Plum Dandy Cookies & Milk

Came here for the first time today and was so excited! I’ve been wanting to try their ice cream sandwiches for a long time. You can choose from four different types of hard ice cream, one being the flavor of the day. I chose the vanilla which was creamy and rich with vanilla flavor. I was under the impression that you could choose the type of cookie you wanted. I was wrong :(They only come with chocolate chip. Since they’re made to order, this doesn’t make sense. The associate said if I wanted another type of cookie they could put a scoop of ice cream on top… which isn’t an ice cream sandwich. The sandwiches are $ 4.75 which seems expensive, but they’re huge and well worth it. The cookies themselves were nice and chewy! Love a good chewy cookie.
My husband and I also ordered two coffees which were prepared americano style: espresso with hot water.
I loved the look and feel of this place. Clean lines and modern, yet warm. I’ll definitely be back to try more cookies!

…and the cookie monster has made way through downtown Toga to Plum Dandy. If I were any closer to this cookies and milk spot I’d be super morbidly obese. The exterior is neat and clean cut with glass windows and an outdoor patio consisting of a few tables and chairs. The aroma of sweet cream and everything in between will draw you in!
The monumental menu you will see on the right as you make the grand entrance will greet you with all nom-​ming respect. There are so many cookies, cupcakes, brownies, tarts, ice cream cookies, frosting spreads, shakes, cakes, coffee, milk, tea, hot cider options. If you can’t resist like me and want to buy pretty much everything available in store, you will have a pretty tough time choosing and limiting your calorie count (wait, who’s actually counting?) I was head over heels when I saw the linzer tarts and seasonal cookies so I ended up with the raspberry linzer tart, apple pie cookie, cranberry orange shortbread cookie, and cookies n cream cookie! My inner cookie monster screamed to buy more but my wallet said maybe next time, as the cookies were priced at $ 2.75 each. Seriously quality over quantity though!
The cookies were delicate and each bite was heavenly. I swear they were like biting into a semi-​soft cloud with fillings of their very own. There are several tables inside and the cookies are given to you plated if you decide to stay in. Since we had half of our goods to go, those came in a nicely packed box. There were also a row of hightops with Ipads for those who want to surf the Internet. A small table in the dining area held plastic utensils, napkins, and cups for guest convenience. The place is kept squeaky clean (A+ for that!)…and that includes the restroom.
Very cute décor indeed. Cookies and milk are definitely the best of friends. This girl here will be returning very soon to get a taste of the cakes and brownies too!
Tip: there are gluten free and vegan options, a party area, and they take advanced orders for dandy layer cakes!

My friend got me a bunch of the cookies for my birthday and boy were they delicious!!! The cookies were all soft and very big. I would definitely recommend these cookies to everyone

We went twice in 4 days if that says anything. I got the Gooey Louie and the hubby got the PB Dark. Oh my Lord, I was jealous of his. Mine was okay. We got 2 chocolate chip dough sliders for a road trip the next day. Eh… we weren’t impressed with those.
We went back before we left and I tried their sugar cookie and PB Dark. He got the PB Dark and I think fudge chunk and that was our dinner. Don’t judge us.
The only crime here is they don’t make an ALL peanut butter cookie because that is the BEST.
The staff is really nice and they’ll heat the cookies up for you. Score.

Cookie dough stuffed cookies?! Homemade frosting to go? Brownies and cookies galore? This place is great for a night with friends or families. It’s also a hop skip and a jump from the bow tie movie theater.
Must try: lemon sugar cookies!

wow! Am I happy I stopped in here. I got the box of 6 cookies for my mothers birthday, and they vanished within a few seconds. We cut them in 6 pieces each (because they are that large) to try them all.
Favorites: cherry chipper (#1) and sweet Marie.
Both super different and delectable with fantastic tastes. You really can taste each element of the cookie.
The other flavors were chocolate chip (basic choc chip), lucky oat (a group favorite– cinnamon really shines), gooey Louie, and the birthday cake
Next time I will absolutely head for those ice cream cookie sandwiches… Or cookies with the milk to dip them: D
The cookies are worth it. I’m a baker so I’m picky, and these are probably some of the best I’ve had!

My wife loves the sugar cookie and raspberry drizzle cupcake and also enjoys the birthday cake cookie. I haven’t had anything here that wasn’t amazing. The last couple I tried were the banana cookie and their tart cherry one which may be my favorites (surprising to me because I don’t even like bananas that much). A little expensive but definitely worth a try.

The cookies from here are absolutely delicious. I had the Gooey Louie, Fudge Chunk and Sweet Marie, while my girlfriend also ordered the Chocolate Chip and Banana Doodle, and all were incredibly good. Prices were a little steep at $ 14.95 for 6 cookies, but for large gourmet cookies I think I’d be hard pressed to find any better ones in Saratoga. Also really liked the store feel and layout, and had good service from the girls behind the counter

Really enjoyed my brief stop at Milk and Cookies. The cookies, while they looked delectable, were not what I went after. I skipped the bake goods and went for the steamed milk which came in an assortment of added flavors including lavender, honey vanilla, as well as others. I had the honey vanilla and thoroughly enjoyed my mug of steamed milk.
The bakery café also had a modern, look with a charming feel. Hope to be back to try the baked goods next time!

Such a cute and unique place. Everything we had was yummy. Cookies are generously sized. I had a caramel vanilla cookie with white chocolate chips and a marshmallow flavored milk. Others in my party got the gooey chocolate cookie, the birthday cake cookie, chocolate chip, sugar cookie, and a cookie cupcake. Clean plates all around! So good!

This place was amazing. My husband and I stopped in and shared and ice cream sandwich and it was unbelievably good! They have an assortment of coffee, milk, and cookies! The almond milk was so so good if there was one in California I would have to go all the time.

Enjoy having Banana cookies while watching movie at cinema next door. Very friendly, nice deco, and great cookies.
It’s not crowded so good place to hangout with friends and family.

Warning, this place is totally hazardous to your health in a very good way and even those of you with the best self control will struggle to not eat everything in sight. It is every kid’s (and self-​indulgent adult’s) dream where cookies meet milk and the results are heavenly. This place offers standard and inventive cookie concoctions, homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches, straight up cookie dough, cookie spreads, and every combination of flavored milk you can think of (hot or cold). Prices are reasonable, plenty of seating, clean and organized inside and the sales staff are helpful at helping you find your cookie nirvana. This place will not disappoint.

Cookies and milk, such a simple idea but yet totally unique. It is also perfectly executed at this business.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this business. The moment you walk in and smell that lovely cookie aroma you know you’re in for a treat.
The cookies are great! I’ve tasted a few of the cookies now and I’m partial to the chocolate chip, but there are many good options.
The milk options are also very comprehensive, with soy and almond milk offered for non-​dairy drinkers. The coffee and espresso options have the staples you would expect. The mocha is delicious and well balanced.
If you like cookies, and who doesn’t honestly, this place is a must. There are also other treats, such as brownies, ice cream sandwiches and cookie cupcakes.
The décor and environment is cute and quaint, pleasing both the young and young at heart. You’ll leave happy!

You can tell a good cookie place by their sugar cookies. If you can nail a sugar cookie, there’s nowhere to go but up.
The sugar cookie is amazing.
But it doesn’t stop there. The lemon cookie is amazing. The gooey Louie is amazing. The gooey Louise is amazing.
I’ve yet to have a cookie here that is less than spectacular. It’s pricey but worth every penny.

Cookies are very good! Staff is always friendly. The biscotti’s were to die for until they changed the size and options. There used to be multiple choices of biscotti flavors and they were fairly large. Then the sized changed to a smaller size but there were still many options. Unfortunately you only have one option now. I was going every couple of days to get multiple biscotti’s but now it is not worth the risk to get potentially get a flavor that is not appealing. Bring back the multiple choices.

I’m not a huge Plum Dandy fan, but had high hopes for this place. The cookies and brownies here are good, and that’s about it. They’re not great, not fantastic, not superb. They’re good. Oh, and they’re also insanely expensive. Even the milk is expensive. You can get a gallon of milk for a cheaper price than one glass of milk here. If you’re looking for cookies and milk, save yourself $ 10 by going next door to Price Chopper and getting a gallon of milk and some Milanos.

GO HERE TO EAT RIDICULOUSLY GOOD COOKIES.
Okay…a few things… the cookies are gigantic (I seemed to somehow miss this and ordered a dozen to take home to my family in MA) and are soft and chewy and amazing with a big variety to choose from. The ice cream sandwich is monstrous — also amazing. The space is big and clean and perfect for groups or families with kids. Seriously, if you are into cookies… this place is not to be missed!

Delicious! Super friendly staff, and I love the cookie specials. Always get milk, you’ll need it (get a pint, not a half pint). I asked for my cookie to be warmed up, which they happily made happen. The only downside is its kind of expensive, but it’s totally worth it!
