Hyatt Regency San Francisco Regency Club

The view is fantastic located on the top floor of this 17 story hotel with a 360 degree view of the city.
Finding it was tricky:
Only 2 of the 5 elevators have access to this top floor. It’s the two on the sides. There will be a card slot for Regency Club.
I wasn’t impressed by the Breakfast. I know I shouldn’t complain since it’s free, but we don’t stay that many nights with Hyatt to be served motel continental breakfast. There was all the stuff except for the salmon for a lox bagel. The skimpy salmon cream cheese just didn’t cut it. There was a lack of hot dishes. I’ve gotten way better food as non regency guest at other Hyatt’s. Hyatt place in San Jose had way better breakfast than here.
Can’t speak about the staff since its self service.
They do try with the boardgames, magazine, work station and massage chairs.

Great location, clean with helpful and friendly staff. We were able to walk to most places and eat great food. Love this hotel! Next stay in the bay area will definitely be here.

Regency Club, amazing staff and 360 degree views of the city and Bay. Dramatic. Superb attentive staff caters to your whims. Wonderful juicy pulled pork and cabaret while the sunset. Can I be more relaxed? I’d like to single out Cecilia and Max who made me feel like an honored guest. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Thanks Regency! I will see u tomorrow night.
