I read the previous reviews and am a little surprised. I’m staying at the hotel so naturally this is the easiest place to eat. I didn’t expect anything super fancy but I really enjoyed it. I had the tacos. I loved that it came with an avacado spread. Each table gets their own pitcher of water which is great and the price was pretty reasonable. My waitress was very nice. I’d say the downfall is the long wait for food and the 20% charge to have the food brought to my room. I will probably be eating here for my full three day stay

If you order room service while staying at the Sheraton this is the restaurant it comes from. Save the 20% delivery charge and just go downstairs and eat in the restaurant. Best things on menu: chicken flatbread is number 1. Caesar Salad with chicken is number 2 and the hummus with pita chips is 3. Lots of people get the burger on the pretzel bun but it is just ok. Service is great in restaurant but the bar area is dimly lit and reminds me of Moes on The Simpsons.

So… This is my first post on a restaurant ever but never have I felt so compelled. The food at this establishment is fantastic, good luck making a decision! The bartender is a tall man with long gray hair and I have tried with intent to run out of water; not possible, he is on top of his game and this place is packed. They have a great local IPA and he has yet to let me run out of that one as well. I chose pasta and it was fantastic. In summary, visit this place and enjoy the fantastic food and over the top service!

Havent been to that place for a while. They remodeled the bar area and it looks great! The manager told me that they start remodeling the restaurant now. Im excited. the good here is very good but the atmosphere was a bit dated. They also changed their menu since last time I was here. I was happy to find out they now have flat breads!

Fair — Service was good. Dinner was okay. I wouldn’t go to often but it’s connected to the Four Points hotel which is convenient. Had breakfast there the next day which was better than the dinner.

Hotel restaurant with a good selection of food from sandwiches to seafood or steak to salads and pasta, without an overwhelming menu. Hostess and server were both genuinely pleasant and helpful. My receipt says my waitress’s name was Teddy, but I’m not sure that’s exactly right. Good food. I went with the salmon and really enjoyed it. A little noisy from the bar connected, but not so much that I couldn’t enjoy a meal alone.

I don’t think I would go out of my way to eat here, but if you are staying near ohare and need a bit to eat, the food is not bad. Traditional American casual dining and bar food. I had the mushroom barley soup and chicken scaloppine. The portion was generous and well seasoned. The chicken was white meat and though not juicy per se, it certainly had enough moisture to be acceptable. Plus, the sauce added flavor and moisture.

Surprisingly this was a good place. Since it’s attached to the hotel, I expected mediocre food & service. I’ve been pleasantly surprised, good food, excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant to my friends. If you like clam chowder, it’s very good. I ordered the NY strip steak, great flavour & moderately priced.

(I got room service after this interaction and the food was surprisingly good. The Rueben was top-notch. Also, after I checked out, I had a great Eggs Benedict with a smiling, efficient server. So, the 3 stars evens-out the following experience.) Man…how do I begin? I really try to not post negative reviews and I had a hard time deciding whether or not to post this. I’m laughing now about the experience but trust me, I was not at the time. I was staying at the hotel next door and my friend came in from Milwaukee to visit(I live in NYC) so we went here to grab a beer at the bar. Walking in, there is no bar bc of construction so we sat in a comfy booth. Our server(head nod with big sigh) was a middle-aged man with a deep accent and a grey slicked back ponytail. Here’s how it went: HIM: Have a beer. We have Sam Adams, IPA on tap. [no greeting, no hello, just a command] US: We’re just going to take a minute to look over the menu and we’ve already eaten. Thanks. HIM: [takes food menu away, back up a few feet and parks himself in front of the baseball game on tv, comes back once we’ve put the drink menu down] US: We’ll each have a beer. MYFRIEND: I kinda want an Old Fashioned… mmm, nah, I’ll have a beer. HIM: Ok. [leaves, brings drinks] MYFRIEND: What do you have for dessert? HIM: Let me get the menu for you. [leaves, brings menu he had previously taken away] MYFRIEND: What do you recommend? HIM: The tiramisu is the best you’ve ever tasted. The BEST. ME: Oh, do you guys make it? HIM: NO. We buy it. We put it on a plate. But, it’s the BEST you’ve ever had. Trust me… I know what I’m talking about. ME: I don’t know… you don’t make it? [trying to calm him down, his voice was booming, make him not be so serious] HIM: I know what I’m talking about. You! YOUDON’T KNOWWHATYOU’RETALKINGABOUT. This is the best tiramisu! ME: [speechless. mouth on floor] ummm… HIM: Yes! YOUDON’T KNOWWHATYOU’RETALKINGABOUT. I don’t know where you’re from but you definitely don’t know what you are talking about. ME: Excuuuuuuuuse me??? [look at my friend, she’s wide-eyed and shaking her head] [We’re starting to draw some attention from other guests nearby] HIM: I don’t mean for it to sound a certain way, but really, YOUDON’T KNOWWHATYOU’RETALKINGABOUT. ME: [I have decided to not interact with him anymore out of disbelief and self-restraint. I have a hot temper when triggered. I never look at or acknowledge him for the rest of our time there] We finish our beer, he leaves us alone and my friend and I can’t really even discuss it bc we are in such disbelief at his behavior. We are stuck here at the restaurant bc of our limited time frame and location. She orders the tiramisu. I’m not sure if she did it bc she was scared? I didn’t taste it, not wanting to enter into any more conversation/interaction with our server. She has a few bites, he comes back and asks how it is, she says it’s good. Again, was it? I don’t know. Would he condemn us if we disagreed with him? SURELY. He asks if we want another round, we do. My friend considers if she wants an Old Fashioned. She and I discussed it briefly with him standing there, waiting on her decision. HIM: Hmph. Old Fashioned. Where are you from?! [a judgment, not a curious, polite inquiry] MYFRIEND: I live in Milwaukee, but I’m from… HIM: I KNEWIT!!! WISCONSIN!!! All of you people from Wisconsin want your brandy Old Fashioned’s. Brandy Old Fashioned’s! Brandy Old Fashioned’s! What is it with you Wisconsin people, I can tell!!! What is it with this drink??? It’s not good! I knew you were from Wisconsin. See!!! I KNOWWHAT I’M TALKINGABOUT! I told you!!! US: [just blinking. again, in disbelief] ME: [saying quietly, almost to myself, eyes still wide open in shock] She didn’t…even order it… or with brandy… MYFRIEND: We’ll just have beer. We finish our drinks and my friend pays the tab. I’m not sure if she did so to avoid me having to actually interact with him or what. She’s an amazing individual so she was probably just being her warm, giving self and wanted to pay for it. In hindsight, I could not have said a word to him that wouldn’t have come off wrong. I’m a professional chef in New York. I get paid to make delicious, high-quality food at restaurants and catering companies all over the city and even state. Sometimes tiramisu. So, when it comes to food – yes, I DO, in fact, KNOWWHAT I’M TALKINGABOUT. Before I was a chef, a cook, back of the house, I was a hostess, server, bartender, manager. So, when it comes to service, yes, I DO, in fact, KNOWWHAT I’M TALKINGABOUT. My friend also grew up in the restaurant/bar industry and now works for a hotel in their event sales department. So, when it comes to service, yes, SHEDOES, in fact, KNOWWHATSHE’S TALKINGABOUT. AND, we are both from Richmond, Virginia. Not Wisconsin. So, my Unfriend, do you really know what you are talking about?

We had our wedding at The Mirage at Sheraton Four Points on 9÷5÷2015 and it was AMAZING!!! We worked with Violeta for all the planning and details and she was the best! Very professional, very accommodating, and very efficient especially at responding to emails and phone calls! From the initial stages of planning, to the tasting, and to the final details, The Mirage absolutely made us feel like a priority. We had outside vendors for flowers, photo booth, Polish sausage hut and the staff worked so well with all of these vendors and the setup was flawless! The cake and sweet table came from Sugar Hills Bakery which was FANTASTIC!!! We kept getting compliments all night on how beautiful the room looked, how good the food was, and how wonderful the sweet table and cake was! Wait staff was polite and did a great job. The bartenders were efficient and made great drinks! We had a lot of people stay in the hotel and we were able to keep opening up more rooms after the initial ones in our package were booked. All in all everyone had a BLAST and we wouldn’t change anything about the entire process and would like to thank the mirage for the absolute best wedding we could have ever imagined! Thank you, thank you, THANKYOU!!! Love, Kasia & Eric Schultz

So it’s difficult to describe my experience here, unless you’re familiar with the local Chicagoland area. With that being said, it’s basically«Perkins» by the airport. It’s damn near the exact same, minus the name. I give it 3 stars for the friendly staff and the fact that it’s apart of the hotel. If I had to drive here or go out of my way to get here… well I’ll just say it’s nothing fancy. It’s not horrible. it’s just A-OK.

For a hotel restaurant I guess I shoulda lowered my standards. But alas, I didn’t. I expected good comfort foods, and got bar food. The servers mostly are from Eastern Europe. Thick accents. A bit hard to understand and somewhat rude. The menu was fairly pricy for the type of food likely to come out. Fresh octopus was on the menu. Last I checked, Schiller Park is nowhere near the ocean. $ 25 for a steak — I’ve had some of the best cuts for $ 30, so no. Best to leave the hotel and head to a restaurant like Gibson’s or somewhere in Rosemont

Their Sunday brunch buffet has dwindled down to a subpar buffet from years past. It is no longer worth the money spent. Today’s menu only consists of scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, french toast, toast and fruit.

Pretty good considering they’re inside a crummy hotel. Pretty darn good if I don’t say so myself. Staff are über polite and extremely attentive. The bar had drinks. I had the Mirage wings and a Stoli and Cran. The wings were delicious and the drink was decent. I also ordered a piece of chocolate cake, which was FANTASTIC. I just gained like 9.25 lbs omg.

We were rushed to eat our food. The waitresses take them even before we were done eating. We told this waitress that we weren’t done yet and she still took the plate still full of food. Their food is good, but very bad service. Rude!

I ate here twice for breakfast and twice for dinner during our stay. The service was always efficient and really friendly. Especially the dinner service in particular. The breakfast was ok. I just got eggs which is pretty hard to mess up. My fiancé a bagel and eggs another morning and she was happy with hers. The dinner was also good. I got the New York strip both nights and while it was good both nights, the second happened to be one of the best on this trip. I would say the closest I’ve had in the north east to the steaks you get in Texan steakhouses. My fiancé got the salmon which was also really good. The sides were also a nice addition to the main meals too. I think this restaurant is very fairly priced for the care they put into their dinners. I have no hesitation in recommending.

You get a lot of bang for your buck at this restaurant. It has a midwest meat and potatoes type of menu and everything I’ve tried here is good. I had the Chicken Marsala. It’s definitely cooked with a healthy portion of butter and in no way skimps on the calories. It came with a mixed green salad(this made me feel better), a basket of bread(this made me feel worse) and a plate full of mashed potatoes. For dessert I decided to celebrate anyone whose birthday was today by having a piece of chocolate cake. Really good cake… The portions here are generous. I tend to have a rather large appetite and I’ll often walk away feeling like I got the kids portion. I pretty much rolled away from the table here. The wait staff here is very cordial and attentive. Emily is an absolute sweetheart — the kind of person you’d wish you had working for you if you had your own restaurant. This restaurant sits within the Four Points Sheraton and after this meal I’m grateful for their treadmill.

Located in the Sheraton 4 points a 7 minute ride in their hotel van from the airport. The menu is diverse with three specials everyday. I order the Slim Chicken for lunch. It is a large portion yet relatively healthy in content. The service here is awesome and unpretentious.

Yum. Alright, the food was great. It was. I just am not inclined to give a full 5. I had chicken, beef and mashed potatoes. Along with cream of chicken and rice soup. The soup was delicious. Simple, nothing extravagant. The chicken had a weird creamy gravy. It was not a stand-out. On the other hand, I had a beef dish with the tenderness of a pot roast. It was amazing. It was tender, delicious. I could not get enough of it. The mashed potatoes… wow. I think they must have had cream or cheese mixed in. The flavor was explosive and the smoothness was amazing. It was a simple meal served with a side of broccoli but it was delicious. I appreciate good service and a good meal. It does not have to be fancy to be impressive. So if you are looking for a simple night out, then head to the Mirage.
