Super tasty food, cute space, great service. We ordered 8 different dishes and loved all of them so much! The mushrooms were so good we ordered it twice.

Excellent and inventive cocktails back up a solid menu of the historically fascinating and culinarily delicious hybridization of Spanish-North African cuisine. As a vegetarian eating with an omnivore, neither of us had to make sacrifices. Friendly people, cozy environs, I absolutely adored this place. Worth the trek from Ballard!

Best restaurant in West Seattle. Highly recommend the beef tenderloin(small but amazing portion, truffle oil makes it perfection), beet salad(steal at $ 4), and juicy lamb slider with goat cheese. The night’s special soft crab with spicy garbanzo beans was packed with flavor. I will say I found the meatballs a tad dry, but that was only misstep. Bubbly attentive server, food came out quick, and fun vibe. Part of the regular rotation.

I live right across the street from this place, so I’m pretty bummed out about how crappy it is. My wife and I ate here twice and were disappointed both times. The first time we ordered meatballs that were cold and dry, and I honestly can’t remember the other food. The second time we ordered sangria that was so watered down we had to send it back. Pretty disappointing for a $ 9 drink that was mostly ice and water. The food came out so slowly we almost missed our show at Arts West, and it tasted extremely average. We won’t be coming back a third time.

They put a lot of care into the food they serve. It’s beautifully presented and tastes as good as it looks. Service was sort of European style, meaning that you might have to call them over if you need something but that’s cool. If you’re just there looking to hang out, snack a bit, have some wine… perfect. I’m glad we opted for the back room though. Too much sun and heat in the front room(especially at dusk) but the back room was cool, breezy, and a bit more private. Will definitely go back and I’m glad to have this place in West Seattle.

Itto’s is one of our new favorite restaurants in West Seattle. Tapas style Middle eastern cuisine offered in a cozy setting, couldn’t ask for more! Tried new items from the new menu: Okra with sundried tomatoes and almond(which was a hit), goat cheese stuffed dates wrapped in eggplant, dolmas, olives, beet salad(not to be missed), potato dish, tostada(tasted like quiche, not something I would order again for dinner) all this over a bottle of Tempranillo. Looking forward to trying tuna and lamb dishes. Appreciate the warm hospitality. Cheers!

No matter how interesting and flavorful the microscopic North African tapas are here, rude, inattentive, derisive, mocking service staff make this an avoidable experience. Go elsewhere until they figure this out. Now, I know this opinion is not universal. The staff here treated certain people with great deference, so much so that a table seated almost 30 minutes AFTER ours received drinks and food and were contemplating dessert by the time our first drinks were haphazardly served. When the waitress came over to take our order, she acted like she was in a great hurry(she stopped to chat with other patrons, complimenting people all around us on their dress, taste in food, charming manner of speech, and so on, as if to make some sort of point) and repeatedly interrupted me as I spoke to make some comment on the food I was ordering. Very strange. This odd behavior persisted throughout the meal, so I looked around us to see if we had overlooked some dress code, protocol, or custom. We were business casual, clean though tired from a days work. The other patrons seemed from all walks of life, though many were obviously rich or presenting themselves as such, and the richly attired people, especially the women, were the obvious apple of our server’s eye. As we paid our(rather substantial) tab, she made some parting comment about our ability to do so. What the actual hell?! Creepy. What a very unwelcoming environment. I can’t recommend this to anyone with a lick of sense, although the Gucci & Prada crowd will find it appealing to their delicate egos. Itto’s will likely find that this crowd is limited in size and fickle, and however gentrified, West Seattle is still a working class neighborhood at heart. Ditch the smirking snobs that work your front end, and you may survive. Don’t, and I suspect this town will throw you to the wolves.

Had a wonderful date night here! The servers were friendly, the drinks were strong, and the food was delicious! Our favorite dish was the special — a seafood paella. We will definitely be going back!

Please keep the menu amazing! There are so many gluten-free options without it being just a replacement of bread. The maakooda potatoes are a surprise. I can’t even describe how amazed I was that a vegan and gf item tasted this good. The Moroccan meatballs are are a must and order a side of bread to some up the poached egg and sauce. I ordered the baby octopus and it was delightful for those of us that like seafood. It was a good texture and not chewy. I would highly recommend coming at 4PM if possible to get a seat. This place is packed at 5:30PM on a Friday night. This is my new favorite restaurant and I will be bringing all my friends here.

My new favorite in West Seattle, if not all of the city. I just loved the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food. Mt favorite was the Chermoula Prawns and the Potato Cake. All the food was just to die for and want to just order the whole menu next time.

Will definitely go back. We went for a late lunch/early dinner and were ready to try everything! We ordered the Charmoula Prawns $ 8, Beef Tenderloin $ 10, Bastilla $ 7, Tortilla Espanola $ 3, Stuffed dates $ 4, Taktouka $ 5, Maakooda potato cake $ 4 and a variety of wines and cocktails. Nothing disappointed. Excellent bartender and great service.

Came here for our pre-Valentine’s Day lounge drink before going to dinner. Lucked out, there were two bar stools right at the end where the bartenders station is located. PERFECTO! What a show! ! Loved watching the magic magic being created with such speed!

Definitely want to come back. My favorite dish was Tortilla Española and my wife liked the tenderloin. Really everything we had was top notch though. Service was a bit slow, but attentive enough to notice and friendly. Our waitress made good suggestions. I appreciate that they are open until Midnight too… it’s nice to have a place that’s open past 10.

A little West Seattle jewel for grown-ups with a tucked-away dining room for the fam. Drinks: strong, inventive. Excellent bartenders, waitstaff. The owner is quite nice. Superloved: beef tenderloin, makooda, the tortilla, and egg with anchovy on top which my husband hated, but he’s weak, this could be a dealbreaker… …except he’ll never want me to share this dish with him, which is actually a double bonus, so: marriage back on. Lovely atmosphere for date night, girls’ night out, or going alone and eating enough tapas for five people.

Tonight was our second visit to Itto’s with some friends and it was just as good as the first time. Some of our favorite dishes are the beef tenderloin and the bastilla chicken. Hubby’s favorite cocktail is the Driver — I’m happy just smelling the wonderful aromas from his beverage when I sit next to him. The atmosphere is nice and the service is great too. This is a welcome addition to our neighborhood!

WOW! What a transformation! I love the tapas concept and the funky feel/decoration inside. It makes me think Moroccan themed speakeasy with the dark green with the classic painted decorative lines around doors. the server was nice, the food BLEWMYMIND. One bite and the flavors just smacked of yummy brilliance. And I only had two appetizers. I can’t recall the names but one was an eggplant spread like Baba Ganoush and a potato appetizer. YUM. But my Drink… oh yes, my drink. Sweet, spicy, different and absolutely delicious and different than just about anything I have ever tried it is called a Taza Throb(Ginger Vodka, Contreau, Cardamomom bitters and lime.) AMAZING. And what is that? What do they have for us gluten Free folks they have a TON of GF options and bread! YUP… it’s good. But um… why only 4 stars? LOUD. When I say loud I’m not sure it’s enough so I have to go all caps on ya there. LOUDLOUDLOUD. So much that even sitting next to my hubs I felt I had to yell… and the waiter asked me to repeat myself. A few little sound helpers on the ceiling or something would help. If not for that I would be there all the time…

First time stopping in and what a little gem for west Seattle. True tapas– at tapas prices, tons of gluten free options. Great wine selection, décor is so sweet and welcoming. Highly impressed after two weeks of being opened at the level of service and how well things were running already– obviously not their first rodeo. Owner was hands on making sure everyone experience was good and our server, Ava was excellent! Most importantly, the food was delightful. Great flavor, perfect amount of spice and very unique offerings. I will be planning an event here for my business as soon as I can! Awesome joint, welcome to West Seattle– you guys are doing excellent work and we needed Ittos! We had 4 veg small plates, 4 glasses of wine total and our bill was under $ 70. I’m stuffed and happy.

This place is great! And for all the right reasons. It’s a dark, cozy bar, with no TV, and a decent selection of liquor. I sat down at the bar and immediately felt welcome. Due to the small size you cannot but help but feel like the center of attention. The lack of television is important, as it inspires conversation. I entered alone, and left having met three new people, and I thought I knew everyone in West Seattle… Tapas is great. It may as well be happy hour(for food) open to close. The portions are phenomenal for the cost, and with every bite I had, I became more excited that this establishment is in my neighborhood. While I have only tried a small portion of the menu, I am under the impression that you cannot go wrong. There appears to be several gluten-free options as well as vegetarian options. But if you ask me(and if you eat meat), do not. I repeat. Do. Not. Ignore the lamb dishes. The lamb skewers were cooked to perfection, the fatty bits melt in your mouth in all its delicious glory! The Berbere Burger was spectacular. The caramelized onion tasted like sweet butter candy, and the thin, almost English muffin like bun was chewy, yet crispy… and fresh baked daily! I have no criticism of this establishment. The drinks are pricy, but no more than anywhere else in Seattle or West Seattle, and the price of food is more than reasonable for the quality and flavor u I u get. I urge anyone reading this, to give this place a try. It might just become your new local hangout. I know you’ll see me there again and again…
