For those that work in this neck of SF, good coffee is a drive away. When it’s early in the morning and you need a quality pick me up, Pivot coffee is a welcome treat. They recently lowered prices after a couple weeks of opening and I don’t know if they just changed beans or baristas, but the coffee is significantly better. Their iced latte is on point. The cookies are pretty good too, they make a mean double chocolate chip with sea salt on it.

This is the newest addition to the Zynga building. Unfortunately this location is not open to the public. You have to know someone to get in or work in the building. This place is a cool little space to grab coffee in the middle of the day. There are tables set up to work in the area with little succulents. Pivot offers De La Paz(bought out by Blue Bottle) beans, non-, a variety of cold pressed juices, Stumptown Cold Brew, lemonade, tea and more. Pastries, yogurt and quiches are available for purchase. They only take cards, no cash. Customer loyalty cards are available, every tenth drink is free. I ordered a green tea matcha. It was eh, the matcha didn’t taste super quality for $ 5.44 including tax. However, today is opening day so maybe they’re working out some kinks. Plus there’s a bunch of other offerings. This place has potential.
