busy and I’m usually not one to have a problem, but I was second in line and it took me almost 15 minutes to get a drip coffee and the service from both girls who served me was very rude. Just not a great way to start my day.

Horrible service. If they tell you to pull up into the parking lot because your drink isnt ready by the time you pull up to the drive through window, they’ll stand at the walk-up window and wave you down to come get your coffee; rather than walking it out to you. My Frappuccino has been a weird melted/watery consistency(like it was a melted one that had been sitting around and they decided not to make a fresh one for me) more that a couple of times. Dont order sandwiches– they’ll be rock hard around the edges, like when you microwave something for too long. Ick. The Starbucks in Westwood village, however, has been consistently awesome– if only they were a drive through!

I will NEVER visit this Starbucks again. The lack of consistency is ridiculous. I have been a gold card holder for 3 years and always drink Trenta green teas. Part of being a gold card member includes free refills. I have never had an issue and in fact received a refill from this very Starbucks on June 28th. When I visited today they refused to give me a refill because they are a drive thru. This is news to me and I can’t find anything in writing that supports her claim. I will NEVER return.

They are horrible! seriously get a new manager or someone who can stock and manage a drive through shop. Always being out of milk or bananas? Its seriously not acceptable. I have bigger problems in my life then a drive throughout being out of crap, but this is the 3rd time(yes i wet back after two), and having a three year old bust your ass because you promised her a smoothie after the gym and now you have to drive all the way over to the Morgan junction listening to her say,“you promised mommy” they can’t reason they are three !!! … IT sucks… Also your VERYBERRY refreshers are subpar. Out of all the Starbucks in the area, you are stingy with the berries and too heavy on the ice. Its pale and doesn’t look refreshing at all. Sorry to bust your balls, its the circle of life, pick it up champ.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks. I come here at least twice a week for about a year now, and not once have they ever made a mistake on my coffee or food. Ever. That’s kind of amazing. The employees are absolutely the most friendly, happy people. My 3 year old gets so excited when we come up to the window because they instantly interact with him and make him laugh. As long as the coffee is good, I won’t complain, but the people that work here are just a total bonus which is why this has become my go to place for coffee. There is no indoor seating, but they do have an outdoor area with umbrellas which is awesome during the summer.

I don’t feel the need to review every Starbucks I go to because, honestly, I’d have 100 reviews for Starbucks and that’s just silly. But I felt I should review this Starbucks because I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Starbucks that is only drive thru and/or walk-up. There is no seating inside here. Zero. You can motor around the back and order to go or walk up to a window and order from there if you’re hoofing it. My experience here was your typical Starbucks experience. The two baristas I talked with while waiting for my order were engaging and funny. My blended drink took a little longer than usual to get from the ordering stage to the ‘put it in my facehole’ stage but I did come through shortly after the frappacino HH so I expect a few of their blenders may have committed sepuku moments before I arrived. All in all I got what I expected service-wise and my drink was delicious and refreshing on a hot day. I have a feeling I’ll be using this Starbucks with more frequency so I’m hoping I don’t experience any of the issues other reviewers have mentioned. I’m a fan.

Reasons this Starbucks is good with me in a pinch and I find myself in desperate need of caffeination(my coffee pot breaks, I’ve forgotten to buy coffee, etc): –They open at 4am. This is so, so helpful for me when I’m leaving for work at 4:15 because otherwise the only other choices are 7 – 11(ew.) or the Bigfoot near my work(ok, but then I haven’t had my whole drive to let the coffee do it’s wakey-magic!) –They get cars through the drive through SO fast. Really. The line looks long sometimes, but don’t fret. It’ll move quickly. –The walk up window is even faster. If I’m getting a drip coffee and I feel like a splash of half and half in it, I like to do it myself, so I’ll get over my lazyness and get out of my car to get it. The one time it WASN’T faster and I had to wait forever behind some teenagers getting fancy coffee milkshakes(aka frappuccinos), the girl apologized and gave me my grande coffee on the house. Thanks Starbucks girl! In general, if they’re open, I’ll always pick Lladro or C&P, but sometimes there’s an excuse for drinking Starbucks and this is one of the most convenient ever!

If you’re looking for a traditional sit down Starbucks to get some work done look elsewhere, this location is a drive thru and has a walk up window. They do have some outdoor seating but that’s not really usable during the rainy seasons. This Starbucks was speedy, I came through the morning rush and they cranked through drinks like no other, each car probably only took 2 minutes to serve.

This location is just terrible. I’ve been through the drive thru several times and they always forget either the sugar or the cream for my Americano. The first time was okay but three times in a row? Come on now.

It’s Starbucks, so no real surprises here. A busy location with drive-thru service. The staff is always super friendly, if not the most accurate bunch. I’ve learned to check my coffee before leaving. It’s in a good location if you’re passing through

I’m not a fan of Starbucks really but this drive in is a regular haunt of mine. It’s great to be able to drive through and get my coffee before crossing the west Seattle bridge. The store manager is always pleasant and even gave me her contact information should I ever need to complain.

This is, without a doubt, the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in the Seattle metro area. I work in Bellevue, but live in West Seattle. Many mornings I sat in the drivethrough line waiting, and waiting, and then waiting, only to get my drink with no milk in it, or missing sugar, or with the wrong sandwich… I’ve waited as long as twelve minutes to move up two cars, that time was the last time. Don’t bother. Oh yea, and to the overly-enthusiastic morning employee… Your attempts at customer service come off as fake and irritating. Dial it back. I don’t mean to be a dick, but I’ve never had such patronizing service at any establishment. April, 2014 edit: Almost 4 years later, this place is still the absolute worst. I swore this location off for 3 full years, tried them a few times after that and had more bad experiences. I still spend way too much at SBUX, but at locations that can handle simple requests and varying volumes of customers.

I thought that all Starbucks had to have a lobby. Wasn’t it the general idea that they were trying to market the atmosphere of a European coffeehouse(even while located next to the checkout line of a supermarket)? Anyways, this is a stand-alone Starbucks that has a bustling drive-through, but no apparent lobby. I was baffled enough that I tried to crawl through the walk-up window to make sure, but the barista stopped me from doing that. There does appear to be a small indoor area that contains the bathrooms. Note that there also is a walk-up window that has a table with an umbrella: possibly nice on a sunny day, not so much for a colder December day.
