Well here it goes. Stopped in on Sunday at 4 p.m. with 4 people. When to order ribs and can you believe no ribs at 4 p.m. on a Sunday and it is a rib joint. Went to order fries with the meal the fryolater was out. Spoke to the manager and she had no response for us at all. On top of that the food sucked I will never ever go back to that joint.

I haven’t even tasted the food yet and I’m already reviewing what a terrible place this is. The manager(joke) sent the dishwasher to fill the food order and I had to stop him and make him change his gloves because he was touching the sweeper pan thingy and then about to reach in the shredded cheese(gross!) the other kid chastised him and then he goes well corporate is ok with me doing that… oh boy. No wonder this place is empty and they are having to give food away free to bring people in. Yikes. Hopefully the food isn’t as bad as the earlier reviewer’s said it is. Credit where credit is due… the food was delicious!

Much better than good. Ribs are tender juicy and seasoned good enough to eat without sauce, if you want. These pork ribs are full size. The beef brisket is lean and you pick whether you want it sliced or chopped. Generous portions too! Meal dishes come with two sides. We tried their coleslaw, potato casserole, green beans with bacon and Mac and cheese. The coleslaw was fresh, with plenty of cabbage and carrots and not overly drenched in vinegar. The potato casserole was fantastic and cheesy. We both wanted more of the potato casserole. The green beans were flavorful and the Mac and cheese was 100% kid friendly and cheesy. The prices are very reasonable with the special of the day at $ 9.99. The half a rack with 2 sides was $ 13.99. The Dickey cup is huge and perfect for sharing. Sauces offered are Original, Sweet and Spicy. All three sauces are kept warm with plenty of small cups and lids. Plenty of tables nicely covered with blue and white vinyl tablecloths. After all the food, you get to serve yourself and enjoy a kid’s size cone with free vanilla ice cream!

Stopped in for what we thought was going to be a good meal… Lets just start by saying while the staff were friendly they had no idea what they were doing. I’m assuming since they recently opened they had to train them. Not sure if the person barking orders was a manager but he was very unprofessional about it. On to the food… My fiancé and I both got the 3 meat plate. She got brisket, pulled pork and kielbasa with Mac and cheese and the onion tanglers. I ordered the brisket, pulled pork and ribs with coleslaw and baked potato casserole. The food was cold and the brisket tasted more like a broil. The pulled pork was extremely dry. There was hardly any meat on the ribs and the seasoning was horrible. The best part of the meal was the coleslaw and the fried onion tangler. The soda was also good. If you plan on making the trip, do me a favor and save your money.

The last reviewer was very generous with two stars. The ribs were over salted and full of fat. The beans, both baked and green — were inedible. The hoagie for$ 7 probably had less than 2 oz of meat although the meat was so mushy and tasteless that you probably wouldn’t want more. We literally couldn’t eat the food. We live about a mile away but will never go back. My advice is to go anyplace else. To have such bad food and to charge so much for it is a double insult.
