Desert Storage is one of the cleanest storage units I have ever used. The staff, Brian and Stephen, are truly professional and willing to help you out in any way possible! I highly recommend this particular location due to my experience with them for the last 1 ½ years!

I highly recommend the Desert Storage located on Bell and the 101 in North Scottsdale. The facility is extremely clean and always smells great. Brian and the staff are always extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. The halls are very bright and well lit. The use of their moving truck was super convenient. I used a very large storage space for the last 3 years and found the price to be quite reasonable.

Best storage facility I have ever rented from. Extremely safe and wonderful knowledgable staff, especially Stefan. The place is always kept at a cool temperature and it’s very clean, also clean restrooms. They provide cold bottled water as well. It’s a little more expensive then the surrounding storage units but way way way worth it. Getting in and out of storage can be stressful but this place makes it so relaxing. I highly recommend them.

The facility is safe, clean and secure. But the people are incredible. Storage facilities are quite often not what I would typically describe as providing caring, professional, considerate and individualized service. But Desert Storage is because of the manager Brian and his staff, all of whom have gone above and beyond in some way or another for me. Not everyone has the need for all those traits but it sure is nice to know the people to whom you are giving your business value it and will treat you with respect and courtesy!!!

We relocated from San Francisco last year and have had a great relationship with this company! The units are air conditioned and it takes a lot to get in there-​kinda like Fort Knox! So we are not worried about our precious cargo!

Michael and Jamie are so helpful. The costs at this storage facility are a little higher than other places but worth every penny. They have a truck that you can use free of charge (subject to availability). The place is clean, secure, easy to access but most importantly, customer service is excellent.
