Great food. Love the coffee. The ladies are very kind. The owners are die hard Seahawks fans and watching them get excited about the Hawks is fun!!! Brunch Is the best time for this kind of food and atmosphere. My favorite is the turkey bri bacon crêpe. I bring friends here all the time. I just wish it were a little bigger :-)

Stopped in for breakfast for the first time today. I have been in several times for lunch. I am so in love with the turkey & apple wood bacon crêpe! I was told to try it with an egg for breakfast! Glad I did it is delish! I haven’t tried many items since I am so smitten with the turkey. The only other one I have tried is the Nutella and Banana and of course that combo you can’t go wrong. I enjoy the corner café feel, and the friendly staff! There are lots of drink options and I noticed they even have«adult» beverages, I will be back to try that spiked lemonade.

A MUST try place with great customer service. Their crepes are to die for. All I can say is that they have gained a new regular.

This is a lovely little corner shop to grab breakfast in West Seattle. If I lived there, I would likely pop-in for a crêpe or quiche or something else every weekend. I actually visited in September, and sat outside to eat my cinnamon and sugar crêpe with my orange juice and it was nice. Nothing swanky, nothing posh, but delicious breakfast treats served with a very friendly smile.

First of all, the ladies who work here are very friendly and very kind! The customer service is amazing as they are helpful and accommodating. No pressure, not even a hint of snobbery, and true dedication to make sure you like what you get. Secondly the crepes are excellent as well. Many crêpe places will give you just ok crepes with subpar ingredients and little filling. Firefly has a great selection of ingredients and they don’t skimp on the filling portion either. The gluten free crepes were excellent, my boyfriend thought they were better than the regular crepes. Great place!

They have lots of delicious vegan and gluten-free options! The service is warm and friendly. The environment is a casual, bus your own table kind of place. They have some tables outside that are nice for warm weather. Not necessarily aesthetically pleasing but I don’t mind considering everything else is great.

I hate this place… Is like crack… I sometimes loose sleep thinking about the total deliciousness of their menu. I come here very often and everything on the menu is delicious. Try the berries and cream crêpe… Is to die for. Their coffees are awesome too. The owner is super nice and I really like her. The employees are very nice too. All an all a great place to eat!

I love that they have vegan and gluten free crêpe and panini options! I tried the savory pear crêpe with balsamic reduction. Filling was good, kinda wish I got the agave syrup instead of the balsamic though. The fiancé tried a traditional crêpe with bacon and cheese with all of the veggies. He said it was good but said the crêpe reminded him more of an omelet then a crêpe(it did look like there might have been more eggs in the batter then one might expect with a crêpe). Service was great! I think the woman who greeted and helped us was the owner. She was really nice and her small talk didn’t feel forced or awkward(well we were talking about the Seahawks so of course that’s a plus!). We also overheard her giving amazing customer service! She was walking around checking in on all patrons. She saw that this one customer did not finish her food and asked if there was something wrong. The customer said that she wasn’t fond of the way the food tasted and the owner offered to make her a completely different crêpe, free of charge because she didn’t want her to leave hungry and disappointed. Anyways, I love the vegan/GF options and will probably back when craving a crêpe. And the good customer service was a breath of fresh air!

I always get the same thing when I’m here, the turkey, bacon crêpe with apricot jelly and instead of real cheese, I get«nut cheese.» It’s so great because I’m gluten and diary sensitive. The crêpe is really filling, and delish! It’s a really casual atmosphere, but I like it. The service has always been great for me. Glad a place like this is here for food limited people. It’s nice to have a break from cooking all the time.

I’m a little biased, but when an old coworker of mine notified her other fellow ex-coworkers she was opening a food related business, I just had to check it out. I managed to get there a few days after her grand opening and came with my boyfriend and my best friend. Ordering and food arrival was quick. The restaurant décor is alot of fun. Mix-matched tables and chairs and a chalkboard wall. I got the nutella and banana crêpe and it was fantastic. :) My boyfriend and my best friend loved their selections as well. It’s a shame I don’t live near the West Seattle area and that my friend moved away from it, as I would visit here much more often.

Prickly pear lemonade is incredible — not too sweet or tart, so refreshing! Can’t review anything else, because that’s the only thing I ordered. The service was friendly and accommodating, as the baristas assured me they could make me any other flavor of lemonade I wanted or any other drink not listed on the menu, so long as they had the ingredients. Thankfully, I didn’t want to be a bother and asked for the house lemonade. Wish I were drinking it right now!

Wow! I’ve driven past this little gem in West Sea a bazillion times, always thinking to myself, «I gotta pop in there sometime». What took me so long??? After yesterday, this is my fave new spot in the Junction-ish area. Cool little atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming staff, especially for first timers(ohhh, the half & half is in the little fridge… wasn’t awake enough to pick up on that, thanks ladies!). First, their drip coffee was by far the best I’ve had in the city, period. I will be trying find out who sells Zoka coffee, delicious. Secondly the food, mmmm-mm! My girlfriend got the turky-bacon-spinich-brie crêpe, holy cow… she won! I had the basic crêpe with bacon-cheddar, very good, but again next time, I’m gonna have what she had. On the other hand, I’m looking forward to trying out one of the sweet ones next time. I can tell this will be a place we frequent often, keep up the great work Firefly(doesn’t hurt that I’m a major fan of the show either)!

Great coffee, fun employees, and I crave their crepes. Family friendly. I wish they were bigger but I love how comfortable I feel here. The food is creative and balanced with fun flavors. Healthy but comforting food.

Stopped in for a crêpe, good quality, good service. I shall return. But for coffee, I still prefer Hotwire across the street.

I have always had good coffee, good food, and excellent service here. I’ve tried about five different crêpes, and each has been hot and delicious. Just as importantly, the employees are warm, considerate, and conscientious. The ingredients are fresh, the quality is consistent, and all of their inspections come back top-notch. And I have seen firsthand that they’ll remake something or offer a different menu choice if a customer just doesn’t like their food.

I always get the vegan King crêpe since I have dairy issues. This item involves bananas, chocolate chips, cashew cream, and vegan caramel. It is always delicious, though I think the strawberries on the side don’t really improve it beyond adding a little color to the plate. It’s hard to get good strawberries around here. They almost always have a vegan soup, and their soup is very good. I’m always pleased by the offerings and enjoy the fact that when appropriate they even have vegan sour cream to stir in. Their coffee is perfectly acceptable. While I am a big coffee nerd I am not looking for much from a place that is not primarily a coffee shop. I just want something to cut the richness of food like this, and their coffee does an admirable job. As to the customer service issues brought up in other comments: I’ve been coming here for quite awhile. When I first started eating at this establishment, some issues were evident. Primarily, the staff(generally speaking, this was by no means true of everyone) didn’t seem terribly educated on food service standards. I’ve been in the food business for most of my adult life and admit I can be exacting about this(I am by no means a germaphobe however there are limits), but wanting the person at the register to take her gloves off before she rings me up doesn’t feel like an unreasonable demand. However, I will say that the owner is very pleasant and when I brought this to her attention, I felt like she handled it with the seriousness it deserved. You might think this goes without saying, but having noted the behavior of small business owners in the past, it certainly does not. Overall I recommend this place and still come here despite some rough around the edges style problems. I feel they’ve greatly improved over time, and that’s all I can ask of a business.(I also have no idea if they microwave food. I know they’ve never microwaved my order as far as I know, but that might be an issue with the savory crepes only)

Two times I have eaten here on girl dates and both times I left satisfied. I am grateful for the variety of crepes offered, including the GF/DF options! Never has nut cheeze tasted so good. My dates have both enjoyed mainstream crepes and a paleo quiche, plus the fresh juice and coffee. The«Cuppa Happy» is as it sounds, and the Savory Pear is my favorite dish. I should probably try something else, but this one had me at first bite. Hubby likes when I go because I bring him home the Turkey & Apple Smoked Bacon crêpe. My only complaint is the price(they offer a coupon when you do mobile check-ins). So, I won’t be able to go as often as I’d like to, but I know that when I do it will be delicious. Super friendly staff. Indoor & outdoor seating.

I ordered a latte and vegetarian quiche, but afterwards wished I would have given in to my carnal desires for meat but the only other option was a paleo-quiche and I’m so not getting on that train, I need me some veggies. So about the quiche, I left half of it, no amount of salt or sriracha sauce could save this quiche. The chunks of sweet potato were too chunky and ever present for such a small and personal quiche. The egg was dry and flavorless. I shoulda had a crêpe! Or a fresh V-8, surprisingly they offer a fresh juice menu! However, the latte was dreamy, balanced and smooth. The fern frond in the froth was perfection and quite delightful. Seating outside on a sunny day with a perfect latte made me content and I considered it worth the $ 13…

Well i’ll tell you, this is the most interactive Unilocal review page i have seen on the part of staff. I dig that and i do appreciate managers engaging with reviewers via Unilocal-positive and negative reviews alike. So since this seems to be so interactive, I guess my review might be meant more for management than for my fellow Unilocalers. First, I applaud you reading your reviews and responding to those who write them. Second, I think you should take some time to analyze these response posts you have written and take note. For the most part you seem to be responding to a lot of negative reviews and asking to win people back. I will say that feedback is only useful when someone is listening AND willing to make changes. The change part might be where Firefly is stuck right now. My one star review is really based on food alone(although I didn’t feel super welcomed by the teenage counter staff that took my order today… I kind of felt like a bother, and she wasn’t very helpful through the ordering process). I left today remembering the food, and how it was just not good. My crêpe ingredients(chicken and mushrooms and cheese) were microwaved together, yuck. I watched it happen and then tried to have an open mind but the chicken was not seasoned and had a rubber consistency. Then spinach was thrown on to the crêpe raw and then folded… not with any Tender Love & Care, and it was raw when I bit into it. Some mixed greens were also thrown on my plate last minute with no dressing or spices or anything, just a pile of lettuce. The country gravy was a bad choice to pair with this crêpe… and was lukewarm and barely edible. I watched intently for the next 10 minutes how the crepes were being prepared. Nowhere near an artform, the preparation process with not so great ingredients was haphazard and thoughtless. I would have to resoundingly second the reviewer who tipped you off 5 months ago that you need to hire a real chef and really teach everyone there how to make really good crepes and not just make ‘meh crepes’. I wanted this place to be a cool west Seattle version of say 611, or Voila, or Saley or Hangar. It’s not… and maybe they don’t want to be. If you do want to make better food, go check those places out and get a great crêpe chef to teach staff.
