Giving all my stars to this Starbucks location isnt really doing justice to all of the other locations I’ve visited, but can I just say how much I love love the new mobile ordering system!!! Imagine this: you order coffee/bkfst on your phone, get points from paying with your rewards card, and once you get to the shop, walk swiftly by all the angry males and females who are struggling because they need their caffeine before the 8am meeting, which they are about to be late to because they have been waiting in line for so long. You see your order already waiting at the pickup station, grab it, walk out and never turn back. Try it, it’s great :)

The best thing of this Starbucks, besides the good internet and charging devices. is the service, the team always is so cheerful when you come and they truly remember you. Natasha always gets my coffee right away when I need it before class and its amazing to see how the whole team works when they have a long line of people.

The slowest Starbucks ever. Consistently the slowest service in any Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

I go to this Starbucks once or twice a week. It’s usually pretty busy due to its location in Levi’s Plaza. The lines can be fairly long, especially in the mornings and around lunchtime, but they move pretty fast. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is my favorite.

This is a super busy Starbucks. Sometimes the line is really long. The drinks don’t usually come out very fast because they’re just super slammed all the time. If you need to be in and out quickly, pop into another nearby location. But if you have the time, the people that work here a really friendly and you can usually always find a comfy seat with somewhere to charge whatever you need.

One of the worse Starbucks I’ve been too. Pretty slow for getting drinks. The staff was average and the place was clean. Also had some cool chargers on the table that I thought were neat.

This is a good Starbucks. We all know there are good and bad Starbucks. This one is a plus. They work through the long lines quickly(looks like they read previous reviews!) Consistent drink quality, meaning good training. Staff is friendly. Google wifi with ample power outlets and a good amount of seating compared to other stores in the area. No bathroom.

Jeez this place is so slow I’ve been able to write this review and send feedback to Starbucks and I STILL don’t have my drink! I go to Starbucks on pretty much a daily basis and only come to this one when I’m contracting at Levi Strauss offices. Every time it’s so slow and they have 5 people behind the counter but only one making drinks. I wish they could just figure this out!

5 stars for the amazing, friendly register employees. 1 star for the slowest service I have ever seen at a Starbucks. There could be 2 people in the store, and it will STILL take 10 minutes to get your drink. This Starbucks is almost always busy,(out the door busy) unless it’s 6am. Even at times you’d expect it to be empty(say, 3:30pm)… It’s packed. It’s the only one in the area, so you’d think they’d be properly staffed, but they never have more than one barista working, even though they have 2 machines. I wish the barista staff understood the need to hustle. If they watched the One Market baristas during rush hour, they could learn a lot. When I used to work in that building, half the time my drink would be done by the time I was finished paying. This location is so frustrating… levis plaza may not be IN the financial district, but is home to several companies that could be, and we deserve service that reflects that. We’re trying to get to work, not take a vacation!

No complaints here. Fast, accurate with my orders, and they’re in a great location. Pleasant staff and clean establishment. Keep up the great work, Starbucks team!

I consider myself to be an appreciator of coffee(not much of a connoisseur but not so clueless either) and with that, this Starbucks is the closest place to my work for an espresso. I’m partial to a good cappuccino and that’s gotta be barista 101, right? We’ll, there’s just one barista here, Aiden, that knows how to make one so it’s very upsetting when he’s not the one back there. Everyone else that has made it for me makes it very milky and with almost no foam. On the other hand, everyone is pretty friendly so 3 stars it is.

Passed by earlier to meet with a friend — first-time ever I’ve been here(actually didn’t even know this location existed). This by far is the most spacious SB I’ve been to. Chairs and tables outside, LOTS of room within and not crowded 3-inches to other tables inside like other locations. Huge vertical cold upright before the cashier for sandwiches, fruits, etc with huge selection(tho NO sandwiches withOUT mayo which is what I sought). On far wall is a gorgeous old panoramic map of San Francisco of centuries past with a delightful thermostat right in the lower center(yuck). Strongest free wifi ever experienced in ANYSB I’ve ever been to plus for the required login(on my Android) had to click just once instead of 2 – 3 times as in other places. Tables not bussed and filthy from previous clients as usual. Didn’t think of using WC to see how that was. Very clean modern interior with glass on two sides of the shop. I actually liked it!

When it comes to Starbucks, I’ve definitely had better… I asked for a simple Java Chip frappuchino no cream… what do I get? A tall Java Chip frappuchino filled to the brim with whipped cream with the cap not snapped in place. Picked it up and it literally spilled on me. What does the barista say? He just goes«Ohhh!» and goes back to not making drinks as ordered. It was a great morning. Yup. Just great.

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with this one for the next couple months since I have class across the street. The baristas are EXTREMELYRUDE and they generally screw up the order. Service in general sucks. but I’ve never been to any Starbucks that talked back to a customer when the drink was made wrong. I had asked the person at the register for my drink upside down and saw that it wasn’t being made upside down, I asked to confirm that he knew it was upside down. The barista says«no, it’s not upside down» and angrily chucks the entire drink into the trash(splashing the drink everywhere) and rudely tells me «say you want it upside down next time.» EXCUSEME, but I did. How about you tell your workers at the register to listen clearly and write down what I want, and then not get angry when you screwed up.

Long line. Friendly staff. How can you not have bathroom access to your patrons? When I asked the«barista» he laughed and said restroom access? Next door at Levi’s I believe he said. I’d rather not come back for that guy’s tone.

Fast to take money, then you’re stuck waiting forever for your shit. Even when there are only 3 people there it stinks. In one word– Slooooooow. And no bathroom. They’ll send you for a walk to use the Levi Strauss can. Possibly the driest, least flaky, doughy croissant I’ve ever had. Damn thing is probably gonna give me constipation for an hour.

Located at Levi Strauss Plaza. It was very busy this morning but very orderly. Lots of office workers. Plenty of sit down tables. Now that La Boulange bakery is part of Starbucks, my pastry item came in the pink bag with La Boulange printed across it. A wider selection of both savory and sweet items available to choose from. Very friendly staff.
