Had a late lunch there today. The lunch crowd was long gone. The place was filthy and dirty. The tables were left dirty, the floors had not been swept or mopped. The staff was beyond indifferent. I’ve tried three other Moe’s in three other states and without fail they have all been unkempt. I will never try another one of these restaurants again.

I frequent this one a lot and the customer service I experienced on 2⁄25 was exemplary. Not only did the gentleman remember for a few nights before, but he apologized because he thought, I’m guessing, delivered substandard service. It was right before they closed that night, but I didn’t think anything was wrong. Back to when I came back a few days later and he apologized for his service, because he had remembered me, and gave me my order for free! I was shocked at this. I will always come back to this place just for that reason. Excellent customer service. Now when you walk in and they all yelled welcome to moes, that sometimes feels ingenuine because they have to say it all the time and its just second nature for them I guess.

Fast food Tex-Mex makes this spot busy and clearly the alluring item is the nacho cheese. You see yourself speeding down the food order to get the nachos and that famous cheese sauce! Yummy! The options are taco, burritos, quesadilla or salad. There are junior or normal sizes and the meats are chicken, carnitas — seasoned pork, or beef. Mondays are the day to deal with the crazy lines to get your meal. Plenty of indoor seating and a couple of cement tables outside. The salsa bar offers 3 different options. Soda machine offer free refills with over 100 options too. Bathrooms tend to be clean, garbage cans empty, and staff wiping tables in the dining area adds to the inviting family oriented environment. Only negative — the air conditioning units drop water condensation onto you as you dine and seems to be a normal occurrence for when I pointed it out to the staff, I got a shrug.

THIS Moe’s location gets 2 stars, only because the food is decent… the service is HORRIBLE, there’s just these eleventeen-year-old kids running the place, and they are just about the rudest people you could have the misfortune of dealing with. I should’ve known when I called to place our carry out order and had to deal with a giggling, inattentive wing nut on the phone, that there would be trouble. It took about 10 minutes to place the order because the employee was apparently having a conversation with someone else at the same time as being on the phone with me… ME: an order of nachos with no jalapeños… EMPLOYEE: ok, uh, nachos… wait(muffled giggling and talking) ok, what was that again? Anyways. Fine. Okay. Whatever. Then my husband went to pick the order up… He had ordered a side of queso dip. When he got to the restaurant, he realized the side order of queso usually comes in quite a small cup, unlike when you dine in. So he adjusted the order, and asked for the large queso with tortilla chips. This was a HUGE event, fraught with difficulty, register errors, and a lot of impatient sighing from over the counter. He was filling up salsa cups when one of the employees behind the counter shouted in his direction, «GOD! How many people are you FEEDING?» (We had 2 orders of nachos, plus his newly added queso and chips.) «Just me and my pregnant wife… and you really shouldn’t say things like that, it could be construed as being offensive,» he replied. He was answered with a very typical teen-agerian eye roll before the employee drifted back towards the register, where he had initially interrupted what looked to be a pretty deep texting session. Look, we’re both in our early 30’s, we’re not conventional folks, we understand sometimes work sucks(I feel like I need to say this because in your head you might be imagining me as some temperamental stuck up coot), anyways, I get it– you’re 20, you hate work, it’s Moe’s, not 5 star dining– but if I EVER acted that way, EVER, at any of my past or present jobs, I’d be fired on the spot. Dear Owner of This Moe’s Franchise, you’re letting kids run your restaurant down the proverbial shitter. ~FIN~

Fresh delicious Mexican food and with the Monday special of any burrito at 6.49 with chips and drink I would say this is the best value lunch in town.

What a joke! I’m truly shocked that this place is still open & that people eat here. Let me start by saying we were greeted by the friendliest gentleman who appreciates and enjoys his job. Thanks to him this Moe’s gets 1-star. The other two workers seemed uninterested and bored. And the food was AWFUL! What a waste of money. None of it was fresh or hot… just weird tasting. My husband said that all the meat(beef, pork, & chicken) were all dry, cold, & unseasoned. I had a veggie bowl & there was a weird unfamiliar«flavor» that was scary. We will not be back… EVER! As a matter of fact we will not ever try a different location. Yes, it was that bad!

1st staff member looked stoned but very friendly. 2nd staff member on the line was sweating soo bad it was dripping off her hat onto food line, her shirt was so went you could see her bra underneath. I talked to manager at check out and all he could say was«ill talk to her». this location ruined Moe’s for us. WILLNOT be returning.

Ate at other Moes and never experienced this before. While making my burrito the worker hocked up loogie and spit it in the sink behind him. He didn’t touch anything but the thought of someone spitting up bodily fluid while making my food isn’t what I want. I said soemthing to the cashier and he overheard our conversation he said what hhe did was the most sanitary way. That just didn’t sit well with me

I’ve eaten at other Moe’s so I’m familiar with the setup. Food was good. Disappointed with the portion size and extra charge for bacon? Really? I prefer chipotle.

Always here for their Wrong Doug or the Nachos. Fast and friendly service. Best to go on Mo-Mondays. Get there early the lines are known to go outside the door.

Fast and friendly service with yummy burritos. I come here almost weekly when I’ve had a long day at work and don’t really feel like cooking. I can have my veggie burrito without feeling too guilty about eating out! Prices are cheap and even better on Monday’s. The salsas are pretty flavorful and the queso is awesome!

What a pit! About 7:00 pm last Sunday evening. The floors were covered with food debris and some of the tables were dirty. There was a tied bag of trash in full view outside the side door by the bathrooms. Makes you wonder about how they handle the food! I have loved Moes food for many years but I won’t be going to this location again!

The food was okay, it was too expensive, and I left hungry! I read a lot of reviews online and it’s not as healthy as they portray it to be. I would recommend Chipotle over Moe’s!
