Reading some of the reviews, this chipotle does give you less than others. Even tho I asked for almost everything, my plate was not full. Normally I’m never able to finish my burrito bowl but I did today. The 2 staff that was making my plate did not even smile. Only good thing about my visit was the person next to the cashier. She smiled and offer to give me a tray because I had a few things. The taste of the food is just like any other chipotle. It just the trick.

It’s a pretty bad service Chipotle. Never give you enough food when there’s no line. You want corn? They’ll give your sour«cream» instead. I asked for my burrito to go and they give me a cap and a bag while there’s a ton of other customers behind me trying to pay. Get to the standard of other Chipotle’s please.

The portion sizes get smaller and smaller each time I come. I had thought Chipotle would try harder after all of the bad publicity from the health scares… but not the case. I guess this is their way to address the issue by reducing the volume it is easier to do quality control. I am done with Chipotle. Food and environment is the same but prices and portion sizes headed in the wrong direction.

Not bad for the money, the salad bowl is my favorite. I love that I can stop in and it’s quicker than fast food but way better quality. NOT taqueria quality but it’s a pretty decent option if you’re in a hurry. This facility was clean and the people were friendly, not bad just nothing exciting

Thank you for slopping together a bunch of ingredients with 0 enthusiasm and 0 customer service. Not one person looked at my as I went down the line placing my order. I appreciate how you added extra water to the beans so that my burrito bowl, so once packaged for carry out, it dripped through the paper bag and all down my new dress and then onto my legs. Nothing like spending the rest of my day at work drenched in bean slop.

Chipotle started going downhill once it started charging customers an extra $ 3.50 for a quesarito. I’ve been boycotting them ever since. #freethequesarito

This Chipotle would make Henry Ford proud. An efficient team that somehow manages to keep the 10-person-minimum line always moving during the lunch rush. The upside of this is that even with the menacing looking line, you’ll get your meal in no time. The downside is that they WILL definitely skimp on something, whether it be your beans, rice, or(as it happened to me) the meat you asked for. As for the food? Chipotle is Chipotle — have it once and you’ve had it anywhere. It’ll fill you up, but don’t expect the most life altering burrito you’ve ever had(and definitely go for the bowls, they generally pack more in there than the burritos).

I ordered 2 tacos. I selected soft flour tortillas cause some told me soft flour were more delicious than soft corn. I chose chicken and carnitas filled in the tacos separately with roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo red-chili salsa, sour cream, cheese and guacamole inside. They are delicious.

I echo Katrina :‘s review. This place has no integrity. They don’t respect any customer and these people don’t even listen on what the customer is asking. They just through what they have in there on the tray and give it to you. I decided to stop going there and take the picture and send it to all my co-workers. The lady just through full of hot sauce on it and gave it to me. No respect for customers please stop going here. The other location at 525 was good.

Knowing that it is one of the chains that serves Mexican food in the States, I actually lowered my expectation during my first visit, which was suggested by Michelle during our CM week. Not hating any chains here, but I just didn’t want to get disappointed. However, burritos still win my heart. In Malaysia, it isn’t easy to find good Mexican food and you would not see Mexican chains around. So, when I was at Chipotle, feeling hungry during lunch time, I literally and happily gulped down the big burrito. Without an expectation that’s too high, the steak that’s wrapped within was actually better than I thought it’d be. What can I say? Burritos make a happy Alexander. I actually visited this place twice during that trip to SF — I just couldn’t get enough of Mexican food. For dinner the second time, I ordered a bowl with Carnitas — equally good and I do love the meat that they use. However, I didn’t get to try their chips and I was almost deadly craving for those with Guac — be there earlier I guess if you want some of that. The queue there during lunch and dinner hours are usually quite long, but don’t be deceived as the line moves really quick. So, definitely still suitable if you need to grab a quick bite.

Chipotle! I probably come here for dinner three or more times a week after work, and I’ve tried almost everything. The chicken is alright, but the carnitas and steak are delicious. The crispy tacos here are a hidden gem, they’re delicious. You can also apparently get margaritas here, who knew! I’ve never done it(there are too many actual bars near here to justify that) but hey, don’t let that stop you. This Chipotle is really packed for lunch, but the dinner line always moves quickly and has fresh ingredients. Another important note: they do have a restroom available, unlike many of the other places on New Montgomery. The people here are really nice too, come check it out!

Um, probably the smallest burrito I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. It looked less like a burrito and more like a taquito or something. Even the guy in front of me mentioned the smallness of his portion and the girl argued with him. Definitely don’t think I got my money’s worth. Gave it an extra star due to its proximity to my next destination, but that’s not really any doing of its own, is it?

Reviewing this exact Chipotle: 1. Zero Enthusiasm up until you reach checkout –1(thank you kind girl at the register!) 2. Throwing corn on my order w/o listening to what I’m actually saying –1 3. Who the heck burned all the chicken!!! –1 Kinda bummed I spent $ 9.95 on a Chicken… correction Chicken Jerky burrito today.

The food I would give 3 star. but customer service like .5 star. This is the second time that i come and honestly i feel like walking away at the cash register and getting food somewhere else. I know this is fast food but damn it doesn’t mean you can’t crack half a smile. They seem so annoyed by customers presence that they just want to shove you out of there faces. Food server practically rolled her eyes when i asked for a tortilla on the side. Neither the server or cashier were approachable one bit. I understand IF they were slammed or even somewhat busy but there was only one person behind me in line. Inexcusable. Its not worth it. Dirty eating area — small portions — rude service. Spend an extra buck and go somewhere else.

Cramped. Kind of dirty. Long lines. I eat here 3 times a week. The food is awesome. The guilt you feel about not walking one block further to some authentic joint is far out matched by the comfortable, décolletage of that half chicken half steak burrito.

CheePotLay or CheePottle? Well that was my first time hearing the word. The answer is CheePotLay. What’s nice is that they have brown rice. Their grilled chicken is great and you can mix it too! The hot is not hot(for me) and Guac on the side is better to if you put it in the bowl(you get more in the separate container) — and they’re expensive… Chips are salty, so don’t be surprise to eat a lot of them(mix with salsa or guac — amazing) Tip: During the night before they close, they usually give you more portions, and you can ask for the burrito wrap Tortilla along with your bowl for free(anytime for this one).

The burrito bowl is delicious. Chipotle is definitely a quick grub spot for me. I do like how I am able to customize the item I chose. In addition to the burrito, there’s the burrito bowl available. It’s the usual ingredients placed on and wrapped up in a tortilla for the burrito. Invention of the burrito bowl is a genius creation. — Friendly staff team — Good food — Good service — Clean facility Payment Method: Cash /Credit /Debit accepted

Chipotle is pretty much the fastest, easiest lunch I can get. While the line gets crazy long during the rush hour, it moves pretty quickly, and the staff always seem to be un-fazed by the never-ending parade of hungry hungry people in need of lunch. I use the app most of the time when I go here to order ahead, pick from one or two favorites,(sofritas, ftw!), and dart to the lonely cash register on the far side of the line. I’m always in and out in just a few minutes, and can’t complain. Food is fresh, consistent, lunch.

Ohhy mi cabeza is what I’ll say about this place. The food here gives me a headache. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and it tasted like paper. There were absolutely no flavors to it. The portions they give you here are so small that I feel like this is a meal for a midget. I got what, like 4 small pieces of steak? They then give you like a generous amount of lettuce to make your bowl feel bigger. If I want lettuce, I would’ve ordered a salad, I want steak, so give me a good portion of my damn steak For the few pieces of steak that I did get, they taste rather dry, rubbery, and flavorless. So I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t get that much of steak… The chips here are salty!!! I had to gulp down a cup of water to cleanse my palate. Want some real authentic burritos? Go to Garaje or Tropisueno that’s nearby. Don’t come here!

Man this place is great. A 1000 kcal meal for under $ 10. That’s something you don’t see often in San Fran. The chips used to be better though. They’re the best when they have lots of lime juice on them.
